Ocotilli Services is AMAZING! Was referred to Ocotillo Services by our interior decorator. We called Kyle, the owner, on a Friday to let him know that we would need a rush delivery to our home in Palm Springs so that we could meet an importer delivery deadline. We were having a load picked up at our home in Palm Springs for delivery to Mexico the following week - Christmas week!! Kyle miraculously arranged to have the couch delivered three days later, the Monday following Monday!!. We had our couch delivered on Monday at noon in time to meet our importers pick up on Tuesday. Ocotillo Services has been an amazing partner for our Interior Design business. We have used other receiving companies in the past, but Ocotillo Services is far superior. We send our orders to Ocotillo, where they are unpacked, inspected, and assembled. Then Kyle, the owner, arranges for delivery and installation.Kyle always lets us know when each item arrives and whether or not it has passed inspection. In cases where the item arrives damaged, he sends us photographs to facilitate a claim for a return or replacement. He has even contacted vendors on our behalf when products are not up to par.
