NexGen is AMAZING!! This type of customer service is rarely found today and I appreciate all the little things they do! Quality workmanship, honest, quick response times and the communication throughout the service call is above and beyond. You literally receive confirmation calls and text messages with arrival times. Technicians are so knowledgeable and honest. They didn’t try and upsell .... just gave me straight and honest answers, and had repair parts on the truck. My ac system stopped working Sunday, I was reading reviews Sunday evening and called NexGen HVAC Monday morning. I was so thankful they could get someone here Monday morning. Ruben showed up shortly after the call found the issue plus replaced a relay at my request on the heating side of the system. Ruben was very professional and detailed.I hope hes there the next time! Be careful doing business with NexGen until you read the reviews and BBB reviews. Communication is terrible and dealing with the owner Ismael is ridiculous! Do your homework. The electrical workers are not licensed and I had to hire another electrical contractor to finish and rewire everything to be up to Code and pass inspection. I have children and pets and God forbid something happened because of lies and deceit!!! The list goes on, but this was a major one!

I would give you more stars if i could! Their customer service is exceptional! The service technicians are always knowledgeable, friendly and so dang polite! And most importantly, our 6 commercial units are running in tip top shape! I would recommend NextGen every chance I get.

Sadly our old AC didnt make it this summer, being over 20 years old, it put in its time and called it quits. Called Nexgen and they had us scheduled fairly quickly. Came out on a Friday for the estimate of replacing the AC and Unit as we had no air conditioning and were using portable ACs to cool only our rooms down. With having a Toddler and seeing we were in desperate need to have it repaired, they came back on Saturday bright and early and in a matter of a few hours had everything working!! The team they brought out were highly professional and so kind!! Our brand new Nexgen AC and Unit looks amazing!! My family couldnt be any happier!!! Just in time for one hot summer!! Manny actually came early. Nice! Was very thorough and showed me the numbers recorded on his cell phone that came from my A/C. What they were and what they should be. Made it easy to understand. Checked out all the vents and temperatures in every room. Checked the heating system in the attic also. I was extremely impressed. He is a great asset to your company. NexGen, I wouldnt use anybody else.They are 100% trusted, they get the job done, when you use NexGen you know the job will be completed to the highest quality standard. They had to replace a gas line that was leaking...I dont have to watch over their shoulder to make sure everything is done right.Thank you for being here for us in the desert...we need you and can count on your company to complete the job...even if it is getting dark outside they will not stop until the job is complete...

I called Nex Gen after another company tried to take advantage of my mom dad. I wont go into those details, but I called Nex Gen and they made time to check out their AC same day. They gave my parents a quote that was easily $10,000 less than the other company with comparable, if not better equipment. Their customer service was amazing and they made sure to answer all of our questions. After my dads first experience he had many, many, many questions and the finance and customer service girls were so sweet to him. Thank you guys for brining honesty to the industry.

Called on a Friday night at 5pm my A/C compressor was not coming on Air flow was warm. A very nice lady let my mom know a tech would be out between 8-9PM. Ramon showed up on time and ready to assess the problem. He did it was a capacitor he also cleaned the unit and made sure Freon was full and was in great working order. He saved us money on a warranty part. Great service and a great attitude by Ramon we were very happy with his work.

It’s hot in the desert. Air conditioning is essential and expensive! Needed maintenance on my AC unit. Easy to book. Responsive (called at 8pm, appt next day). Professional (booking & tech). Tech was very courteous and conscientious. Overall very pleased.

I find the recommendations made by my NextGen representative to be very well-informed and trustworthy. The care they take with assessing household needs and providing options, addressing why other companies may provide lower pricing due to shoddy practices or inferior equipment, is greatly appreciated. We have had other company techs come out for service and leave parts off the equipment, but not so with NextGen.

Having trouble with getting below 80 degrees with the HVAC. Sent a note through yelp at 11 pm and by 9 am had a response to call and schedule same day service. Customer Service woman was very professional and gave me several options for service. Ramon was my service technician. He was on time, professional, and a very knowledgeable technician. He performed a complete diagnostic check and changed my filter. Turns out my system is original and over 30 years old. He took pictures of all the repairs to the unit and the ducts over the years. Highly recommend this company for service.

Outstanding service! Our older HVAC system had died and the heat in Palm Springs was over 115 the entire week. NEXTGEN sent an EXTRA CREW and completed the job of replacing the ENTIRE HVAC SYSTEM in ONE DAY! The lead technician was friendly and helpful in dealing with details and questions. Just dont see this kind of quality service that much anymore. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Brittan came on time and provided a level of service unheard of these days. I don’t usually leave reviews but this one is necessary. He answered all of my questions with ease and confidence. I felt like I had someone who knew exactly what they were talking about. Provided above and beyond service assuring me that my ac and heating system is good to go. He recommended a safety float to be installed on my secondary drain. I will be calling in for that install soon and i would recommend there services and Brittan expertise any day when it comes to your heating and ac needs.

