Wendy was amazing! She took the time to cut,shampoo and style. Friendly and helpful with style suggestions. Highly recommend her! Clean and comfortable atmosphere.

Always go to the Supercuts in the Vons/Rite Aid area on Rancho Vista and 30th West. Super nice and friendly ladies there and I always get a great haircut!!

So I been going here a lot and it used to be great, but Now it going down hill with there new workers. If u like your hair be careful who you get they cute real sort. They don’t show you the length and ask before cutting it off like it not their hair have some common sense

The stylist makeup their own prices. Always ask before sitting in the chair. Don’t believe the prices on the wall as it goes back to them making up their own prices. Example the price on the wall says 15 and up for a cut she quotes $35-45 for a trim of 1/4 inch off my hair. Nothing fancy. If I want my hair shampoo that another $15. To blow dry that’s another $15. Everything she says is À la cart. Go somewhere else.I visited on06/28/2021 @11:30am. I was so disgusted when I left the establishment I sat I my automobile and immediately wrote my review. Very disappointed.

Ive been to this location 4 times. So far its been a great experience! Prices are reasonable and I always get a discount card for any hair product or next haircut visit.

Took over 3 hours to do a simple trim and dye, stylist was literally pulling and hurting my hair the entire time and did not get the color I wanted, her excuse was my hair was too dark but I got the same color I wanted a while ago by a different stylist. Too over priced and poor experience

This same location messed my hair twice. I went in today and showed them a picture of how I wanted my hair, when she was finished my hair was uneven and not like the pictures I showed her. I’m very upset with their work.

I usually go to fantastic sams for a haircut but they are closed right now so i went here and the lady who cut my hair was merina i think thats how you spell it. She is wonderful very friendly kind and was gentle with my hair. She knew exactly how to cut my hair. The place is clean and tidy. LOVE MY HAIR MERINA!!! thank you !! i will be going here from now on..and the price is good !

Update, I received a full refund for the services my Granddaughter did not receive! I want to thank Ms. Krista for her understanding of the need for providing quality service!I took my (11) year old Granddaughter for a wash / trim / conditioner and blow dry... To my surprise everything is a la cart😳 I thought I was at a restaurant! The so called hair stylist left soap in the nape of her neck failed to rinse her hair throughly and failed to even trim her hair properly! My Granddaughter is treated like a child not a teenager... The stylist kept asking her if she wanted layers, she doesn’t know what layers are...Granted she has a lot of hair! I told her what services to provide her there was no need to question her as to what she wanted. However, being a stylist you must be versatile to make money! I never had an issue when I took her to Fantastic Sams! I guess I took her to the wrong shop🤔

Loved it! Took us in fast! My son is 1 year and half and did an amazing job with Wendy. She was super fast and patient and my sons haircut was amazing, He didnt even cry at all. Totally coming back to her.

Terrible haircuts on my 2 grandaughters, however took them back 7 days later & Wendy the Manager got them all straightened out!!

I had a appointment at 1 oclock I checked in about 15 minutes early she said youll be the next person im finish up, i was walking up to the door at 1 after checking in she opened the door and said hold on theres one more person in front of you And that person currently just walked up to the door it didnt have an appointment So at the end of this ird how a appointment.

Love Kaitlyn she was wonderful! Coming from out of state and enjoy a visit here. The head wash and massage was awesome. My scalp and hair feel clean and smells great. Another part I like was they had cruelty free products like tea tree shampoo and conditioner. Over the years I been to different salons which have not been good. They have great customer service and super clean facility. I work in health field so these things are very important to me.

Great haircut but the new Call Center that answers the phone is super annoying. Cant speak to anyone at the store when calling to put your name in. Be prepared to get put on hold and deal with someone outside of the United States. So much for customer service in pursuit of The Almighty dollar.

Kaitlyn is amazing! I chopped off 10-11 inches & was super nervous i was going to have a giant poofy head & she did fantastic! Everyone I speak with there is always super friendly!

Not sure why I even need to give one star. Horrible experience.. I ended losing all of my highlights when she turned my highlights yellow/blue/purple. Had to go over my highlights with an awful brown color. Washed my hair a second time and the brown only stuck to the fresh roots at the top, while the black bleed to the end of what was my highlights. I was there for over 3 hours and missed a really important event because of the fiasco. I will never go there again.

They are shown as open but a fax machine is answering the phone. Tried to call HQ and a machine wanted me to leave some sort of comment.

The manager there was incredibly rude to my disabled mom and I told us to come at 5 then turned us away saying we should have called ahead... Even though we did. Then refused to give us the corporate number.

One of the worst hair cuts I have ever gotten. came home & was not happy with the hair cut. While getting my hair cut, the girl pulled my hair a few times. I asked for side bangs, & she couldnt even do them the right way, insisted my hair needed to adjust to them... Not to be rude I didnt say anything, because my hair stylist always does an amazing job cutting my hair & gives me the awesome side bangs. I didnt want to say anything because it was too late, but I wont be coming here ever again! I would rather take the time next time to go the Scv to see my hairstlysit. I should of known not to cut my hair when she said it would only take 15min.

One of the worst places you could go to get your haircut. When my brother went to get a haircut they didnt listen to what we wanted and they cut it to short, uneven, and they messed up his hairline! They ruin it. None of them know how to professionally cut hair.
