Veryyyyy food place . Anyone that says other wise is hating because the employees are very very nice and the nails are good quality . Love it been going here for a long time .

Have been coming here for years. But this last visit walked in for eyebrows said hello and not a hello back or an ok all I got was a dirty look. Told my mother about it and she stated the same.Sat for 15 min, than when she started to do my eyebrows was being very rough, and pinched my skin multiple times with the tweezers. I’m a cosmetologist and that’s no way to treat paying customers. If you want good eyebrows done go right next door to the salon they’ll treat you better!

I use to come here years ago. Popped back in today during covid 19 they didn’t even want to hear what I had to say they just kept saying “ appointment only”, “I have appointment now”. Stephanie and her husband use to to be so kind but this time they were nasty and kind of rushed me off.

Great place despite these other reviewers! If you have an attitude, the owners have no problem returning it back. One of the guys, John (?), does a fantastic job. He takes his time but its worth it. I wouldnt recommend anyone else but you have to be clear

Just send a demolition team here...this place is trash. The customer service is non existent and The entire staff comes off as a bunch of sneaky no good group full of hatred. I can’t go into detail about the horrible experience over and over again. I like the way Ana does eyebrows but she can be rude also at times. Idk...this place is just weird in my opinion 🙄🤷‍♀️

Been coming here since I was in middle school. I always have John do my nails, he does them perfectly and he’s very entertaining as well. Don’t come into this place with attitude, because you’ll get it right back. You need to tell them what you want and how you want it, just like any other place.

If I was able to put no stars I would! WORST NAIL SALON EVER!! Dont spend your money here, the owner did my nails I asked for nexgen. And they came out horrible, one nail is shorter then the others and just SLOPPY. Very rough and cut me multiple times. I asked for a refund she said no. And that Im picky. Im paying you to do my nail how I want not how she thinks they should be. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!

If there was a way to give this business a 0 star I would. I just walked in to that establishment in which I asserted I would like a manicure. To which I was instructed by an employee that she was too busy and she could not do it. But I was more than willing to wait however that was not an option for her she even said bye-bye. This is unacceptable if you do not want this poor customer service dont even waste your time in going to this establishment go somewhere else that is my suggestion. How rude!

Is it possible to give zero stars? Rude and lazy. I left after she soaked my feet took off zero cuticle and was about to polish my nails. I asked how much I owed her for washing my feet. She said $10. Worst nail shop EVER.