Jervon McKnight was amazing! He was very knowledgeable about my furnace and thermostat. He opened up my thermostat and immediately saw that the wiring wasnt right. He knew my new thermostat needed to be wired to communicate to my furnace and the wire to do that was sitting free and not hooked up.. he explained why my old thermostat worked without the bluewire feed cause it ran off batteries and that my new thermostat did not use batteries thus needed to be wired to communicate to the furnace.. He also found a damaged pressure tube and fixed it.. He was fast and did a great job.. He took pictures of the issue he found, sent them to me, and explained how the parts of the furnace worked. He made sure everything was working before he left and he cleaned up after. I highly recommend Mr McKnight and NexGen Air and heat. 5 stars 🌟 🌟 ⭐ 🌟 ⭐

We first used Nexgen to replace the HVAC system at a condo we own. We were so please with the work, when we had trouble with our home HVAC unit we called Nexgen. We got 2 competitive quotes and Nexgen was the most comprehensive, professional and cost effective of all the bids. They showed up on time, were friendly, professional and got the job done quickly. LOVE the results. Later when we had a plumbing problem we checked to see if Nexgen handled plumbing in our area and sure enough they did. They were there immediately and successfully handled what turned out to be a pretty big problem. Again, the entire team was friendly, courteous and professional. As a licensed general contractor I know about cost, quality workmanship and customer service; Nexgen scores a 10 in all 3 categories in my book.

Ruben has.been out to the house before and is very professional. We were disappointed because our AC was broken and needed a pretty basic part but Nexgen wasn’t able to get it and do the repair until Tuesday (they came out on Friday). Since it was a basic part it seems as though they could have obtained it sooner. The temp was 100+ outside. This was why I gave them 4 stars instead of 5.

I had to Replace both of my air-conditioning units in early June. They were both almost 20 years old and only expect to last 15 years. I decided to get a proposal on a whole new system. We agreed on the system on Saturday they started work on Monday and we’re finished by Tuesday. The six crewmembers were professional and on time every morning and cleaned up every day before they left for the end of the day I’m very pleased with their service and will definitely use them over and over again

NexGen was professional and courteous from the initial call to the ac maintenance provided. Carter was very knowledgeable. He explained things clearly and gave options. He never tried to up sell anything. He had my 21 year old ac running smoothly in no time and at a very reasonable price. When my ac unit finally goes out I will definitely have NexGen replace it. Very trustworthy and a job well done.

I needed a bid to move my a/c unit a few feet for a privacy wall to be built next to the bedroom window to keep a/c noise at bay. Reuben was pleasant and on time for the bid. But bid was highest of three.

The technician was not only very polite, he was very knowledgeable. I have a newer a/c unit that I thought ran loud. The tech opened up the unit, found the problem and replaced two parts. Horrible experience as I had 3 hours installation teams in 9 days and my AC is worse than it was when I began. I still have zero air flow in two of my bedrooms. Numerous false promises and missed appointments. Great sales pitch but here I am with a child in triple digit heat and not receiving what I paid for.

My air conditioner wasn’t working and it was over 100 degrees out! I called NexGen and Manny was at my house within a few hours. He was so thorough when diagnosing the problem, and was great at explaining everything to me. From now on, NexGen is the only company I’ll use for air conditioning and heating issues!

Nex gen gave us a very good deal on a brand new a/c unit and placed a lifetime warranty on it. The problem is with the heat this summer our electricity has been having outages and when that happens weve had probems with the A/C not turning back on. On a good note Weve called warranty every time and theyve come out the same day and got the unit back running. So at first i loved this company and they are professional and responsive we just dont like that weve had to call them several times on a brand new system.

They responded faster than any of their competition, they followed through and got the work done quickly and efficiently at a fair price. The staff were friendly and did a good job with the installation.

115 degrees in Palm Springs and the air conditioner dies. I called Nexgen on a Friday evening around 5 and they promised to have a tech out between 6:30 and 7:30pm. He arrived at 6:27, immediately diagnosed the problem and made the repair. The cost was quite reasonable and the tech was very pleasant to boot. This is my second great experience with this company, highly recommended!

We recently moved to the Coachella Valley and this is our full time home.The existing AC was only 7 years old and it definitely wasn’t working to our needs. It was installed by an inferior competitor.When my Best friend ( who happens to own his own very successful HVAC company in Georgia) came to visit he looked at my system and diagnosed what we needed to solve our AC issue.We called a few competitors of NEXGEN and we were not impressed with the equipment or the estimate.When Sean From NEXGEN came out to look at our needs he made us feel confident that they were the company to use.The crew that came the next day (on time) were very professional and courteous. The system included all new ducting, additional returns, and insulation.I am extremely satisfied with the new system. The home is getting too the perfect temperature and will end up saving me 30% on my electric bill.Don’t waste your time with the other “Hack” AC companies. He kept pushing to buy stuff 8 thousand dollar water purifier, air cleaner, finance this and that . It was too much! Come do your inspection and then when your done hand me information.
