We switched to Terminix 3 years ago and couldnt be happier! Cesar Chavez has been our technician since the beginning and he does a wonderful job keeping our place pest free. Marvin is the BEST Field Technician Ive had since Terminix has been my pest control provider. He is always on time, respectful, helpful, and diligent when completing his work. His is the consummate professional and always has a smile on his face. If it werent for Marvins exemplary customer service skills, I would have gotten rid of Terminix, due to interactions with a Field Technician before Marvin that werent as pleasant. Terminix was Awesome from beginning to the end, techs were very punctual and knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process. I couldnt get rid of these ants and outdoor waterbugs but Terminix came to save the day. I would recommend to anyone looking fix bug issues.

I had a great experience with Terminix would definitely recommend using them. I was using another company prior and they did not get rid of my ant or spider problem. Terminix did get rid of my problem and for a great price. Sometimes going with a cheaper price is not always better. I learned that the hard way. This company has been around for many years and there is a reason for that. Definitely recommending them to my family and friends.

We still have a few mosquitos but its much better than before they came. The tech explained that it wouldnt rid us of mosquitos, just reduce a bit and he was right.

The managers Justin Jordan and Tim Ludwick went above and beyond to not only make us feel comfortable but also that we got the value of what we paid for. Thank you Terminix.

I am very pleased with Terminix and Armandos service. He is always quick to take care of the issues we may have. The ONLY reason that I gave a 9 instead of a 10 is that we have had an occasional but ongoing issue with ants inside the home but as stated, Armando has responded quickly to this issue.

The service person always shows up when he says and communicates well and is earnest when we are having difficulties. Plus just a very nice guy!

If you get to speak to a human your lucky (maybe) i got 2 different answers completely from the Customer Service Reps? they said our home which is our landlord said was under contract was only for rodent control they had shown up every month for 4 months then we asked on a service call if they would remove the deceased rodent the guy said ok he haf removed 1 from next door he didnt hence the call nobody came by or called then i see them next door same landlord they didnt come by called 4x no response. Dibally got a person who then says we have bo service contract... They were to call owner never did

I use TERMINEX on a regular basis for different problems. They provide multiple services and their service is excellent. The price is reasonable and their technicians do a good job. When we developed an issue with bed bugs we spoke to multiple service’s but TERMINEX got the job and we no longer have bed bugs. They lived up to their agreement. Thank You TERMINEX!

Have had Terminix service for almost 20 years, fine service until this year. They are billing for service after not showing up. Two time now, they billed and did not treat my house. When I said I wasn’t gonna pay for it, they sent it to collections, after 20 years of being a loyal customers.If you believe the 4 - 5 star reviews, read them again, they are all fakes! They have people posting good reviews that aren’t even customers to cover up their deceptive and fraudulent business practices.

Quarterly prevention service

Signing up with Terminix was easy and the website had very detailed information about what the plan covered! The lady on the phone who signed me up was very personable, and then my tech who came out, Silvio Ramirez, was extremely helpful! He listened to my concerns, explained what bugs I was seeing and then thoroughly checked and treated my home inside and out. He explained what seasonal and weather related issues to expect and I can rely on him to take care PDF my home for the next year! Im very glad I went with Terminix to protect my new home.

Terminix has immediate results and customer service is the best!! We tried a different company before Terminix and after 5 service calls with no decrease in pests called Terminix and we are now so satisfied!!

I would not recommend this company, look for a alternative that respects customer service.Original review: They purchased our local company in Yucca Valley without notice. The old company charged our cc the day before the transition, but Terminix is trying to collect the already paid invoice. I called them 10 days ago and still not resolved. It took a few weeks for them to show up again for the rodent service we paid for. The first person didnt put bait in the traps. Our old tech did come the last time and rechecked for openings to attic, found one and sealed it. Reset traps with bait and told us that the company would schedule the next weekly service and gave me a piece of paper with url to see appointment time. 10 days later, nothing scheduled and billing issue still not corrected. Very disappointed with the secret sale of old company, had to read about it on Facebook and now the issues since the transition.

Terminix has gone above and beyond to help us. They always arrive on time, work efficiently and communicate the goals of each visit. There is no way we could do this on our own. They have the materials and expertise. We highly recommend their service!!!

I never had bug problems. But last year around Christmas time I was in need of pest control. Terminex sent an on call tech on Christmas Eve. I was so thankful! I meet my regular tech Caesar the following service. He is very knowledgeable and customer service oriented. Anytime I call for further questions or concerns, he is prompt at responding. I definitely recommend Terminex. They are reasonably priced and go above and beyond.

Public beware!! I was physically and verbally harassed and assaulted by their technician, Clint Schmidt. I am a single mom and he came into my home and touched me and said extremely vulgar and inappropriate things to me. All unwanted. I took and passed a voluntary polygraph test to prove my honesty.Their representatives are denying the claim and I have filed a lawsuit and I am honest and will prevail.

It started w/ a phone call to get some info. I spoke w/ Dorothy Kimble who was so helpful and friendly that I signed up that day. Caesar came out a couple of days later. He also was kind & told me not to feel bad about being overrun by roaches & that he could help. Josh Brock followed up with a couple of different solutions & again encouraged me to move forward and get my place back from the cockroaches. All 3 of these people made me see that Terminex has people who really care about their clients, they dont judge, & get the job done - no matter how many times they have to come back.

They are very resonable! always on time and very polite Service person, in and out of the office. They always call to see if the work was done to your liking, and to see if there is anything that they can do to help you.

Very surprised by all the 5-star ratings. In any case, weve had Terminex for years. Recently, we had a month past-due balance (so shoot me, Im not perfect). When the technician arrived for his scheduled appointment, he refused to perform his work and tried to strong-arm me to give him a check for the past-due balance before he would spray. The technicians at Terminex have a dual role: bug sprayer and bill collector. After this, weve switched to a local company, cheaper and much nicer.

Im very happy I went with terminix, josh helped me find the best solution to getting my home back. Justin came do to the treatment was very nice and informative and he showed those bugs whos boss.. I am definitely going to use terminix in the future, I hope I wont have to but if I do I know who to call! Thank you so much!

Find another company! Caught the technician on camera only spraying my front porch and getting in his truck and leaving! Ive been paying Terminix for over 4 years to spray the entire house and find out only my front porch has been getting sprayed!!! Called the Palm Springs office and left multiple messages for Mark Fritz (the manager) and never received a call back. Horrible! Horrible! Horrible!

My technician, Ignacio is awesome... efficient, prompt, thorough & honest.

Initial sales call-great. Signed up for regular insect spray and on one occasion I was charged and tech stated he was at my house, though I was home all day with ADT surveillance and no tech. Annual visit and the salesman was extremely pushy on another upsale (though I had already purchased a subterranean termite protection package (Over $300 per year). Not until I told the salesman to leave my home did he apologize and state it was his job to push additional features. I immediately cancelled my service with Terminex. Approximately August of 2015.). Flash forward 7 months later where I reside out of the state of California and my credit card has been billed for annual service. I have been on hold for the last 40 minutes waiting to correct. Save yourself the hassle-DO NOT USE TERMINEX out of Cathdral City!!!!!!!
