Extremely impressed with the professionalism and friendly staff at the Palm Harbor Century 21 office. David Pratt (realtor), Pat Dimeo (broker/manager), and even the receptionist Harriet are all top notch!

I just had the most horrible experience with a Realtor at this location Francine Spector. She just totally screwed up my real estate transaction.Apparently, I see that she has done this before and unfortunately only learned about this after my mishap. So why would any reputable office allow her to continue to perform the same mistakes over and over?

I am working on finding a home in holiday lake estates and that horrible excuse of an agent (francine spector) refused to transfer an inspection report to the seller as I requested.Her excuse was: My seller is a very nice man and you are not a nice man (never met me and first time on the phone) and I do not want you to have any direct contact with the seller. He might have a heart attack.She should be embarrassed in the customer service that she provides. I am planning to buy 3-5 properties in the next 5 years and I will avoid any property that she will be related to.
