Our beautiful home was looking so dirty and neglected. It had been totally abused by the elements. The exterior was dirty, the fence needed a good, solid cleaning, the driveway and sidewalk were turning black and the lanai pavers needed to be sanded and sealed. My wife found Family first and after seeing the reviews we felt confident contacting them. They were professional and gave us a great quote for all of the work.They showed up on time today with a crew and quickly started to work. They cleaned our windows inside and out, power washed our house bringing it back from the dead, power washed our driveway until it looked great again, power washed our fence and finally cleaned, sanded and sealed the lanai with two coats of sealant.The job they did was beyond our expectations. My wife and I are totally pleased with not only their execution but also the QUALITY of their work. I am happy to pass a recommendation that this is the company to call when you want it done right the first time!Awesome job Family First!!

The work was very good and he was on time and efficient. However, it took 3 weeks for me to get most of the sand out of my pool. They blew pounds of excess sand directly into my pool. Also, my pool filter cover was sealed shut by the product used to seal my pavers. Overall, I think 3 is generous.

John did a great job making my concrete, roof, and windows sparkle. He even cleaned the concrete landscape edging without me asking. There were a couple of accidental bleach spots on the grass, but John was great about making things right. He accepted full responsibility and went out of his way to ensure 100% satisfaction. This is not something you could say about most companies. All of my neighbors were impressed by the finished product and the overall professionalism shown. I would highly recommend and will continue to do business with them.

We had them come early in the summer to pressure clean our pool deck and the finished product was simply wonderful.Just this past week we had them come back and clean our outside windows, tracks and screens. I could not not give more praise! They cleaned all the house windows that had not been cleaned in many yrs. They look fabulous!!They also repaired and cleaned a grey dingy deck. It looks new now. The deck will have a few more years before it must be rebuilt. They were very professional and prompt. The price was very fair. I would hire them again.

Rude, rude, rude. I will never do business with this company. Driver almost hit me in a parking lot. Stared me in my eyes and continued to squeak behind me. Horrible first impression.Response: This absolutely happened. How else would I know your business? Got your info off the side of your van after you almost hit us. Then on Facebook you said we caused a scene? I think you’re the confused one. You claim you have Go Pros on the vehicles. Please review the footage and drive with care.

We had big Fall cleaning and were very happy with Family First. We had the pool cage, pool area, house gutters, sidewalks and driveway cleaned. We also had both the inside and outside windows done. In addition, we had our wood fence cleaned and sealer applied. All the work was done in a day and half at a reasonablecost. Both John and his assistant were great to work with. We will use their services again.

John was out to the house almost immediately to look at the job. The bid he gave for the work was right in line with other bids I received. I made the decision to hire John because he was polite, knowledgeable and his reviews were stellar. I definitely made the right decision and will have him do my power washing from here on.

Wow, I dont know who it is that works for them, but I could never recommend this company. I was driving down bay shore today and the driver of this companys car whips out, almost hits me and a cyclist... when I honk, he speeds up, turns around and throws his cigarette bud on my windshield. He then speeds down bay shore going well over 45 mph, despite it being a 35 zone.This is extremely unsafe and someone could have been hurt. This drivers response was telling of the type of individuals you can find at this company.
