I’ve been here 3 months now and I absolutely l love my apartment and the community!!! It’s so quiet here, my apartment is quiet, I can’t hear my neighbors on either side!The property is very clean and well maintained.The Office and the Maintenence Staff are Amazing.They have made my experience here a wonderful one I and I can’t thank them enough!I highly recommend Lansbrook Village!
Not only is Lansbrook Village a beautiful and safe community, the Property Manager, Kathy Aldridge, is the most professional, thorough and efficient staffer Ive met! How refreshing to have confidence in a property manager who says what shes going to do and the actually does it. She lets not stone go unturned. Recently moved here. Love my apartment. Great neighbors, great amenities, and great, responsive staff. Location cannot be beat (Publix, multiple shops, great Italian restaurant, some nice sports bars, Starbucks, etc., a beautiful bike trail that provides a nice ride to the nearest beaches, all within walking distance.)If there is one thing I can say that the units could use, it would be more soundproofing between the units, as I can hear a bit of the upstairs neighbors activities, but nothing can really be done at this stage, and it isnt disruptive enough to create a nuisance.Highly recommended, and I expect to be here for quite a while.
Don’t be fooled this place looks good but when you get away from the front its a digrace. We had people in the adjacent apartment smoking pot, leeching into our unit, with a newborn, also people smoking pot and selling various drugs daily as we walk by them then they go running in. Oh don’t forget numerous people with ankle monitors. This place is nasty back side of units is gross, and unattended. Several complaints to management, they knew the people i was talking about and refused to take action. Our a/c would constantly freeze, our 2nd bath was useless because of the tub is metal and the refinished it with the cheap stuff from home depot so it peels up. Big carpenter ants in our unit, pest service is useless. Have had packages stolen from my doorstep, packages stolen from theyre mailboxes that are falling apart and they dont want to spend 5k for new ones. The list goes on we broke our lease and paid 3 months so be ready. This place is a slum, dirtbags and trash live here! Wendy the manager hahahaha should be fired, idk how she has a job. I can go on and on, dont bother keep looking dont waste your time here, you will be disappointed. I got enough evidence to sink this place.
We love our apartment and everything about the Lansbrook Community. Every morning my husband and I meet up in the lap pool and work out. Our pup, Charlie, enjoys his walks each day around Lansbrook. The grounds look amazing. The maintenance department is quick to respond even when the urgency is “low”. Sammy, Ray and Manny you rock!!
I have lived here over a year and have had maintenance come out to “fix” my water heater 6 times. The last time they told me that they would be out last Friday to flush my water heater. THEY DIDNT SHOW! Called and rescheduled for today at 2PM. THEY CALLED ME AT 445PM TO TELL ME THEY HAVE TO RESCHEDULE AGAIN DUE TO “RAIN” we pay way too much for a “premium” apartment for cold showers. Do not waste your time. They look good on the outside until you find out that everything is just jerry rigged to save a few bucks. They don’t care about tenants, only money.
Spent the last year here with it being mostly a great experience. the Pools are always clean, the lawns and trees are always attended to, the gym is clean, most of the grills work, the few maintenance problems we have had were taken care of quickly. There are a few downsides like an incapacitating smell (and taste) in the gym that started a few months after corona hit, the pool pump leaks water into the dog park that has poor drainage, and when we went to renew our unremodeled unit lease, they offered an absurdly large increase of over $400 more per month. When we talked to the office about it, they asked if there was an appliance they could replace to compensate for the dramatic increase.It is now posted for over 1000 dollars more than what we rented it for last year with nothing changed to the entire property or our unit specifically. Morally repugnant abuse of the current situation.
I love my apartment, the amenities and even my neighbors.My husband and I feel safe and really enjoy our night walks.Great community highly recommended.So, the staff and maintenance are amazing
Everyone at Lansbrook Village was helpful but one person in particular made our experience exceptionally great, Sylvia Karalis went above and beyond to answer our questions and make the apartment inquiry process as smooth as possible. Her kindness, attention to detail, and professionalism was impeccable. I highly recommend reaching out to her when considering getting a place with Lansbrook. No idea why I re-signed the lease. Rent was raised $150. You can’t have nothing but maybe a doormat outside of your front door. Not even an ashtray. Maintenance never thoroughly completes anything. Maintenance request require them coming back several times in order to finish the job. If you have the option to spend $2300 a month elsewhere I’d suggest you did.
