Living at Tan Plaza has been an extreme pleasure. Staff is courteous and extremely helpful with any and all needs. Cleanliness is top notch and amenities amazing. Wonderful and safe neighborhood, right across from a beautiful park and within walking distance to top rated elementary, middle, and high school. Fast access to great local food and high end shopping at Stanford Shopping Center.

After spending many months looking at several apartments and homes, we chose Tan Plaza. It was mainly due to the recent renovations and the friendliness of the staff. Cathy, the office manager is a great help and is always available to answer our questions. She is both professional and down to earth.

I just moved in from out of state and the staff and management couldn’t be nicer. The apartments are very nice, location is great and penthouse is GORGEOUS. Overall very pleased with my choice.

We just moved into Tan Plaza a little over a month ago and so far it has surpassed our expectations in terms of experience. The apartment is unlike any other properties Ive seen in Palo Alto -- feels like we are living in a luxury hotel. The staff is incredible. We especially love Cathy, the office manager. From the moment we met her, she just felt like home. She is so kind, responsive and accommodating to our every tiny request. She is so nice and personable! All in all, were quite happy with our decision to make Tan Plaza our home.

We’re a family of four and LOVE Tan Plaza. Staff is warm, friendly, and always willing to help. We’re looking forward to using the pool again this summer and seeing the brand new penthouse!

Loud construction without any notice from the admin/management office. Pretty difficult to work from home.

Loud neighbors upstairs.They raise rent yearly. Even when the rents in Silicon Valley this year are decreasing.Our built-in utilities are now roughly $200+ dollars on top of rent, it excludes electric.They have crept up this year.The maintenance staff is excellent.Re front desk and cleaning staff is terrific!Great location. Well maintained building.

I have stayed in a two bed room for an year and paid more then 5 grands every month. The amenity was a joke, there were always malfunction in security but try to be civil even as we speak. I have left the building in July and havent received one month deposit since. Do not stay here especially for those visiting overseas. They will take an advantage.

My family love Tan Plaza, As we love good atmosphere, good neighborhood, good experience and excellent location.We would like to live here as long as possible.

Loud construction and water shut downs often.Raised the rent by $700 a month.Did not return deposit.Utilities are $200+ dollars on top of rent.The maintenance staff is excellent.Cleaning staff does a fantastic job.Far from 101 and 280.

If youre looking to move into an apartment in Palo Alto (rather than a house), then this is the best facility, except for its location (~2-3 miles away from any action).
