Jack and Gavin were very professional. I was turned down at the corporate Verizon store whom I pay so much money to, to clean out my charging port that wouldn’t take a charge. I came in ubreak just before closing on a Sunday and they cleaned out my phone and got me back to work. Their professionalism was second to none. The worst location. I changed the screen to my phone, and after a week, the touch screen was not working. I been there and they told me the phone has a physical damage and I had to pay 250$ more.my phone was not broken, no scratch, nothing and My phone was under guaranty. They was trying to get more money from me. I bring my phone in another location and they was clear that my phone was not broken and they fix. Don’t visit this location, the price are so high and they lien about your problem, just for money . 1 star is tooooo much for them

Julio was one of the best to work on my cell phone. Never will I go to at&t again. Very smart he knew what to do with my phone right away. Took him literally 3 mins. Done. At at&t for 45 mins and they couldn’t figure it out. I will alwys come to see Julio and never again at&t. This place is the best. Better than the kiosks at the mall. Thank you

The staff here is exceptionally kind and are willing to help you with any problem you might have. They were able to fix my phone after I cracked the screen and it was good as new. They do very good work and prices are reasonable. Thank you for helping me out!

You can start by not making customers wear a mask inside your store. I was there with my 13 year old son getting his phone fixed and was not aloud in without a mask. I was told I have to wear one inside or they will have to help me outside. Obviously we stood outside.If your company wants their employees to wear a mask that is fine. I should not have to if that is what I choose. Shame on your company for requiring these rules.

After a nearby competitor had quoted me $45.99 to simply remove the lint from charging port, I decided to try uBreakiFix and was astonished to have them offer the 2 minute fix for way cheaper. So happy to see there are still people and businesses that do the right thing. $10 tip was well worth it! Definitely recommended if you want an honest technician.

Eric did an amazing job repairing my laptop in a timely manner. I left it in his capable hands on Sunday and was able to pick it up Tuesday with a new hard drive and they gave me the old one back so I could download my old files. As a college student the cost and how quickly they got it back to me was huge and I will definitely refer people to their store.

Ask for Jack!!!! My husband broke his phone and needed to transfer the data to his new phone. We went to 2 Tmobile stores and they did nothing to help. So we went to uBreakiFix and thankfully Jack was there. He was beyond helpful and did everything in his power to tranfer the data from a phone that only 30% of the screen was visible. This man is a socerer and made it happen! If you have an issue with your phone, go to this store and ask for Jack!!

Cracked my screen entirety, broken LED too. Took it to this store, greeted by Eric who helped me out. Got me phone fixed quick and easy, helped me get liquid glass coverage ad well. Extremely nice and respectful guy, 10/10 would recommend to anyone who needs their phone fixed.Just came in today about 2 weeks later to fix my screen yet again, was helped by Jamie this time, incredibly sweet and considerate, plenty of patience and understanding with my situation. Senior here.........I couldnt figure out how to transfer photos from phone to laptop even after watching a YT video. This is not their business but I thought Id give it a try.The fella that helped me could not have been more understanding (again, Im a Senior) AND HELPFUL and spoke in terms I could understand (I think)!Anyway, give them a whirl especially if your a Senior.

I took a old Christmas decoration to be repaired. The greeting technician was very attentive and professional. They performed the diagnostic and realized they couldnt repair it. I received a call the next day explaining everything they did and there was no charge for the time they spent trying to fix it. Would highly recommend

My absolute go-to for any issue tech related. A self proclaimed clutz, I have been in need of phone repair on more than one occasion and each time this uBreakiFix has exceeded my expectations in quality, speed and honestly just all around phenomenal customer service. While every team member I have met has been very kind and patient, today I was lucky enough to be helped by Eric, who had both my issues fixed in about 5 minutes. That is not hyperbole, literally 5 minutes.HIGHLY RECOMMEND! :)

I take my Note 20 Ultra in to get my cracked screen fixed, they tell me 2 hours, ok, no problem, I live in Land O Lakes and ill just blow time, but heres the problem, after 2.5 hours I go back, they come out and tell me oh when we went to replace your screen we cut the antenna wire so your gonna need a new phone and this one now has no service and we put the cracked screen back on. Uhhhhhh, what? We will pay for the new phone, ok thats cool, but you need to call asurion and take care of it, after an hour and a half on phone with asurion, and 2 days later I can make a phone call. This place should be called WeBreakYouFix.

Phil helped me out. My family has been here numerous times. Extended the lives of many of our electronics saving us at least 1k over last few years. Fair prices. Quick turn around. Well staffed.

This company doesn’t use apple parts. They use after market parts. I’m not able to use my apps, my keyboard has a mind of its on.It would of been helpful to know this before spending 170 dollars on a cheap 20 dollar part. I dont recommend this company at all.

These people are lifesavers. I did not want to pay for an insurance replacement device and also probably exhausted my insurance eligibility for the year. I thought for sure they would turn me away with one look at my smashed to pieces phone. They were so professional and kind. They ran diagnostics and called me immediately after with an analysis. They replaced my screen quickly and affordably. I was locked out of all of my important personal information and could not afford to pay full retail for another iPhone. Highly recommend! Each employee was wonderful, I’m sorry I can only mention Eric by name. Will definitely be calling them to the rescue next time.

Love this place! Ive broke my phone maybe half dozen times and brought them my phone every single time and each time theyve exceeded my expectations, returned my phone looking and feeling brand new. There liquid case or screen protection so far has paid for most my repairs if not all, only thing I pay is a small deposit or taxes, which 20-30 bucks is much better than $330 for note 10+ screen. Great place!

Got the camera and battery for iPhone replaced. I had all kinds of issues with my phone after from it randomly shutting off dozens of times per day to audio issues. The manager Jamie was very helpful in getting the issues “fixed” by them and a third party, but unfortunately the problems persisted that I never had prior to them opening my phone. After multiple failed trips and hours wasted at the store for them to replace the battery and camera multiple times I am now paying for a new phone after I wasted $180 at ubreakifix. I would never let them open up another phone of mine.

I was in traffic and stumbled upon u break I fix, I wasn’t comfortable putting a screen protector on my phone because I always have problems with it bubbling. I stopped in just a guy to put it on my phone and was willing to pay for it the gentleman that helped me was really nice and put on free even though I offered to pay.Even before he waited on, there were too young men that he was working with their computer that turned out to power on with no problem the employee was professional and very honest, I would gladly even pay a little extra for this type of service and integrity.

Phenomenal experience! I made an appointment to get my screen replaced which would have cost me some major dollars for a Samsung Note 9. Although it looked pretty broken, Frankie carefully removed my screen protector and discovered that my screen was in perfect condition. I could have simply dropped off my phone and they could have proceeded to charge me for a screen repair that wasnt necessary. Very honest people work here!!

Wasnt able to put glass on back said camera wasnt working right but they didnt even take it out of the right camera mode to test the zoom he said camera wouldnt take 100 times zoom but I tried it and showed him it worked he said sorry cant fix it and walked away I believe he was the manger oh well got it fixed at the other location with no problem