This place is amazing. The office administration and employees will go above and beyond for you. The maintenance employees will go within hours of your request. They will fix anything, they are respectful and very patience too. It was a blessing to stay here during a time of need.Yes, you should check out this place. The apartments are big!
I just moved to Lansbrook Village 2 days ago, but I already have so much to say about this wonderful place. First off, the place is beautiful. It’s calm, very friendly & super clean. They have so much to offer, it truly feels like a resort. Pools are beautiful, they have a 24 hour gym, a playground, an office with computers and printers, and so much more. The apartment itself, I’m renting a villa in the Windsor section, and the place is fully updated. Love knowing I’m the first person to use the refrigerator, dishwasher, laundry, drier and more. Love the gray floors, kitchen, and the overall layout. I downsized from a 2,000 sq. ft home to a 1,200 sq ft villa, so I was truly concerned about the space, but I think this will work just fine.Last but absolutely not least, the staff. They have each other’s back and will take care of you at any chance they get. Special shout out to Sylvia who has gone above and beyond from day one to ensure I’m all set even before moving, to checking on me while I was driving here from Michigan, all the way to wanting to meet me on her day off (Sunday) to welcome me home after a long trip. She even included sweet welcome gifts for my 6 year old. Talk about above and beyond. She’s made herself available to us 24/7 and has helped us so much as we navigate our way around this new beautiful place. I can’t thank her enough.To quote Annie, “I think I’m gonna like it here,” more like love, but you get the point :)Highly recommend it.
Visited the property the last week and was impressed from the moment I contacted them. Kathy was very professional and knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions when showing me around. Some of the little details I noticed was how clean and quiet and safe the property is which is perfect for my family. I also liked that it’s tucked away from all the major hustle and bustle that US-19 brings. I would recommend Lansbrook Village to all my friends and family looking in the East Lake area.

Lansbrook is a great venue but the paper thin walls and floors make it a living hell with neighbors who live above you, The complaints to the office on excessive noise are unheeded. I had no idea when I moved in that I would be able to hear my upstairs neighbors conversations and toileting functions. Then add a dog who scratches the floors each night and a 3rd grader who thinks his apartment is a gym. I was told there was a 3 strikes rule on excessive noise. The first would be a call from the leasing office to the tenant, the second a letter with noise clause from their lease, and the 3rd would be a 7 day eviction notice, So my first was the vibrations from gym jumping that broke a glass light fixture that Lansbrook replaced but I am still picking up glass shards. The second incident was using the using the stairs to their apartment as a slide with the final game destination being slamming the front door when they hit the bottom of the stairs and the 3rd was from the 3rd grader running from the minute he woke up until he went to bed. Many other incidences have occurred since then all reported to the leasing office. The latest being they got a large dog who scratches the laminate floors each night from midnight to 4 am which, given the thin floors, reverberates so that I get no sleep. Since the office wont adhere to their policy of 3 times you get a 7 day move out notice, I bang the ceiling with a broom handle yelling at them if I get no sleep will neither. Good lord!! They will not let me out of my lease without fees.I have no enjoyment of my space here and get no sleep most nights, This is brutal. I have no choice but to warn you to steer clear of renting from here if the first floor seems enticing. I have called the office and no response. So they do not want to send me an excessive noise form as they do not want to respond to that. I have been 3 weeks asking for the form, no response, So is there a form or not?
Just moved into Lansbrook Village and I love it! Beautiful apartment with a lovely view. Grounds are kept up. My experience with the leasing process was top notch. Very professional and extremely nice. Went out of their way to make it a seamless transition for me. Highly recommend living at Lansbrook Village!
Just visited this property and couldnt believe how well maintained it is. Also my experience with the leasing department was flawless Kathy is so helpful and informative. I would definitely recommend her and Lansbrook village if youre looking for a nice place to live. I cant wait to move in!
Love the property! I had a look at a few properties recently and was greeted with the warmest welcome. Zonnette Jackson made my tour all the more memorable. She went above and beyond to answer any questions I may have had. With that said, the customer service I received while visiting Lansbrook Village was great.
