Good afternoon,I just wanted to take a moment and thoroughly thank All Clear Pools for fixing our pool pump. You guys were a little busy and we had another company come in and take a look at it and I will never do that again. We were charged just for a visit and told it was unfixable and given an overinflated quote for a new pump and filter housing that more than doubled yours. Your quotes for replacement were very reasonable and appreciated but I can not thank you guys enough for just fixing the plumbing! The technician that always comes out is very professional and extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I will recommend your company to anyone in need of service! Again, thank you so much.

I have had the same service technician for 3 years and I couldn’t be more pleased. He really knows what he is doing!!!!! I am absent most of the summer and my pool looks excellent whenever I come home. If there is a problem I receive an email with solutions and prices. I believe this is a family owned business. I’m super impressed with the quality of their service and the attention to detail. A pool owner would be hard pressed to find a better service company.

The pool techs broke my valve handle during their repair and did not tell me or their company (or so they say). I had to chase them down for MONTHS to replace, one excuse after another. One of the repairs they did was a rebuild of a valve. I was not told this. I have an old system and would have replaced instead of rebuild, especially since they do not warranty their rebuild work. They also just come onto your property to do the repairs without letting you know they are there. They left the front gate open so when I let my dog out, he got out. There are more professional and less expensive companies out there - find them and do not use this company!

I am very happy with my service from All Clear Pools! I have used two other companies since I bought my home in Palm Harbor 3 years ago and All Clear is far superior to my previous experiences! They are reliable, organized, professional and their prices are very fair. They even go above and beyond what we expect!

We switched to All Clear Pool Services & Supplies about a year ago and we are so pleased that we did. They are locally owned, never miss a weekly cleaning, and actually spend time taking care of our pool. After each service an email is sent summarizing what was done in a very easy to read format. It tells us if a chemical was used as well and informs us if it is safe to swim or not. Additionally, ALL in person and phone communications with each member of their team have been both professional and positive.

I tried to get estimate for thousands of dollars worth of pool upgrades. Could not get anybody to come out and speak with us about our system. Man on phone said they don’t have time for that. Please avoid this company .

Todd (owner), Mitch (service), Jason (maintenance) and everyone I’ve ever spoken to at the office are all absolutely incredible. Their personalities are ten out of ten. They are so professional and responsive. They are always here on the right day at the right time and they email you (immediately) a complete and detailed report when they leave, let you know it is safe to swim and advise you of any issues that may be coming up. The fees are so low I don’t know how they do it. We have used them for a little over a year now. They replaced my lights and put in a variable speed pump (both at our request) and everything has gone amazing. I would not even consider another company...even at half the cost. I actually feel good about paying every month.

Highly highly UnrecommendedNEVER use. The owner Todd dared to cancel my service starting March 1st without my authorization Or my word & Also without informing me. Very very unprofessional !!!By March 8 because of only one service skipped by them my pool turned green and that proves that Billy their technician used to add very tiny amount of chemicals And chlorine Though they use to charge me $110 a monthunbelievable!!!Never use.there’s a lot of other companies in the area who respect their customers and do a great job

Todd and his Team are my go-to pool maintenance company for my own pool and for real estate services.

Knowledgeable and empathetic staff. After dealing with pool issues for weeks nor Leslies or pinch a penny could fix, I have finally found the correct anwser and forever pool store.

Would not recommend these people. I had them replace a motor for me, the price increased twice between the time of agreement and time the motor installation was complete. Paid over $500. My pump was then leaking prior to install of the motor, one of the pipes which connects to motor. They can back out and attempted to charge me an additional $60 for a repair, ridiculous. I’m also in the service industry (A/C), if we were to do a repair and cause additional damage we would NEVER charge extra. Pool should have been tested before they left, not 3 days of leaking water for me to find myself. They finally repaired the “leak”, now my pool is still not holding water well. Attempted to give them one last chance to do right and called them to advise, they were trying to charge me an additional $300 to find... after they already charged me over $500 for the motor and “$60” to repair the “leak”. These people are complete rip offs and I will never use them again.Edit: extremely rude on the phone, pool was holding water fine before they touched it. Now I am adding water almost daily!

