The delivery person delivered my package to the wrong address in Idyllwild. Trying to trace it down was absolutely ridiculous. Ive been doing their work for 2 days now and the communication skills for the customer service toll-free number is fruitless. UPS has been more consistently correct with deliveries to me in Idyllwild. They still havent found my package yet...

If you need to ship a package via FedEx, this is the place to go to. Friendly staff and it’s RARELY crowded. If you have heavy items they have a cart in the parking lot so you won’t shatter your spine lifting and moving heavy boxes!

This fed ex office is the absolute worse! I have medication shipping from Texas that must be overnighted because needs to be refrigerated . The last 3 months they’ve been late delivering! This month it was due to be delivered on Friday .No delivery then stated no delivery date pending. Then on Monday “returned to shipper” All the while sitting in the PS warehouse & I’m literally just a couple miles away. Now I’m out of medication & must start the process over. The problem is FedEx monopolizes the market so there’s no recourse !!!!!!!FedEx get your act together please!

I agree with previous posts. If your item is there you cannot pick it up! At least USPS will let you come get it... here once they have it you are subject to their whims. My delivery went from Thursday to Friday to Saturday where it sat until Monday. I was not allowed to come get it because they were too lazy to get it for me. It was on a truck- sooo I guess that is too hard. Regardless of how late it is and how hard that makes it for me.

They held my package for over a month for me!! I was super grateful. My cosplay suits I had been waiting for from China.5 Starts for sure, theo the attendant was, well, well he probably gets 3 Starts. But over all visit is 5.

Horrible service - package delayed from Friday to Monday. Attempted pick up on Saturday, was told it is scheduled to be unloaded from the truck, that was currently there, the following day at 4am. Called fed ex 1800 number Sunday morning and was told I would be able to pick up my package as long as I have my ID and TN. Turns out they’re closed even though there are multiple employee cars in the back. Not one would answer the phone when I called 1800 number back and had them reach out to their hidden direct line. Not one answered the door when I had been ringing the door bell out front for 30 mins either. Horrible service, would never recommend. Absolutely 0 customer service skills or empathy - will NEVER use again.

Sign on my front door says DO NOT DELIVER to the front door all deliveries must be made inside gated area. Yet they will leave pkgs on the front door step. Pkgs have been stole here as the front door is steps away from sidewalk. This happens usually with FEDX GROUND deliveries. Cant they read the sign.??? Should be a better way. FEDX if you need help with these issues I have 35 yrs in del business and I could make these problems go away. Other reviews I could make issues much easier too. Get with it!!!

Called supervisor & they offered to deliver package between 8am &8pm Friday 9/25 ! Home all day N O Delivery!,,Needless to say I wouldnt recommend their service as there. The location is notorious for making packages dissapeared with no reprecaution from Their supervisors!!!!!! Someone made a big order for Kate spade purses, guy delivered it to the wrong house, they refused to try and get it back, the girl had to the call the company directly, it was until then they recovered the whole entire packet worth over 500$, both the company & the person threatened to file a police report, DONT BE SCARED TO DO THE SAME!!!!

I was supposedly to get my shipping on December 31 but they didnt do it much less tried to do it when I got a email that they said DELIVERY EXCEPTION INCORRECT ADDRESS, when I put exactly my address and I live in an area super popular in Palm Desert. They are lazy people working in this location of FedEx I hope to retrieve my package. They didnt even bother to come. Just bad service.

Horrible Instead of the driver knocking on my door or ringing my doorbell he literally stuck the door tab on the outside of my wooden gate. Super lazy next time try knocking now I have to wait an extra day for something that was overnighted!!!! My transaction here was easy, getting my package there was not. 3 stars because location was good but FedEx as a whole was unpleasant. I wasnt going to be home to sign for package. I called them as soon as I found it need a signature and they were less than helpful. Called them for 3 days. No one gave me a direct answer as to what was going to happen. Only found out when I got alert that it was there.

Wow. We are fairly new at our address and have had epic fails on deliveries with UPS and USPS.... Things sent next day or 2day arrived literally in 9 days+. Not only was driver Jenny out of your Palm springs hub an entire day early on our package delivery, she actually called for a gate code and didnt just turn around like everyone else has done. Phenomenal, we know to request FedEx shipping on our gazillions of online orders from this point forward! Thanks, Jenny! You made our day, and made receiving packages so much easier here!!! 😀

Great customer service! Michelle was very helpful in getting my delivery taken care of.. Thank you!5/21/19 - Im not too sure where all of these negative comments are coming from?? Every time Ive gone, theyve gone above and beyond to help me with my delivery. Just today the representative that was helping the front counter (not sure of her name) went out and pulled me package off of the truck that was about to go out so I could pick my package up while I was there, in the neighborhood.. We hand delivered a package to 1111 Bird Center Dr, Palm Springs, CA 92262 on evening of May 7th. According to the tracking the package was logged and sent on May 9th it arrived on May 12th at the San Bernardino Facility and was never seen again.The package contained marriage licenses and other legal paperwork. It took hours to reach an associate when the package was not delivered. Today is 5/20/2020 I received a call from the associate that initiated my investigation, to tell me the documents are lost.When I expressed concern to the associate that the lives of 12 couples had been impacted. She informed me that she did not feel she had not damaged peoples lives she was only doing her job. So some how the lost package containing 12 marriage licenses, became about her.At this time FEDEX cannot tell me what happened to our legal package. I made 3 phone calls yesterday May 19, 2020 and waited on hold for 49 minutes each time. When an associated picked and we began to speak the call was dropped on the FEDEX side ( I was call from a land line).During the 3rd call I was transferred 6 times. The associate helping me was attempting reach the woman that spoke to me this morning and the woman handling my investigation could not be reached. And once again the call dropped. After more than 5 hours on the phone.You know? you can only blame COVID so much. And then there comes a time to actually accept responsibility. Where is my package? The only way that a package can disappear is if it was repackaged. So how many FEDEX packages left San Bernardino for Riverside County Assessors Recorders office in Moreno Valley? You should at least have record of that.