I stopped by Lansbrook to get some information on their apartments about a month ago with my friend who was considering moving to Florida. I walked into the office and was greeted by the warmest smile through her mask. Her eyes welcomed us in and Zonnette Jackson made us so comfortable. Her attention to detail while talking to us made us so at ease. We were never rushed and her patience made us feel like we were so important. You are lucky to have such a warm, affectionate professional working here. Zonnette thank you for being exactly what we need in these challenging time, the human touch. You are simply one of a kind.
DO NOT APPLY HERE!!! SO UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNRESPONSIVE. It’s been about a month now and my roommate and I still have yet to receive our application fees back (we were told this would not be an issue). Not only is their application fee RIDICULOUSLY HIGH at $89, we are out $178 because two of us applied!!!! When I try to reach out, about 75% of the time I am sent to voicemail and NEVER ONCE have I received a call back. On the other 25% that I finally get into contact with someone, I keep having to re-explain my situation that i’m waiting to receive my check. All they keep saying is “it’s on its way.” I even offered to grab the check in person, but was denied the option. At this point, it’s almost laughable that they’re holding my $178 hostage. My advice, DONT APPLY HERE UNLESS YOU’RE 10000000% SURE YOU’RE GOING TO GET APPROVED.Also, if you do end up applying for a place here, be weary because if they’re only being 25% responsive to future tenants (plans changed so we were going to reapply at a later date), I can’t imagine how terribly unresponsive they are to their existing tenants.
The staff at Lansbrook Village apartments are the friendliest and most welcoming I have met. The search for a new apartment can be exhausting, and most leasing agents don’t care about anything other than harassing you to sign a lease. That is not the case at Lansbrook. Maite gave me a tour and it was refreshing to have someone genuinely seem to care about me and my needs. She was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I highly recommend heading over there if searching for a new apartment!
Way to many rules here. You cannot have the smallest plant outside. Also, if you are a smoker and looking into Cambridge be aware. Originally, we were told you can smoke 25 ft away from your building, and now you cannot smoke anywhere on the property. Office staff should really make sure they know all the information before they speak. So if you have not signed a lease yet be sure to read the whole thing. We are not smokers, but we have family that are that would come visit. Another thing is they offer wine on certain days in their office, so it is okay to promote alcohol use, but judge those who are smokers? Also upon move out you pay a cleaning fee (only place I have ever lived in that requires that). Really the only thing great about this place is that they keep up to date with the landscaping. Other than that it’s not that great for what you pay.
All the maintenance crew are amazing! They respond in a very timely manner and always resolve whatever the issue is.
Ashlyn is an amazing individual! We are truck drivers and went through the pandemic when it first hit...She is a very professional and empathetic individual.Would recommend her time and time again.Thank you for everything Ashley you will always be remembered!
NO PARKING SPOTS!!!!! If you are looking for an apartment do not move into the Windsor side. They have been telling tenants that their cars will be towed if you’re not in a designated parking spot. But since there aren’t any assigned spots, there’s no guarantee that’s you’ll find one. They expect you to park by the pool. Being a female it’s not safe for myself or anyone to have to walk so far. As an apartment i do like living here. And they do get you if you have any maintenance request promptly.But again, the parking situation is absolutely terrible and not worth it!!!
I have lived here for over a year now and have loved this community. It’s safe and has a ton of activities for adults and families. They have always addressed any concerns I might have! The office staff has a great attitude and is very welcoming!!
We have lived here now about three years and love it! We toured all the apartment communities in palm harbor and by far this is the best bang for your buck. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. The amenities are super nice! You have three pools to choose from (one heated) with outdoor kitchen areas. We use these allllll the time to cook and it feels like being on vacation! You also have tennis courts, sand volleyball, lots of gas grills and picnic pavilions, a business center, social center, and of course the fitness center- The fitness center was renovated since our first year and it is beautiful- you won’t need to pay for a gym memberships anymore!!! The staff does their best to keep everyone happy and entertained and their creativity and hard work is so appreciated! I had a blast collaborating with Nadia to put on a summer market this past year with vendors and produce from a local farmer and food trucks! Other events/activities we have attended are food truck Friday, a dog spa day (so cute!), trunk or treat, bingo, Lansbrook idol, paint nights, and more. My dog loved it here so much too- he pulls me to the office on every walk because Ashlynn spoils him so bad with treats whenever she spots us outside! The maintenance team here is super on top of it- they get things done quickly and are so friendly. Many has been to our apartment a few times and is always so friendly and helpful. All in all it’s a beautiful property with a great staff!
