Been going here for a few years. Pretty good local spot to get your hair cut done. I would recommend to make an appointment or walk in during the mornings as they get busy in the afternoon.

Came here after my niece talked me out of going to one of the big chain hair places. I was not disappointed. It reminded me of the old town barber shops of yesteryear. The banter and the customers who get to enjoy it all. They did a great you on my hair and they are very safety conscious and have you keep your mask on at all time and they were pretty good at keeping mine on when they cut around my years. When Im back in town and if I need a haircut I know where Im going.

Very welcoming atmosphere, the barbers are very accommodating and even offer a beverage while you wait. The shop is clean and they have the TV on to keep you occupied while you wait. Ive been coming here for years. The owner Shane is very welcoming. You can enjoy a free drink (water, soda) as you wait for your hair cut. They also do hair cuts on toddlers and the barbers are very patient. Overall the experience is always great. It can get very busy, especially as the weekend approaches so plan accordingly.

I just moved to the AV 5 months ago and have been searching for a new barber. Well my search is over. I got a great cut and the owner was a really cool guy. It was my 5 yr old sons first cut at a real barber shop and the owner did a great job cutting my sons hair after mine. Thanks Eastside!

Very friendly and good atmosphere

I got the haircut I wanted except my hairline was pulled back on one corner. My barber’s hands were shaking during the lineup and I had my suspicion but didn’t realize it was pulled back once I left. Also my barber’s chair was broken and I could feel the footrest dragging on the floor. Do not recommend.

I usually have great experience here, I am a usual customer to this barber shop for the last two years . They had changed owners suddenly witch had scared me at first. To my surprise I found the new owner was a great stylist and I continued coming here . Today I am not impressed . I showed up here for a haircut at 445 . This place is supposed to close at six it says on the door and on this site . I have an important meeting tomorrow and wont be completely prepared now .

Recently I have been going here. Really like the place. All the employees are friendly and it is a nice atmosphere. Really satisfied with my haircut and would recommend to others.

Barbers need to focus more on cutting hair and less on trying to look cool and watching TV, they take too long per client and to top it all off they take phone reservations and make it unfair for the people that got there early. I feel it should be based on a first come first serve basis. It was very annoying to see guys walk in and get seen right away, when i was there for over an hour waiting for my turn!! Unfair system and need to be quicker on service! I have never ever complained on any business online but i had to take some minutes out of my busy day to express my frustration.

I definitely agree with some of the reviews, the barbers spend too much time talking to each other, watching TV and looking at their phone instead on focusing on their customers. The sign in sheet is a joke, they are not keeping track of order of clients and the phone reservations are very unfair for those waiting in person. They do a good job but the inconveniences are just too much. Had to find a new barber......

My kids love getting their haircut there... they are all experienced and have great customer service... only guys i trust with my kids hair.

I hate this guy called Ramon or something like that but he wears glasses and is the 2nd barber you see when you walk in, he messed up the line up and he made it look like a dumb U shape and he knew he went up too high and tried to fix it but it was just getting worse, now I have to keep wearing a hat but I work and I cant wear hats at my job so Im pretty mad about that because now I have to walk around with a huge forehead in front of everyone. I wanted this haircut to look great since I have a special occasion going on and now I have to look stupid in front of everyone. Never going back to him. I would recommend Fernando though, I shouldve waited for him instead.

Clean spot to get freshened up! Select your barber wisley tho. All I can say is once your happy with one barber always wait for him and be a loyal customer. I was in a rush one day and tried a diffrent barber and lets just say I should of just rocked my fro a extra week. Paisa high fades just aint for me!

This place is such a joke, barbers sit and talk to damn much about nonsense, they have you write your name on a sign in sheet that they dont even go by. I was so annoyed by this place, I literally sat for an hour while the big guy kept saying lames jokes, and when a chair was finally open my son was next he called another guy to get his hair cut. Never again will I attend this place. So unprofessional.