Absolutely the worst delivery service in Southern California. I waited in the lobby of my Police Department for the package I had ordered to arrive and all of a sudden it said an attempt was made to deliver, which there was not. I called customer service and they person said Oh, Ill reach out but you can come pick your package at our facility which is 80 miles from my home and over 100 from my workplace.

If I can I will give 0 stars. Worse service ever! They cant deliver a simple baby stroller for 3 days!! First, they told me it was out of delivery. Then, they lost it. I spent hours on the phone trying to find out what is going on. They didnt even apologies for it!! They promise to me everyday that my deliver will arrive tomorrow but, nothing ever came! Wish I could leave 0 stars, I cant sign for my package because Im gone 14 hours a day. They attempted delivery thur. and fri. but I was at work. They said I could pick it up that sat. in Palm Springs. I live about 40 min. away but decided to make the drive because its the only chance I had to get my package. I tried to call them but the number is just a general Fedex number. As I was going down there I just knew they were going to say it wasnt there. I got there and the lady that helped me said its not here it shipped back to L.A, it was a human mistake. So I drove back home with nothing but time wasted from my valuable weekend not to mention gas from my full size truck.

Fed-Ex was instructed to LEAVE a package at a business, and I guess their driver decided theyd rather ignore the instruction and take it back to the facility. The package was addressed to our business. We run a small business with fewer than 10 employees. We dont spend extra money on personalized business cards for managers, or even the owners. The woman behind the counter, who was incredibly rude to me right off the bat, didnt accept the fact that I pulled a giant stack of business cards out of my purse, after she asked me my name and if I had a business card with me to prove that I was indeed an employee. Well as I explained above, I do not have a personalized business card. She then asked for a paystub. Well my paychecks come from our accountants office, which in our case means our DBA (the name of our business the package was addressed to) isnt even on my paycheck, nor is our business address. Obviously that wouldnt suffice either. So while this woman is using the most condescending tone toward me, Im trying to find any possible way to prove that this is my company. She had ZERO compassion for the situation and was treating me like I was on a mission to make her job more difficult, when ALL I was trying to do was avoid leaving a box of perishable produce at their facility until Monday, that the courier was never supposed to bring there to begin with! So Im trying to get creative here. My corporate email with my signature? Not good enough. The app I use to log hours and manage employee labor? Nope. Proving I can log in to ALL of our social media accounts that I manage? Negative. At this point Im so frustrated with the situation AND her attitude, that I couldnt wait to speak to the manager when she offered to go get him. How convenient that he happened to be on a conference call and couldnt come speak to me and I was just supposed to stand there and wait, because my time isnt important. It is beyond frustrating to be in a position where you literally live and breathe a business, but FedEx wants to keep your perishable items under lock and key, instead of working together to find a solution. Oh, and they werent even cool with contacting the person who sent the package (who could have provided a credit card # used to pay for the shipping label or SOMETHING), to verify who I was. FedEx: Where Frustration Has No End.

In general, FedEx staff is very helpful, but at this location, tucked way in the back of an industrial park, the staff is especially friendly and helpful. While smiles and hellos are great, they take it an extra step by really working with me each time I go in, to find the best shipping option for me at the best price. And there seem to never be any lines, thus no wait time, and perhaps also the reason they are willing to take so much of their time helping... Anyway, it is greatly appreciated and I am glad to have this place as my local shipping center!

FedEx Shipment originally said it was going to arrive on Monday 3rd. Three of the tires arrived on Saturday the 1st. and then one was delayed until Tuesday the 4th. today.FedEx delivered it and put it in front of my metal security door making it impossible for me to open the door.This could have been a fire hazard.I had to go out the side gate to move the tire.

Horrible customer service. Rude operator. Was told by a FedEx supervisor named Luis my package that was mistakenly put on the truck when my instructions told Id pickup at FedEx. After waiting all day for said imperative package I was told the store was open till 7 had to wait till driver got back between 6 and 6:30. I called at 6:09 and no one answered the phone. I call customer service and they told me the store was closed. I called back and spoke to another supervisor to make a formal complaint.

As a lawyer and realtor, I had to send papers to be signed and return to me. The person at the counter told me to go to the computer console and follow directions. She was quite sick and could hardly talk. You would think that her boss would send her home. Anyway, the computer program would not respond to the data that I entered. When I asked the clerk to help me she said there is no other way than to use the computer console but stood behind me to help. Meanwhile she is coughing and I am afraid to get infected so I called for the manager and told him the computer is not responding and the clerk is too sick for me to work with. With much bruised feelings all around, her boss sat down at the console and noticed a screen had not come up that was necessary to start the transaction. AFter he fixed that it came up and we completed the transaction. I will never go back to a Federal Express again ever for anything. You pay top dollar and receive economy service.
