They are getting one star because their workers are very friendly. i was assigned this company twice by my warranty company and the office staff is horrible! I had to make sure to get all the approvals and have my warranty company contact them to get anything done. My ac went out July 1 and I finally got it fixed today August 6th.. had my family in a house that was very hot because they didnt want to make the calls needed to get the approvals. never again will I use them. Dont do it ask your warranty company for someone else.
This company does not care about there customers. I have been with out hot water for 9 days. This job was done through a warranty company. I requested to speak to a supervisor 5 times. The receptionist/ dispatcher kept telling me they were busy or out of the office, and they would have them call me back. Never once heard from a supervisor. I would never recommend this company to anyone. Do not use them.
This isn’t a plumbing company, they are pure scam artist! Get a second opinion if your home warranty plans to send them out. Jesse Hurtado was their technician (scam artist) and all he did was look at the damage, pretend to play with his detector in the area only and said he couldn’t hear anything. He suggested that they will have to rip out the concrete slap in the garage and repipe the entire house and it would run up to 15,000+. Had a real plumber come over. Did a detection on the entire house. Found the leak in the pipe, and fixed it within 30 mins. And it wasn’t for 15,000 dollars, that’s for sure!! DO NOT LET THESE PEOPLE IN YOUR HOME!!!
The most not caring and unprofessional company I have ever dealt with or seen. Made problem worse and created a large leak on my roof. Didn’t do anything to fix it. The company didn’t care at all. Terrible business!
In the last 5 years every year I have had to call my homeowners insurance to send an air conditioning tech to my house to service my air conditioning unit. Every year a tech comes out and refills my coolant. Nothing is ever wrong with it. Last week Lucas Jeffers came and serviced my AC unit. He cleaned out my unit and figured out my control board was broken. He was amazing. He took his time and serviced everything that needed to be fixed. He is very honest. I recommend this company because of this technician.
Anabelle, and Lacey have been so professional in communicating with us. Our Service Techs were prompt and fast. Thaniel and Corey were really respectful and informative during the assessment of our HVAC Unit that needs replacement. They explained what they were doing so we were clear, step by step. They followed all Covid guidelines, especially when entering our home. We have two high risk members in our family, one undergoing medical treatment. They took all the precautions necessary and we are grateful for their service. Thank you to Mr. John Boyle for your kindness during this time. Had to use under Fidelity insurance for plumbing issues. Came out July to repair hot water circulater with a LEAK had to wait 10 days for repair...lazy could have seated out and come up with solution but no..last week timer went and was not ciculating...it was shutting off the switch was failing..I rigged it with electrical tape..worked for temp fix..they come back today to FIX...guy tells me it is working..told him history..was here less than 5 minutes...going to send out second company for their opinion...not professional at all..no critical thinking skills..did not troubleshoot...Complete Morons should be company name..do not use and Fidelity Homeowners Ins. is the worst...

CMS was contracted through my warranty company to perform the work on my AC blower motor in attic. The techs were professional and thorough. They caused damage to the ceiling, took pictures and submitted to their leadership for repair and reimbursement. The AC works great and damages were resolved. Good job!
Horrible customer service and poor diagnostics to HVAC system came out three times still didnt fix the problem. Finally had to call a new company and the issue was properly diagnosed on the first visit.
Called Complete Mechanical yesterday about a possible water leak and they were at my house by 8:15 today. The technician Amadeo was polite and explained everything to me completely. I was very pleased with his professionalism.
He was sent by the insurance company. He claimed that my problem was a pre-existing condition. After fighting with the insurance and getting a second opinion the second company claimed that he was incorrect and that there is no way he could of known that other then just to deny the claim.
This is the worst company of all time. period. don’t expect a call back and wait times are over 4 hours on the phone. 0 stars
HORRIBLE, if I could leave a NO star Zippo review I would...waited all afternoon and they NEVER SHOWED UP and never even called!!! Have now heard from others they are a very poor plumbing company so I am glad they never showed! Cant believe my warranty company uses such a SHADY COMPANY.
STAY FAR FAR FAR AWAY FROM THEM... THEY ARE A MICKEY MOUSE COMPANY.. THEY CAME OUT HERE 4 TIMES THROUGH MY HOME WARRANTY PROGRAM, FINALLY HAD TO KICK THEM TO THE CURB AND COMPLAIN TO MY HOME WARRANTY.. HAD ANOTHER COMPANY COME OUT AND FINALLY GET IT RIGHT.. BOTTOM LINE WAS THAT COMPLETE MECHANICAL PUT A 115 BLOWER WHEN IT WAS SUPPOSE TO BE A 225 BLOWER CAUSED MY BREAKER PANEL TO SHUT OFF AND MY COMPRESSOR IS NO GOOD... STAY AWAY, I REPEAT STAY AWAY...
Waiting here ALL DAY. No call, no answer, some bs high call volume message on machine. They do not call back. Sitting here with my elderly mother in a cold house because they are a sham of a company. If your home warranty tries to send them, say No.
Came Monday, never heard from them again about my evaporative cooler. Tried calling, 10 minutes later,waiting for someone to pick up, I hung up and told my insurance company, that’s it. Send someone else, and they did. These reviews are too true except for one, guess which one
