***Incoming Stanford housestaff, do not rent from here***- very expensive rent for a building from the 80s, no air conditioning- their policies/lease specifies clearly that you can get 2 parking spots, after getting here told thats not possible- no communication with rental company possible, they have front desk people that are very nice but unfortunately not able to help you with most issues- been living here for several weeks and have not been contacted by anyone to sign an actual lease- the WiFi is free but Stanfords network and very slow/terrible/spotty with frequent drops, my phone never connects to it. On top of this Stanford has monopolized the network in this area so other ISPs arent able to install. Satellite is an option but thats $$$$TLDR: yes you can walk to work but its not worth it
