Very quiet and claim nice place to live at.

Management comes in MAYBE once a week, despite office hours being 9-1, Monday through Friday. Impossible to get any repairs done. We’re on day 2 of no hot water, and can’t get ahold of anyone, and this has happened several times before. 2 out of the 3 washing machines in the laundry room are broken, and have been for weeks. Many tenants are extremely loud at all hours, and many of the grassy areas are at least 30% cigarette butts, since people just toss them off their balcony instead of using an ash tray.Garbage is almost always littered everywhere in the complex, so don’t be surprised if you step out of your complex in the morning to a dirty diaper on your doorstep.But hey, they painted the mailbox last month. So at least they’re focusing their time on the real pressing issues.

Horrible place to live there bug everywhere no mamagment on property to complaint month to month and never fix anything or change carpet people hanging out smoking in the parking lot not kid friendly I been here for ten years amd since the new management anza management took over this place have gone to hell there been re cars have been broken in to an apartment have been broken in to I would see cops at least 1 every week and people still be hang out in the parking lot smoking drugs problems is there is management on property
