Sun Custom Builders did an unbelievably incredible job with the total remodel of our newly purchased condo! Every phase of the project was completed with exceptional guidance and communication from Pat. His crew of sub-contractors worked in unison and have many years of experience which is obvious by the quality and care of their workmanship. Of the few issues that arose (and issues do arise in an older high rise condo building), every single one was handled to our complete satisfaction.The end result of Pat’s dedication to give us the best value for our money is our new “forever home” that we have been dreaming of for years.
