So, got the ultimate car wash for my very nice Toyota Tundra. You would think that with as many cars that they do they would remove the antenna before putting it through the wash. NOPE. Bent my antenna and broke the seal around it. Wow. So disappointed. I should have known better. My wife got her car washed a couple of months ago and you could barely tell.

For $25, the wash was so-so. I finished job at my home. Wheels still dirty. Interior pretty good.

Very good overall cleaning of my car in an expeditious manner. Additional services available as needed.

Fair price for a good clean

My car stopped working near the intersection East Lake Car Wash, within 10 minutes they helped me get my car to the service station and identify the problem. They were fast, affordable and amazing customer service. I would recommend these guys to anyone in the area, they even vacuumed and washed my car prior to pick up. Fantastic service all around!

I would never go back. Its expensive, the service is not good. It took a lot of time and they never let me know that my car was ready and when I left after an hour they had not done the full service ... the wheels were dirty and it was not well vacuumed

20/20 Hindsight: They make money purely off of their location. Look around ... you’ll find far cheaper for the same result.I’ve been driving past and reading their signs for a few weeks now. The price of $90 for interior seemed very expensive but I decided to check it out because of the good reviews. As soon as they saw a young girl step out they said they normally charge $215 for a clean. I have a small crossover, no stains, some dog hair and sand. I had vacuumed it 3 months prior. I wanted to get my car detailed because I can’t get into the small crevices and I just wanted it done a little nicer as a treat. After having to haggle with the man and ask him why his signs say $90 he finally said the lowest he’ll do it for is $135. I finally just said okay. After talking to other people I found that $70 is a fair price for the service I was given and they were shocked that I paid so much. I will say they did a nice job and I have no complaints on the cleaning. But that job could have been done for much cheaper. I don’t appreciate being hoodwinked like that. I don’t trust them.

Got the premium wash, well worth it! The car looked great! The manager Tommy was very nice, making sure I was happy with the service. Overall, a great experience.

I recommend these guys ! The customer service and quality was absolutely wonderful . The manager went out of his way for me on my lunch hour. This place is great ! My car looked beautiful when they were done.

Great customer service. They go above and beyond! Got an oil change, they topped off my fluids and did a whole engine check. They let me know my serpentine belt was about to go and let me know I needed an engine flush in the near future to keep my baby runnin smooth

AWESOME JOB to the crew who work there! They do a great job of wiping down your car inside and out. And the windows are spotless every time! It next to Starbucks and Marcos pizza togo while you wait. Or wait in the enclosed cool waiting area if you prefer. There is a outside seating area also that has chairs and tables with umbrellas.

I have a lot to say but first, let me be clear that I am writing this as a truthful review that you should believe and not blow off as another five-star review. I have used this local car wash/ service center only a handful of times. Maybe 4 times for a car when I am too busy to get one done myself. And every time they are on point with getting it done to the way you like it. You tell them what you want done and they will do it to the best of their ability. Now the service department area, I have never felt so relieved knowing that my car is being taken care of. With my Chevrolet dealership I went to, they wanted an estimate of 350- $400 for the purchasing and installation of new rotors and pads for my back two that have gone out. At east lake car wash, I got charged a total out the door, $280. And the labor is cheap because they don’t slowly do the work. It’s the fastest work I have seen done on my car. But what that done is save you money because the labor is so quick. Even at tire kingdom, I never get that quick of labor. Never. Overall, I have been treated right. If you’re a customer like me that cares about every piece of his nice sports car, then come to them and anything you hear, see, or needs to be replaced, let them check it out. I promise, if you are kind to them and will work with them, then they will show the same compassion to you. This is where I’ll be going for now on because they give the most trustworthy, quick, and efficient work ever done for me and my car.

For the second time that Ive brought my car for an oil change continue to have all sorts of stuff left after vacuuming. its not that they wont redo it I just would like for it to be done right the first time.

I pass by this place everyday and have been needing to get my car detailed and seats shampooed. I stopped by here on a Sunday morning and I received service right away! I left my car and it was finished within 2 hours. Great price for what you get in my opinion. I’ll definitely come back here!

I’ve seen their job before on my friend cars. She always takes it there, quite a good job.But then I took my car. Asked for wash, wax, and clean up the interior.After they where done, the first thing I see are the driver window and column bar dirty, all the windows were. I open the door, door wasn’t wiped, dusty dashboard, and clearly dirty console, seats also the same way I left it. They took it back in to have it fixed. Half job once more. I took my own cloth and finished their job for them. Because I don’t want to drive a dirty car after paying over $50 to have it cleaned.

This review is way overdue, I have been getting my cars serviced here for at least 12 years and I am never disappointed. Staff is very friendly and treat you like family, Danielle always remembers my name, Rob, Tyrone and Christie are very good friends to us now. They do a great Job. I always get the Mobile 1 oil change and Express wax every 5000 miles, My car now has 217,000 miles on it, and it always rolls out of there looking and driving like its brand new!! You cant go wrong with them!