To whom it may concern:After a week there is still no Resolution regarding this matter below, the Assistant management wrote report but we still have no Resolution on how they will handle this matter, very unprofessional and sloppy, please read story below.On 7/16/2019 Mr. Calabria from W07-202 placed a work order for his oven burners, when he arrived home later that night his front door was wide open with our key inside of the lock. He said that he initially thought our maintenance team was inside but when he got upstairs he realized no one was there and then he became panicked because he was worried his dog had escaped. Luckily his dog was still inside and nothing was stolen. The resident is understandably extremely upset. He stated that he has been unhappy with our maintenance in the past but this was just too much to take. He said that he doesn’t feel safe anymore in his home being that anyone could have entered and stole his items and/or someone could have taken the key having access to his home.I spoke with Pedro who completed the work order and he stated that he was completing the work order and went to his golf cart to get the actual work order paperwork and forgot to secure the home and take the key. Pedro went to Gregory’s home to apologize but he was not there at the time. Mr. Calabria is furious and wants Pedro to be terminated. I explained that I’ve worked here for 7 years and I’ve never heard of this happening before and apologized for what happened and explained that he has every right to be upset. He stated that he wants Pedro terminated as he doesn’t feel safe inside of his home anymore. Mr. Calabria said that he wants action taken.I will be sending this to my manager so she can follow up with you as soon as possible.Thank you again for your time,Tiffany Williams | Assistant Property ManagerFurthermore a tree came down by the walkway by my house and I told the men working in the community and my neighbor called the front office and this is how they take care of the problem cut down the minimum amount and throw the rest on the side as you see the dead garbage in the wooden area., I have had 4 people call me this week and said we are sorry we dont have a property manager... They said she is coming, they keep saying she is coming next week. What a joke..
I am reviewing because I am blown away by the professionalism of the leasing consultants and the touring process at Lansbrook Village. When we initially inquired about a condominium Maite was very helpful and eager to assist. The touring process was fun and informative. We appreciated that she followed up with us to see how we felt about the condos and what else we may be interested in. 5 stars!
I absolutely LOVE living here and the great scenery when talking my daily walks. Another huge important feature for my family is the fact that there is more than one pool which is super AMAZING as we LOVE to swim! The maintenance staff here is so responsive and respectful it just warms your heart to know they truly care. Our great manager Wendy is such a delight to chat with as she is always bringing a smile to my face, plus I always learn some cool new craft. Lastly, the rest of the staff is seriously outstanding if I do say so myself!!Need a place to live and your contemplating to visit Landsbrook Village? Well my personal opinion you have found the best community in the area!We plan to stay here a while. Thank you Landsbrook for being such a great place to call home!
I have lived at Lansbrook Village for 5 months and I love it! I have used the pools and participated in a fitness class. Kathy in the office followed up with me shortly after I moved in which was a very personal touch. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a new home.
I have been living here for a few years now and the staff is wonderful!!! The grounds are kept in pristine shape and there are wonderful amenities. Anytime I’ve ever need anything I call Wendy at the office and she has always taken care of anything I need.

Have lived here 1 year and absolutely love this community! Lots of events including summer market and food trucks. Pools are great - super clean, lots of palm trees, comfortable loungers, and outdoor kitchens. I love the open feel of Lansbrook Village - very walkable and well-maintained grounds/landscaping. Mike and his maintenance crew are solid! We had 1 issue (A/C), and they called a minute after we submitted a work order and fixed it quickly. Lots of pups and friendly easy-to-get-to-know folks from all over the world.
Anytime I’ve ever needed anything Kathy was my go to person. Thanks to her, Lansbrook hands down has the best office staff. Always friendly and accommodating!
What a great find. This property has everything. Heated pool, gym, volleyball and tennis court, BBQ grills and patio, it feels more like a resort than an apartment. The added bonus is the staff. Zonnette was the perfect guide. She was extremely patient,taking the time to show me a variety of floor plans and not making me feel rushed. She really listened to my needs and made every effort to find an apartment that was the right size and within my budget.Thank you Zonnette for a great experience ☺️
We’ve been here a couple months and love it so far. We like the location and its proximity to the top rated schools as well as all of the retail in the area. The Mgmt office has been responsive on the minor maintenance requests we’ve submitted. The one thing I wish was better (and can’t be fixed at this point) is that I wish more was put into the sound proofing of the units since we can hear more of our neighbors and the running that takes place upstairs than we care to.
