Erik, the owner is always willing to address any concerns. Joseph has been amazing. They made it all so easy. They are very polite and very flexible with their appointments.

First of all, Newman Pest Control was more the FIFTY PERCENT less expensive than an extermination co. that has unending TV ads here in the desert. For a first time, one time insect extermination around the exterior of my 1,500 sq. ft. town home, Newman charged $95.00 (that dropped to $75.00 if I added monthly follow up visits at $35.00 each). The TV ad company wanted $195.00 for a first time/one time extermination. Newman was on time, professional. and courteous. Definitely the better value! Check your pricing before you find youre only paying for the other companys tv ads.

We began with Newman almost a year ago. It is extraordinary to discover a company that consistently delivers and exceeds all our expectations. ADAM is our technician and from the get-go has been outstanding and a credit to Newman. We moved to the Coachella Valley 4 years ago. Prior to establishing service with Newman, we were on our own and tackled intermittent issues including ants, a bee hive near our front door, lizards, and finally roaches that entered via an unused bathroom. Thats when we called Newman to deal with this unwanted invasion. In that situation, ADAM was like our first responder and came over the same day. ADAM has been 100% reliable, responsive, trustworthy, and courteous. Moreover, he has prevented us from further unwanted pests. The piece of mind Newman and ADAM has given us, easily justifies their reasonable service fee. We recommend Newman and ADAM most highly.

Erik and Team are true professionals, which out here is rare. Everytime I phoned, whoever answered the phone was polite, friendly and ready to assist. Erik was quick to come out to our home and evaluate or situation, we had subterranean termite, the worst. Erik was on it, they crawled under the home, treated the termite at the source in the ground, treated them in the walls then cleaned up, touched up the small hole in the wall and were in and out as if not there at all. We have not had any issues with termites or any other creepy crawlers. Erik did so well with the termites, we moved forwarded and had him go on full service, treating for ALL rodents and insects. We had rains which woke up the ants and Erik was out the next day treating the exterior of our home. At first I thought I would do the DIY thing and treat my home. The money I spent on outdoor mice traps, poisons, bait and spray is far more expense than having Erik and his team come out and treat your home. Plus I dont have to worry about anything, they do all the work, come rain or shine. Stay away from the big box guys, they cost more and their service is no match for Erik.Thank you Newman for being more than a vendor, you care about your clients and it show.

Newman Pest Control is thorough, trustworthy and dependable. We had been using another large pest control company for years and had continuing problems. We now get excellent service and communication with Erik. And weve recommended him to several of our neighbors and he provides us all with high quality pest control. Feb 2017. Its been over a year since Erik took over our pest control. We have no rats, no ants and very few fire ants. When we do report fire ants he there within 24 hrs to spray. Excellent service! Very dependable and very personable.From a year ago. Eric has the only service that has kept the fire ants at bay. The rats are gone and my citrus trees have remained unmolested. He is always on time and very friendly. I happily recommend him and his company.

I would not recommend this company as they have poor communication from the office to the Technician . When I called to set up service with a Newman they set an expectation of an hour. I go on through the day and three hours later they have not called so I call back and cancel service. I then get attitude from attitude because I told him I went with another company...

I called at 7:45am because there was a rat in a condo I rent out on Airbnb. At 9:00am, YES, 1 hour and 15 minutes later... A tech had arrived, gone through the gate, found our spare key and texted me to let me know the rat had been caught! Unbelievable service and a great price.
