As I called this company today, the technician arrived shortly before the time and expertly fixed my ac that was not blowing air. He did fix my unit expertly within an hour. The quality of service satisfied me. I was delighted that it worked well again. Such an amazing service! Ill be using them again for any hvac repair needs.

We got an appointment with Alliance Residential Services Inc. when the fan on our condenser stopped working. My husband is fairly handy so we did some googling and he managed to get it fixed - or so we thought. But it still wouldnt turn. Henry came out and showed us that we just needed to throw a breaker to turn it back on. Once we did that, it worked again. Henry didnt charge us for the visit. They were very flexible when we had to initially change the appointment date. I would definitely recommend them. So nice to have the AC up and running with this massive heatwave.

My AC went down over the weekend. Called Alliance Residential Services Inc. on Monday and got it fixed on Tuesday. Great service. Terry, the technician, was very nice and professional. He took the time to explain the problems and the part that had to be replaced. Had used them in the past and will definitely use them again in the future. Reasonable price, too.

Alliance Residential Services Inc. is amazing! They came and worked on Sunday to get our ac fixed so the kiddos could start school in a cool classroom. They were professional, put safety first, and followed through with what they said they were going to do. I would recommend this company, hands down!!!

Alliance Residential Services Inc. came to my house today and impressed wasnt a good enough word to describe the service. From the minute Dave came into the door, he was so confident that I felt my problem was going to be finally solved. He quickly identified that the coolant needed to be recharged. One of the Air conditioners was frozen so, we had to wait for it to thaw, but he then identified the board in the AC was not working properly. Dave took the time to explain what was wrong and showed me the problems. I cant thank Alliance Residential Services Inc. enough for having the knowledge, professionalism, and the determination to actually help me. Every now and then you come across people who legitimately want to help and I think this was one of those lucky days for me. Alliance Residential Services Inc. will be the only company that services my house from now on.

Affordable and fast. My AC wasnt running as it should be and got an appointment with Alliance Residential Services Inc.. Jackson showed up on time and even called me to let me know he is coming. He was very professional and explained what happened as well as my options. I highly recommend them and I would certainly call them again if my AC goes out again.

This review is way delayed but these guys are great! I was referred to these guys by a friend and would definitely recommend them to anyone else in need. My A/C unit was some sort of broken back in March, the house was getting way too hot, its almost unbearable. Alliance Residential Services Inc. was able to come out the following day to check out the problem and also repair it. The air was just not flowing through the house and found out later by their diagnostic that due to the dog pee (from previous owners and also my current little jerk), the acid had burned a hole on the unit and the air couldnt get into the house. Don and his partner were outside, sitting on rocks, and doing everything they could to help me fix the problem that night and gave me a great price. Thanks to these guys, Im no longer waking up in a sweat!