I was totally amazed at how professional and quick the response was from the management team. Wendy especially. I have never dealt with suck a nice and professional manager in the leasing world.

The decision to make Lansbrook Village my new home was absolutely the best one. First the grounds areimmaculate, extremely clean and on a beautiful preserve without the traffic noises just nature. I cannot say enough about all the staff in the leasing office, they were so accommodating and helpful, pleasant professional and knowledgeable. My amazing leasing consultant Ashlyn Gray was simply a delight, she made me feel like i was at home before i moved in !!! She really made this moving stressful thing into a breeze because she cared about my needs and my comfort and eased my mind. That feeling of being welcomed and cared for is hard to find and just a wonderful thing. Thank you Ashlyn and everyone’s at the office for putting up with my 8 million questions and making this a great experience.

Maintenance people are great, amenities are nice (when they are actually open), people are friendly, but the leasing office ruins everything. Wanted to stay and find another apartment in the community since I am a great tenant, but they could care less and are useless if you want help with anything. Got a violation of my lease because my daughter had a pumpkin outside 2 days before Halloween which is ridiculous. Move 5 mins away to a place that actually cares about its residents at much lower costs. Apartments cost wayyyyy to much for what they are.
Moved to Tampa on March 4, 2020 after selling my home in Atlanta to be near my daughter and her family. I started looking for an apt to rent after a week here and the person that greeted me was Nadia. She was so professional and informative, yet warm and inviting. I moved in on March 14,2020 and Covid hit. So happy I moved here to live and survive this virus. Great staff and accommodations.
I came to look at a home for me and my family. Ashlyn assisted me with extreme compassion and understanding for what I was looking for. Ashlyn was professional, kind, and very knowledgeable about the property and area surrounding. I cant say enough amazing things about our time at Lansbrook Village!I recently moved out (we purchased a home for our growing family) but my fiance and I had the best experience.From signing our lease with Nadia (they had a special promo and we received no fees) to Ashlynn hunting down a special package that was delivered AFTER we already moved out - the whole staff has gone above and beyond throughout our year there.The community is quiet (we lived on a preserve in Hampton) but had tons of family activities when we wanted to participate. The pools were clean and the entire neighborhood featured great amenities. I didnt have to call maintenance often, but when I did - they were quick to come out and always so friendly.I would 100% refer any friends and family to rent from Lansbrook! Thank you so much for a great rental experience.

First of all, I would like to give a shout out to Zonnette (our personal concierge). Both her and Wendy worked with us to procure an apartment from across the country. Not an easy task.When a package was accidently delivered before our arrival, it was placed securely in our apartment without our asking! And when we finally arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome. Our apartment was clean and lovely with a courtyard view.From our first day here and ever since, Zonnette has been sincerely personal. She waves at us from across the street and yells hello when we are out walking, and never fails to greet us at any other time we see her. But really, that goes for all of the staff that we have encountered.This is a good place to mention the Maintenance Team - WOW! SUPERIOR SERVICE!! Prompt, competent, and neat. What more can be said?Friday Food Trucks, Super Bowl Parties, Coffee and Bagels, and so much more build community here. It is nice to know when you feel like being social, opportunities are offered.Hardly a day passes that we do not witness either lawn service, or grounds upkeep taking place. The beautiful grounds that I walk nearly everyday, the pools, and the workout center right at our fingertips provide the opportunity to stay healthy. So needed especially at this time.One day I received flowers unexpectedly from Ashlyn and Mark when they were out spreading community sunshine.When we talked of our new business to Kathy they supported us by displaying our goods in a most artist fashion and tagging us on Facebook. How personal and awesome is that?We love living here. It has felt like home since day one. The location is perfect - close to everything.I was once a Property Manager and I know the position can be more than trying. I want to commend all the staff here on their positivity.Thank you for all that you do.I hope this review introduces Lansbrook Village and the staff in the positive light in which it was written. Lansbook Village is such a great place! It is like living in a park and the grounds are kept up beautifully and the staff are terrific. Lauren was so pleasant to deal with, She has a lot of experience and was able to answer all my questions and concerns. I feel she helped me make the final decision about moving here. Lauren is so kind, caring and pleasant to deal with.Thanks to Lansbrook for hiring such competent people.

