This whole building is infested with roaches and management refuses to take appropriate action to the point where now every unit is infested. I have had to contact the environmental department and seek a lawyer to take legal action against them for not maintaining a habitable living place for paying tenants. I clean my apartment regularly and the roaches are so bad they are in my fridge, freezer, TV, and Ive found them in my childrens beds, my bed, under my toilet seat, my shower, and my water cooler. I have used bombs, ultrasonic pest repellers, borax, roach traps, and nothing works. They are literally inside the building and it is making this place uninhabitable. DO NOT MOVE HERE.

Dont not live here. They never fix or replace anything. I lived there for a year and a half and they took my deposit and are requesting I pay for things that were broken when I was living there. They are charging me to replace a tub that they just painted over prior to my family moving in. The layer of paint was so thick that it dried and the drip marks were visible. No counter were replaced, just painted over. Also, they are charging me on replacing doors that were broken and a list of other things they want me to pay for that I left in the condition they were given to me. There are constant fights, domestic violence and overall not a safe place to raise a family. I could go on and on, on how this apartment complex is the worst. I repeat DO NOT LIVE THERE.

I lived here for nearly two years moved in was not provided new Carpet the tub wasn’t reglazed. I was told upon moving in it would be done then later told by management, Sheree that it’s only done every two years. I reported all this on the move-in report the cigarette burns and wax stained carpet. While living there was a change in management! The manager was never home had limited hours never fixed anything my shower was running only hot water due to their pipes being eroded! I put in several reports my upstairs floors were weak and sounded like they were going to fall in. So I moved, only to find out that they filed an illegal eviction. Two months after I moved never fixed anything, and charged me for all the repairs to the new carpet, reglazed tubs! I started to get upset! Then I realized karma will be the worst !!!! Please consider yourself warned
