I am a new member of Burn Boot Camp and I am really loving my experience thus far. I just completed the 7 day trail and from day one I felt very comfortable. All the coaches are fantastic and motivational. I really love the body scans and nutritional help. I think this will really help keep me accountable, which I haven’t found in any gyms prior. The workouts are challenging and different every class. I am also very thankful that I didn’t feel pressured to join. I was able to complete my 7 day trail without the discussion of membership to see if this was something I really want to be a part of. I have been thinking about trying Burn Boot Camp for a few months now and I am glad I have. If your reading this and feel the same way seriously go try it... I am looking forward to my transformation and hopefully having my picture on the transformation wall soon. Thanks for the great first experience!!
Best Boot Camp! I was never much into gyms and working out. I would just diet or intermittent fast and thought that was good enough to loose weight quickly. I thought to try it out but hey honestly didnt think Id sign on. When I did a trial run at Palm Harbor, I was pretty much hooked. I actually look forward to waking up at 5AM and start my day with boot camp. The trainers motivate you, show you the work outs (and work with you if youre not doing them correctly), the music is awesome and you get an intense work out in.. then youre done. Thats what I like about it. You feel AWESOME afterwards and see huge results. I already see big changes after 3 months.

It was at my second Focus Meeting where Sandra reviewed my weight loss, muscle development, and overall physical fitness results in a clear and informative manner. Solid workout. Coaches challenged us, but were also very helpful and encouraging. They help each individual set specific goals to work toward and build/adjust the plan to get there. Looking forward to the next workout.
Great camp with fun and positive trainers. Such a positive and encouraging environment. Challenging but you can also go at your own pace. Love it!

Great bootcamp style workout. Great trainers and awesome people. Co-ed workouts at 5am 530 pm and 630 pm.