Its been a couple months now and I gotta say, great place to live, im very happy with staff here and how responsive and kind everyone is. Also good location from my kids school!!
Awful. My dog and my neighbors dog both have skin allergies due to the constant chemicals put on the grass. There is never any parking and when I renewed this year my auto payment was not continued so I incurred a late fee. I explain to them that I paid every month on time and that the late fee was a technical error and they refused to remove. No appreciation for good tenants who pay on time. I tried to move to a larger unit and they wanted me to pay more in fees than a person coming in off the streets just to change. The units are old and outdated the paint is peeling off of doors in closets as well as the cabinets. Overpriced for the quality of the units.

Moved my son in to these apartments last month and he (and we ) are thrilled! From the moment we stepped into the sales office and met Malinda the warm and very helpful service has not ceased. Maintenance issue? Corrected immediately. Registering for local services - they are they to assist. The unit was very clean when we moved in and the neighbourhood is safe and friendly. Beautifully landscaped grounds with 2 pools. Highly recommended! Ask for Malinda and you will not be disappointed!
I have been living in Lansbrook since 2006. It is very quiet and well maintained property.I recently renewed my lease with Tiffany Williams and she could not have been more helpful, professional, and kind. I have worked with Tiffany for several years and have always found her to be a very warm person who has been genuinely interested in assisting me to the best of her ability. I can not thank her enough for the assistance that she provided during this process.I would also like to thank Mike Young, maintenance supervisor, for his consistently professional and responsive attitude toward assisting the residents at Lansbrook. I have known mike since 2006 and he has never once failed to help me when I needed it and he always goes above and beyond to do that little extra to make sure that any issues I have had are taken care of properly. This is hands down the BEST apartment community! The staff does so much for their residents! Just to start they consistently provide social media events with weekly update videos, prize giveaways, and community events . My apartment is cozy, the grounds are well kept, l dont see how you could be disappointed! I have to give Brandon kudos for leasing me a great unit, but all the staff are kind with a smiling face! Thank you Lansbrook Village Apartments for making me feel part of a community and not just a tenant! 10 🌟!
I have been trying to get my bathtub fixed since January when I moved in it is now Halloween in it is still not fixed. There has been an issue with the power since the Monday before Halloween the power situation will not be fixed until 11/2 which means no ac/laundry or anything that uses power or youre in the.dark. a resident has to reset the breaker
Lived in Lansbrook for couple years before have had to break my lease and move to Seattle.I liked the property and amenities. Everything is nice and green. Im pretty new to USA and heard some scary stories with withheld deposit, when moving out and management has nothing to lose. Weve vacuum-cleaned the whole apartment, and left the keys and have had no issues with deposit, even though we have had two kids and mounted TV on the wall.The only downside is that external unit of our AC was pretty small to huge apartments on second floor that we had, and it was pretty hot inside at summer, even though air-conditioning was working non-stop.Ive recommended this apartments to my friend and he is still happily living there. Id have put 4.5 because of AC, but would round it up to 5.Always have had great experience with Malinda Hoffmeier.
Mike the maintenance supervisor has my vote. He is always helpful with any requests and makes sure the job is done right.

I have only lived here since Nov, and so far it’s been a great experience. The maintenance team really cares about their residents. My AC went out and they were quickly on it. I received a brand new unit that works like a charm! Thank you Lansbrook Maintenance team!

My favorite thing about Lansbrook Village is the landscaping. Is so pretty here. Maintenance is always so fast to respond, that’s my second favorite. I like Pedro, he’s very helpful and cleans up after himself. I would recommend Lansbrook to my friends and family.
I have really enjoyed the new activities Wendy is doing at the property. Makes it feel more like a community than ever before. Lansbrook has always been a great place to live, but these last few weeks have been even better. I recommend Lansbrook Village 100%.
We are in the stressful process of selling our home and needed a place to live with little time to spare. Zonnette has gone over and beyond to make moving into our beautiful new apartment as easy as possible. I have never had so much concern and help from a management company. She has taken the time to listen to our needs and guide me through the process without once becoming salesy or impatient.
