RUN dont walk away from this place. This is not a professional center this is the most unprofessional place in the entire Tampa bay area. I have been a paying tenant for decades and I must say since the new ownership took over a couple of years ago it has been a Titanic slipping slowly into the abyss. Fire doors that dont work. Sinkhole not disclosed to tenants. Balcony falling off hovering over unsuspecting patrons below. The place is unsecured 24/7/365. Roofs that leak. AC is fairly functional when the temperature is 75 degrees or less. The owners control the AC from Miami (yes, thats right!). So if youre comfortable with 85 degrees in your office its comfortable! No security for the dark driveway at night and dark underground garage open to the public. No mail service. No executive services. The floors are buckled and hazardous. The receptionist is rarely there and changes every other week. The office manager changes as often as the receptionist. But they all have full access codes to every tenants office and account information. The grounds are disgusting from bar patrons leaving cigarette butts, trash and empty beer bottles along the sidewalk. I could go on and on, but you get the picture. Just dont do it. Dont waste your money. Oh, and if you choose to not heed my warning and sign a lease here anyway then find out I am right, just know the owner is a Miami attorney in a big divorce battle so you wont get far trying to get out of your lease.2706 Alt 19 N Palm Harbor

Would be a zero, if possible.This plaza and these businesses have so much potential, but the upkeep and property maintenance is reprehensible.There is a bar that allows indoor smoking in this plaza, which I’m absolutely not complaining about — as a former smoker, I believe people have the right to do so where permissible if they choose, and establishments have the right to allow it within the confines of the law; my issue is with the overall plaza maintenance.I am a loyal customer of the hair salon next door to this bar, and because of the plaza’s negligence and complete disregard for proper commercial upkeep, the ventilation from the bar sometimes carries over so strongly that I actually had to have my (very valuable) hair extensions taken out because they held the smell so badly. This is through no fault of the salon; they’ve tried many possible solutions to correct problem, and the issue has been addressed several times with property management to no avail.Management refuses to acknowledge the severity of the issue and continues to overlook the issue, yet, I know for a fact that plenty of potential business has been lost for this sole reason alone.Hair salons, this one in particular, are a detrimental part of the self-care industry. Patrons put a lot of importance into the establishment they choose to trust with these services. And on the flip side, a lot of time, effort and consideration are put into the salon industry to ensure that the clients walk away feeling pampered and cared for.The same consideration should be given by the plaza’s management that is supposed to provide these common business practices to their paying tenants.JUST BE GOOD HUMANS AND PRACTICE GOOD BUSINESS; TAKE CARE OF YOUR TENANTS THE WAY YOU SHOULD!

I come to morph hair studio and when entering the salon there is a strong smoke smell along with sitting in the salon you can smell it. It’s unfortunate because I’ve been coming to my hairdresser for years and their new location presents an issue for everyone. It’s a true health concern and it seems the landlord is doing nothing about it.

Inside this shopping center is a great little place called Tranquili Tea. I am a Florida native and I cant remember, besides the bar on the corner, of any business being able to make it here. The inside is beautiful and they have coffee needs, Kava needs and any Botanical drinks you want. The owner seems like a really good person and I will recommend it. If enough people go, hopefully it will be there for a long time

Went to Divine Ceramics. Had an awesome time. Beautiful, new shop. Owner is very friendly, helpful and easy going. Had lunch from Schlomos Deli. Huge sandwiches; stuffed with meat.

I have recently been to the key west executive center to advantage of the executive membership. They have really turned thi gas around. They are improving everything big and small. Their prices are great for the area and the staff is just amazing. So friendly and helpful...it was a very pleasant experience.

Our company has been a long time tenant of Key West Executive Center and have experienced many changes. Most recently a change in ownership. The building is actively managed. There have been recent building improvement projects with minor inconveniences but overall there have been positive improvements. Pricing for lease space is competitive for the area. There are additional services including conference rooms, bundled phone services, and furniture rentals. The facilities are quiet and accessible 24 hours for tenants and is suitable for visiting customers and clients Monday to Friday 8 am to 5 pm

I have been in the Key West Center for six months and I absolutely love it. I looked at A LOT of locations for my firm, but I definitely made the right choice. The physical upgrades to the interior are top-of-the-line, there is a great rapport amongst all the tenants, and Niki and Jill go above and beyond to help with anything and everything. I highly recommend it to all.

My dentist, Dr Kristen Healey has an office here. Great staff and very pleasant decor. Hard to enjoy the dentist but they make my appointments less stressed.

Theres a business there called Tranquil Tea. Its an EXCELLENT tea bar owned by extraordinarily nice people. A great place to have an Alchemist brew your tea or have a Kava or Kratom drink. I highly recommend it to anyone.

Confusing suite numbers, its like a bee hive. Hard to find an office for the first time located in there. Convenient though, and if you need office space that doesnt get a lot of food traffic its nice.
