Stay Clear. Do not trust this guy. I found him on Craigslist. I needed to file a claim and had a one week deadline. After speaking on the phone and sending him the paperwork I hired him. Two days later I followed up and he said he was working on it. Then only 2 days before the filing was due he emailed and said he got too busy and the job was too hard for him.

Scam scam stay awayI hired him for court motions and he stole my money. He never did anything we agreed to is a persons shame

Paid Gary Whitehead $500 to submit my Green Card Application...He cancelled our meeting I dont know how many times. He finally got his assistant to fill out the application...I sent it away and it was rejected because it was full of mistakes...and then it was rejected again because the amount of money he told me to send was incorrect. So, do yourself a favor, get online, follow the simple instructions, fill out the forms and send them away, like I did after all this. In the end for $500 he delayed the whole process by a couple months.