Since having All clear Pool & Supplies we are most happy. They through their rep. jerry is more than we could or expected.If we had to or was asked to give a reference they would get a rave one.

I went in with only some basic information of what type of pool system I was running. I had never had a salt water pool with a chlorine generator before and I wasnt very educated on how to maintain it. They are very knowledgeable and helpful and brought me up to speed quickly. Their water testing is quick and accurate. If you live in Palm Harbor, this is the place to go to keep your pool in good shape.

Have used All Clear for any issues that come up with my 30 year old pool. They are always pleasant and treat my $50 job the same as my $500 job when I need new equipment. Roger is a great tech who arrives on time and knows exactly what to do and gets the job done. Thank you All Clear Pools!

These guys are great. Weve had them replace a few pieces of equipment for us, pricing is fair. They also provide weekly maintenance service and they show up on time every week, provide a quick report of the status of our pool each time, and always communicate schedule changes for holidays and such. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. My kids and my puppy love seeing Rick every week. The first time they came, our pool was cloudy and green. Now Todd and his team keep our pool all clear, all the time.

Friendly professional service. We had an annoying air leak that another company tried to fix with no luck. The service tech knew exactly where to look and were now leak free. A reasonable price too which is always nice. Very happy and will definitely continue to deal with these guys.

Excellent company. They recommended replacing all my pool equipment when I bought my house as it was all old and repairs would eventually cost more than new equipment and I would still have old equipment. They also service the pool weekly and send you an email updating you on the pool. I highly recommend them.

Our pool pump was on its way out. Rod & Roger were fantastic in helping us decide which pool pump to get. Roger came out and installed our pool pump. He is a perfectionist and ensure everything is installed correctly. I would recommend this company if you are having problems with your pool.

I decided for All Clear Pools to install a pool heating system. I selected a heat pump system, upgraded to a high efficiency new pool pump, auto-chlorinator and replacement of my pool light. The pool light was a true challenge as the conduit was broken below the pool deck - tricky to explore and fix. Todd arranged for everything, was very accommodating of my busy schedule. Roger, the installer did a great job ... you know when someone with knowledge and expertise is at work - hes one of those guys! This great experience lead to switching also my regular pool service over to them ... it also led to this 5 star review.

Words cannot express how I feel about super service from All Clear Pool Services and Supplies. The Staff was a delight and helped us fix our hot mess of a pool set up. They came out and reviewed my concerns on my existing pool set up and what we wanted. They made some recommendations and we went with a salt water conversion. I have used Todd at All Clear for some time now and he is the most professional business owner I have come across in a long time. Nothing is too much trouble for him and he actually knows what he is doing that is something of a rarity in Florida. I had a brand new leaking pool pump that a previous plumber had installed (2 months earlier) but would not return calls and would not come out - eventually the pump stopped working.I called All Clear, - I was given a date and time, Todd not only showed up on time, fixed the problem quickly, charged a reasonable price, but also made some suggestions to save money on my utility bill. All Clear is definitely my new GO-TO company for anything pool related! I wholeheartedly recommend them.

Our experience started off well roughly a couple years ago. However service levels had fallen off recently at about the same time out of the blue the owner started saying our account wasnt up to date for invoices due about 2 years ago. His claim was that we had been paying recently but hadnt paid 2 year old invoices. There were questions about whether or not we even had service on the dates in question, still we paid anyways. Then came more service issues and other disputes with owner so we terminated the service. Since termination he continues to harass us. Some of it may be unintentional since the most recent occurance is a letter threatening to put a lien on property that doesnt even belong to us? However amount stated on notice of intent to lien is exactly one months cleaning service($85) Seems out of character given what I thought we knew of the owner. I suppose its possible hes hard up for money and this is how it manifests? Just a guess, its all so weird. All said, I would be wary of signing up with him right now until he gets his book keeping together.
