I have been coming here for 20+ years. 7 yrs ago I moved to CO & tried places there but NOTHING compared to this place so now I fly back every 3 mos just to get my hair done the way I know I will love every time. Kathy & Anne are absolutely incredible & can do anything. Bring in a picture of what you want & that is what you get. I will NEVER go anywhere else.. I literally cannot think of even 1 remotely bad experience. I always call ahead & make a reservation & I highly recommend you do as well letting them know exactly what you want done so they set aside the time needed. Kathy has spent up to 5 hrs on my hair before.. You name it, Ive had it done & loved the results.I simply cannot say enough about how phenomenal they all are. Thank you ladies for your patience, kindness & always incredible work...

This is a very quaint and clean and historic part of palm harbor on florida ave on the south side between omaha st. And alt 19....this is a family ran business that is on point ...every barber or stylist can do what ever you want to your hair...personally I like Lui to do my cuts and highly recommend him, they have about 10 chairs and 10 employees ...extra parking everywhere and the do reservations or walk-ins ...I am not an employee nor paid to do this, just a loyal customer...I highly recommend you 👈 try PALM HARBOR BARBER SHOP....It is very nostalgic with all sorts of pictures and antiques to admire if you have to wait a min. Or just want to check it out... also great prices and great cuts ranging from$8-25 or 30 ...offering strait edge shaves and countless cuts and styles.

Been going here since I can remember. Even took my son here when he was younger. All was good like always; however, little disappointed I got charged extra for my trim today though. They ALWAYS have charged $10 (no matter the length), but today it was $15. The length of my hair never mattered b4.

She took off her mask to sneeze, very hard, in the middle of the place, then put her mask back on and kept cutting my hair without washing. Horrible hygiene. Was sniffling the whole time. Someone that seemed to be the manager or owner was walking around without a mask and with a crude temperament the whole time.

This was the most traumatic barber visit in years. Went for a simple haircut, left with half an eyebrow missing. And there is nothing I can do except warn others of Paula the Eyebrow Killer. If you value your brows, stay far away. Shell go to town without any hint of the carnage shes about to perpetrate. I instinctively sunk into the chair as soon as I felt something on the brow, but it was too late. It was 1 on the clipper! And she thought she was doing me a favor. Anyways, see the damage in the pics...

I am a Snow Bird but generally get my hair cut here when in FL. Always try to get Paula if wait is not excessive. Have always been pleased with her work. Not the most snazzy appearing place. But staff is always friendly and prices are right.

Been visiting Wayne here for as long as I can remember and hes been cutting my hair for over 20 years. Wayne is the only hairdresser that I go to and the only one that actually cuts my hair right. Hes an excellent hairdresser that does his work well, very down to earth, realistic and straight forward.

A cozy place that has fantastic staff and excellent service. My first time there, and thanks to Anthonys phenomenal work it certainly wont be the last. Wait times are short, and prices more than reasonable.

Great first cut - looking forward to going back. Good atmosphere. Might try a different barber next time. Would have liked a straight razor finish on the neck and around the edges but did not offer it at the end. Still was a good cut 4 out of 5 stars for sure.

Completely butchered my bangs to the point of no return. I asked for the top to be left alone to grow out but the barber I had didn’t listen at all. Now I have to go get it cut short again because it’s that uneven. Worst haircut I’ve ever gotten in my entire life without a doubt...Thanks a lot 👍🏻 👍🏻 👍🏻 won’t be back

After reading one of the reviews, there is a sign in the middle of the front door before you enter saying CASH ONLY. Im happy he liked his haircut though. As for the owner giving him dirty looks, SHE works in the salon and never saw this gentleman. Sorry for the misunderstanding sir.

Great atmosphere. Ive been bringing my sons since November of 17 and Ive enjoyed it. Shea usually cuts their hair but the past couple of times,weve missed her. Kenny cuts them now and does a fantastic job. Pretty cool guy.

Kenny did an outstanding job today with our sons haircut. We recently moved from San Diego, CA and since we moved here we have been seeking a professional barber. We have had the hardest time finding a skilled barber. My husband, who is a Marine, expects the best when it comes to haircuts. He always says, when you look good, you feel good and therefore, you will perform your best. Kenny is your man if you want a high quality fade. He takes his time and really takes pride in what he does. He is a true hair artist. Five stars for this young man. I would recommend this barber to anyone who appreciates quality.

Good haircut but they are cash only so it cost me an extra $4.50 in atm fees for the cut. The atmosphere was negative and the owner look as unfriendly at me as possible the whole time I was getting my haircut. I wont be back.

Awesome barber shop in the heart of Palm Harbor. The had seven barbers working on a Sunday. The waiting time was minmal and the barbers are all good. I highly recommend this place especially if your picky with the cut. They know how to cut hair here.

Went there with my boyfriend with shoulder length hair and this lady completely botched his hair. He came in, showed her a picture explained to her that he wanted at least 5 inches left on the top . The end result, he’s almost bald now and this is devastating for us both, thanks!

Make sure you find out the barbers names and ask for someone whos working. First come first serve means nothing to them. If you choose a barber, they will seat you before others whove been waiting for an hour.

Imagine the idealized version of a barbershop in the 1950s or 60s. A place your parents or grandparents may have gotten their hair cut when they were young. Thats this place. This place is the classic American barbershop. Aside from that, the people there are great and you will get a good haircut for a reasonable rate. Very unique place; definitely give it a try.

I absolutely love this place. Ive been coming to this Barber Shop ever since I was a small child. While I do have quite a few friends who have gone to fancy cosmetology schools and work for big-name companies that are always offering me a haircut, I much prefer going to my good old Palm Harbor Barber Shop! The atmosphere is what a barbershop is supposed to feel like, the people are wonderful and genuinely care about you and your family, and you always leave with a fresh cut and a great big smile!

Not enough barbers, long waiting times. Most of the barbers would rather talk than cut hair. Not the old Palm Harbor Barber Shop that I used to give 5 stars to.

A full family of 4 can get their hair cut for under a $100 with tip. And if you wany more than a cut, schedule an appt with Ann or her amazing mom or another stylist! Color, highlights, perm and facial waxing is available!

I always get a great haircut, with a smile and a welcome. It is a busy shop but worth the wait. I normally utilize Debz as my barber, with Cindy as a backup. You cant go wrong, just tell them how you want to look.

Had a older guy named Wayne cut my hair their, it was the worst cut I have ever had. I would have given 1 star but he was a nice guy. Just not a good barber!

Really disappointed in the first barber who butchered my kids hair. Owner/owner son (i think) made it right, the best he could. We havent been back but I know he would make it right. It is just hard to schedule with a busy work schedule.
