Had Nick detail my nephews truck for his birthday. Scheduling was fast and easy and all logistics went very smoothly. Nick did a great job on the truck - 3 year old truck that had never been waxed looks brand new. My nephew was thrilled with the work and he is pretty much a perfectionist. Nick made the inside and outside of my SUV look like it just came off the showroom floor. Absolutely immaculate and to the nines! Have always brought my vehicle to one of those places you see packed on the weekends, with people standing around waiting for their vehicle to be washed/cleaned. And I have always felt like I paid for job I could have done myself with little effort. But after I let Nick detail my F150, I was most definitely pleased with the outcome. Interior came out spotless, I almost didnt wanna step inside to leave. And the exterior was better than I expected. Im a firm believer in you get what you pay for. This is worth it. I thought my Elantra’s interior was beyond saving. I was wrong. I called Upper Echelon who gave me a very reasonable quote for a full detail so I gave them a shot. First off, Nick was very professional and addressed all of my concerns thoroughly. I left my car with him for a few hours and all I can say is WOW. My car was an absolute trainwreck- inside and out. I called Upper Echelon and spoke with Nick (the owner) about my Nissan Rogue and inquired about the ceramic coating, Tsunami, he has on his website. He had me bring it by so that hed be able to inspect the interior and paint to quote me accurately. VERY fair on pricing for how bad of condition it was in and I honestly feel like Im driving my car fresh off the lot again (with the exception I wont have to wax for at LEAST the next 4 years). Contacted Upper Echelon about issue with hard water stains on windows and body of car. Nothing I tried removed them. He swung by my house and tried a couple products to make sure he could remove the water stains. Once it was successful we scheduled an exterior detail. He quoted a price and stuck to that amount in spite of the job taking more time than he expected. He kept me informed on the progress all during the day. Very happy with the results.

I had called Upper Echelon to have my 2014 Kia Optima detailed. I spoke with Nick, the owner, who addressed all of my concerns thoroughly and was very informative. After shopping around looking at rates he was right about average for the type of service he offers. I decided to give Nick a shot. I dropped off my Kia in the morning, went for breakfast with my mother and ran a couple of errands- it was ready. When I got there and saw the exterior I was immediately taken aback. Wow.
