Felipe (owner) took a look at the property and gave me a quote. He initially gave me a higher quote and then he was able to reduce it via text message. We agreed on a deal over text message. Then on the day of painting, he jacked up the price by 50% back to his original high quote. We had to cancel the deal. Wasted my weeks. I have dependencies, and all needs to be rescheduled. Could have done it by professionals, whos quote was lower cost than his quote.Update: He read this review and said agreement over text message doesnt count as it is not written.If you all agree that agreement over text message does not count, then disregard my review. Otherwise, make your decision wisely.

We have a 2 story, 3200 sf house. We needed exterior painting done. We called Felipe at power last services and he came to give an extimate. He power washed the house, pool cage and taped, calked and gently removed artwork off walls. Excellent pressure wash. Next was the paint he uses Sherman Williams paint. They sanded the entry door and did the trim, and exterior paint. They even had to cut 4 panels in the pool cage and replaced that too. I was very impress with out come. The crew was polite and courteous.

Do NOT use Felipe and Wayne for interior painting. They not only did a HORRIBLE JOB but they ripped us off, too. Details matter; they actually painted OVER tape, missed the top where our blinds hang, missed edges and just today I had to repaint my lobby walls because they used inferior paint but charged us top dollar. They should be ashamed of themselves.
