I get my hair dyed here with Blanca and she does great work. But prices are going up with Kids haircuts. I paid $30. I was here in February 2021 and the price for a kids haircut was $21. I Have to shop around or wait till prices drop. That is way too much for a boys cut with clippers only. No shears..

Booked my appt with Melissa but apparently she took too long to complete her previous appointments. They called me 15 min prior to my scheduled appointment, while I was already in route, to cancel and reschedule me! While the receptionist was explaining this unfortunate event, I could here another female in the background blabbing about how they shouldn’t have scheduled me at 4:15 because it wouldn’t have been enough time anyways...! Safe to say, I didn’t reschedule with them and I never plan to again. Complete cluster F and totally unprofessional. They wasted my time but thankfully they didn’t get my money.

Yes they are open during these crazy times and taking great steps to make it as safe as possible. I felt completely comfortable getting my hair done today. Paula is a master at her profession and I recommend her highly. I am in love with my hair now, Thank You.

I usually go to this salon for a basic trim, and it’s always been around $20 and I went in today and asked for a trim, and after the trim was told that it was $45, so I questioned why since I usually pay $22 And she told me I was supposed to ask for a designer when I first walked in, and since she’s an expert, it would be more, Apparently I’m just supposed to know this information as if it’s common knowledge, and then I asked if there’s anyway I could get charged the $22 this one time, and she said no, and that she could give me 15% off, so I said fine, but then leaving I felt bamboozled and that I should’ve asked for a manager, the receptionist or the hair dresser should have explained that from the beginning, and if there was a 15% coupon available, she should’ve mentioned that as well before I questioned the price, terrible customer service, I’ve worked at Sears for 4 years and Dillard’s for 2 years a few years back and I’ve always mentioned there being any coupons and have the customer leave with a good experience, the trim probably took her less than 5 mins, got an inch off, no layers, super basic. I’m sure I’m not the only person who has experienced this either, this is a rip off, and management should really take the steps to avoid this happening again.

Rebekah is a great stylist. She has been cutting hair for my daughter and myself for the past year. She is friendly and professional. Today I went in for a perm and she was able to achieve exactly the look I was after! She is amazing. The other staff has always been helpful and friendly as well.

I brought my kids to get their $10 kids haircut special a couple months ago and two different stylist ruined my kids hair. Never going back again! If i could rate it lower than a one star, i would! I do not recommend.

A women with piercing on her face and green hair ...I don’t remember her name... messed up my son hair. Its uneven all around... she seemed nervous and talking to much. She didn’t check what she was doing... she was just cutting. In the beginning I thought she new what she was doing so that’s why I didn’t say anything but then 🤬

I came in with a huge color correction. They put my mind at ease and worked hard to fix my hair. Bre was the stylist and I extremely recommend her. I will be going back in 4 weeks for maintenance! Thank you so much!!

I’ve seen some staff members being rude to a absolutely great stylist and it’s a shame because there is no reason to be immature like that. Although I just got word from a friend that was her client that she had gotten fired. Absolutely nonsense if I say so myself!

Its like a massage therapist walking away in the middle of a massage to answer a phone...NOT good!!!My complaint about the salon is NOT having a designated receptionist to help customers at the counter. Ive been having my hair done here for ten years. I see Maryanne and she is absolutely awesome! She is 5+ STARSOn more than a few occassions, Maryanne has had to stop doing my hair to help another customer buy products or make appts...

She messed up my hair. Im not picky about who cuts my hair, hair will grow. But this person was very sluggish and worst customer service ever. I hope people read the reviews before coming there. I didnt but should have.