They have a great location, but management was very lacking. Finally got sick of the guy that lived across from me working on the half built car in his garage. (Good luck if you get my old unit you will listen to that kid start that car 75 times a day)All his car buddies would come over and work on their cars in the parking lot. Called to complain about the guy changing his oil as I left for the day and came back to a huge oil spill in the visitors spots.Went to the office and was told they were with customers all day. Had to go to Publix and get kitty litter so the oil spill didn’t go in the storm drain.Great location but you will never see anyone from the office unless they are showing a unit.Mike,
Updated Review: Response from owner under original review is false as I do live in the community. I spoke with the community manager in regards to this the day the response from owner was posted, she assured me that a response like that wasnt her doing.A few weeks ago I had a less than desirable customer service experience when I called the office for assistance with a work order. One of the employees was rude to me, did not address my issue with concern, empathy, and absolutely no sense of urgency.Since then the issue has been resolved. We found a very helpful maintenance employee a day later who took the time to make sure the issue was addressed promptly at that point.After receiving a response from the owner on my google review I reached out to corporate to let them know about the ongoing issue I thought we were having since the response states that Im not a resident and that they would like my review removed. From that, the community manager and I happened to connect and discussed everything from the beginning.We spoke about how we were never properly connected after the issue, let me know that it is being addressed and offered to help further in anyway she could if that was a possibility. I really appreciated the gesture and professionalism I was treated with when I connected with the manager and like I said in my original review I want to keep this review up-to-date. Although there may be a few things that need to be worked out amongst the office staff, it is now clear to me that the community manager cares about the issues in the community, isnt afraid to be persistent in solving an issue once she knows about it and is a kind and strong community manager.Im grateful to have gotten the chance to speak with the manager about this because I was able to learn how much she does care about the community in the way she spoke to me and the way she speaks about it and hope she continues to try to model for her office staff what caring and customer service looks like.
Kathy is very professional and understanding during these rough times. She is very helpful and responsive to each one’s personal questions and has been very fair with resolutions in her assistance to resolve any concerns and questions.
One thing that this property lacks is good customer service Oror any level of customer service for that matter.It’s 4:58. I Just got off from my job. The sign says theyre out showing property. I do not try to enter, I wait outside. I finally see someone at 5:01 sitting at a desk. I knock on the window, only to be ignored. All I needed was an air filter. Way to make your resident feel welcome. I work 2 jobs I work 7 days a week. The sad part is that this office is closed by the time I’m off from work. So, the only time I could pop in, was today, and this is the treatment that I receive? So disappointed. Preparing My move out. If you want a property that cares, this might not be the one for you.Response:I’m on my way out to finding a new home, that “fantastic” experience with your office staff, was enough to let me know how I will ALWAYS be treated. Be more concerned for future residents. That individual still continues to work there. Perhaps she should be the person that you retrain on the proper protocols. Customer service will make or break a business. That one experience was far below fantastic.
Lansbrook Village is a lifestyle experience unlike no other community in the area. Neighborhood Living. 3 beautiful pools. Brand new state-of-the-art fitness center. Top notch staff. This is just to name a few of the many reasons why people are making this community their new home.
What a great find! Lansbrook village doesn’t feel like your typical apartment complex. It feels like a neighborhood. So many amenities and professional, caring management team. Kudos to Lauren for always greeting us with a smile and making us feel like we belong.

We moved here because of the great schools. We been living here at the Lansbrook Village close to two years now. The staffs are good people and response time is fairly quick if theres any issues. We like the community atmosphere.
I have lived in this neighborhood for several years and don’t plan to leave anytime soon. The leasing office staff are always quick to respond and pleasant to work with, and Mike and the maintenance crew make my life as stress free as possible. It’s really the little things that matter to me, and they don’t miss a single one of them.
This is a fun place to live. Quiet well constructed. Gave it a four as the community doesn’t really talk to one another. I appreciate Ashlynn’s help and responsiveness during this really difficult COVID time!
Great place. Just moved into a big spacious one bedroom apartment. Brand new appliances and countertops. The leasing staff was great along with the maintenance staff. Was having problems with the ac at first and the maintenance supervisor came immediately to fix it. Thanks for the help!!