I have been getting my cars serviced here for years and I am never disappointed. Staff is friendly and treat you like family, not a number. They do a great job with the washes and I always leave feeling content with the condition of my car. Oil changes are quick and they always check the filters and fluids to make sure everything is in good shape. I had them replace my windshield wipers a few weeks ago for a reasonable price. I also had my brake pads replaced here. The job was done quickly and I was in and out within a little more than an hour. The owner is the sweetest lady and she always brightens my day.

I had a great time at Eastlake car wash. They really made me feel like I was right part of the family I didnt even realize how quick time was flying by talking to the owner in the office, before you know it my car was done. It looked good as knew I paid 25 dollars and got the ultimate.They did a really great job getting the all the environmental dirt off of my car. I will happily come back!

I love this car wash! Its local, family owned, and the staff is welcoming and willing to give you the best experience possible. Prices are very reasonable, and there is a full mechanic shop in addition to the car wash! I recommend this place to all of my friends.

This place has completely gone downhill the last year. I get The ultimate every tome and recently they forget to do something or just do not clean it. The staff can care less. Very disappointing as it used to be so much better before.

Long time customer. I will NEVER go back. New manager unprofessional and zero customer service. They broke my seat in my sons car and the manager dismissed it. My car was filthy when I brought it in. The outside was covered in dirt. I came here and got their Ultimate wash. It was spotless when it came out. Extremely happy with the results and I will definitely be back!

I will preface this review by saying that I normally do my own oil changes, repairs and maintenance on my vehicles. That said, I had the displeasure of taking my car here for an oil change one time due to a time crunch. After my oil change was done, I began driving home and noticed that the oil pressure gauge on my dash was showing zero. I called them right away and turned around to return to the shop. I was asked to pop the hood by one of the technicians. He almost immediately pointed out that the oil pressure sender was broken. Oddly enough, the sender is located right above the oil filter. So of course this lead me to believe it was broken during the oil change. After some back and forth and a heated discussion with the manager, I decided it was probably best if I leave before things turned physical. In the end, I paid an extra $60 to replace the oil pressure sender myself. I WILL NEVER, EVER TAKE MY VEHICLES HERE FOR REPAIRS, MAINTENANCE OR A WASH!!!!! STAY AWAY!

Lately their service has gone down. I go there all the time. I hate it when they try and nickle and dime me. I showed the guy my frequency card and had 4 punches on it but he insisted on charging me extra for cleaning the trunk. Like some of the other reviews, they do not dry the car properly and it still has spots on it. This last time I decided to return the frequency card and have decided to take my business somewhere else. In And Out on 19 did a good job. Will go there instead.

Went in for a car wash and came out still needing a wash. The interior was not vacuumed it look like the dust was just blown around. The exterior had fingerprints and dirt in several places. If I wasnt in a hurry I would of complained but I just drove off.

Theifs! There are signs up everywhere that say Do not leave valuables in your car. This could be pretty much anything and everything. They are pretty much allowing their employees to steal and saying its okay because you shouldnt leave anything in your car when they wash it. Several people that I know have complained of theft or being treated like crap by the employees. Use Mikes Hand Car Wash in Tarpon Springs on U.S. 19 and Klosterman Rd. They are a family owned business and always do a great job and are very honest, hard working people.

11/1/2014: Purchased a Super Wash for $20 (plus tip) and when i got my truck they had not even wiped-down the interior dash or console; barely vaccuumed it. Will not go back there again3/20/2016: Tried again and what a terrible job; just got a Super Wash and they didnt even clean my dashboard or center console; pollen on both of those. Also didnt flsry off the exterior windows.

Absolutely surprising to me that some of you have not had a good experience there. I guess it is so true, that people like to complain when they have bad service, but never say anything good when good things happen. I have never had any issues with oil changes or car washes and I take all of my cars there and have since theyve been around.

First time at this car wash . Watched the manager tracy name tag said ....red hair.. stand around smoking. Bossing all staff around very disrespectful to other employees.... Not a good first impression for your car wash on management team. If she was not so disrespectful to fellow employees. Not a good e experience .

They always are friendly and pay attention to every detail . As well go the extra me to treat like a friend. Great neighborhood place to get a wash as well a wax and dont forget oil changes to.

My oil change ended up costing $90 for my toyota corolla.. They failed to tell me that I was getting a synthetic oil change, so Im assuming thats why it was twice as much this time. Very disappointed, especially because they work on my boyfriend Anthonys car all the time and know him personally yet they still ripped me off.

My experience with east lake carwash has been great they treat me like family instead of a customer....I have never complained and will always return to east lake carwash # 1 fan....best wash is gold pack or ultimate....

Horrible job for a $20 car wash... I gave a 5 dollar tip and I realized nothing in the dash area had even been touched. I am very dissapointed a I would never recommend supporting this establishment.

Paid for the ultimate wash and the back wasnt vacvumed and the windows were not cleaned all of the interior was not armoralled. I still had finger prints on back windows and center console was still dirty.
