I had a great experience all around, beginning with my phone call looking for help/information. (I believe her name is Julie. Super knowledgeable and polite.)I had all 4 of my tires replaced and was very impressed with every employee I came into contact with. They were all friendly, professional, and very competent in their field. I will absolutely recommend your auto care center!

Would of been better if they didnt have a senile woman at the counter. Waited for my vehicle for about 3 hours. Didnt hear my name called. Sat by the department where she could clearly see me waiting. When I went to ask she was rude and said she called my name awhile ago. If thats the case I would of been out of Walmart awhile ago and not waiting for my name to be called.

Their slow as all heck and may damage your car though they are Cheap on oil changes. We had to sue them once over damaging the hood on our smart Car the mechanics were to dumb to figure out how to take it off. And failed to ask us the owners as to how to safely remove the hood. If you still yet need a low cost oil change this still yet is your cheapest option

Joel is outstanding and professional. Judy who handles the counter is the best person I’ve met in a long time. She is fast and makes it fun. She is the best multi-tasker doing the job of 3 people. Walmart is truly blessed to have such great people working on their team. Judy def needs a raise, promotion, and a huge bonus for the hard work she does everyday.

Little bit pricy for change of tire over $100, but if you had flat what else you could do!? Order tire,, came next day, was called by staff and done with 1 hour. You can ask guys who work there for free air, they are friendly.

Very friendly and amicable staff, Judy at the counter was wonderful and very pleasant. Pricing for a new tire and tire repair was fair in comparison to other places in the area. I will definitely come back in the future for tire related services. To be fair to their oil change services, I cannot speak on anything in regards to that as I receive free oil changes from my dealership, but from what I experienced I am sure they will be fair and do well in regards to taking care of your oil change needs.

These buffoons Damaged my wifes car when they put it up on the lift. They had the jack pads turned the wrong way an pinched the Skirt between the jack and car frame. When I mentioned it to the techs. they insisted that that is the way it was supposed to be......

Was easy to get in and out, not to much hassle. I wish all of the workers wore masks properly

Went in to get a new battery for my vehicle. The 4 people I spoke with were very professional and the service was fast. Ill definitely be back for future service.

Ordered tires online. Was notified when they arrived. Techs were very helpful. They gave me what was needed and saved me $ on what I could skip. Best of all service was quick!

This review is about the people at the tire center, not Walmart. Only one of the two tires I ordered arrived, despite being emailed that both were ready. The folks there were trying their best to make it right. But one tire isnt enough. I cancelled the order and went elsewhere. Again, everyone there was great.

Purchased four tires on line and on arrival went to the tire shop, first come first serve and I was told about 2 hours for mounting and bakancing, maybe less. 50 minutes later my car was done. Under promised then over delivered, great job!

Take out your valuables. Workers here like to steal change and other small items.

Cheap tires, relatively quick service, but... Its in Walmart. Which is... While not the worst place in the world....Look. You either get why Walmart never deserves 5 stars or you dont.

The Palm Coast Wal-Mart Auto care center has been under staffed for several years. Half of the bays that are supposed to have cars in them are used for storage. They only pay the mechanics 15 dollars an hour. There are supposed to be two people at the registers. There is only one. The staff that work there are great people doing the best they can with the unacceptable situation store management thinks is just great.

This was my first time bringing my Car to Wal-Mart Auto Center. It was extremely pleasant. The gentleman ant the cashiers desk was very helpful and informative and kind. The same goes for the two men working in the garage I got good morning and smiles and just very pleasant and made my morning I most definitely will continue to bring my car there. Thank you Wal-Mart !!!!!!!!!!!!

One person working in the automotive area, people lined up 8-10 deep. So frustrating, and this is not the only department that lacks employees to help the customers. Wal-Mart, when r u gonna pick up the pace on CUSTOMER SERVICE??????. I have made numerous complaints and it falls on deaf ears. The Palm Coast store is one of the worst stores for this.

These people are amazing. I had purchased a new battery from Wal-Mart, Ormond Beach, FL a few months ago. Corrosion was forming around the negative terminal. Could not drive back to Ormond so took the car to Wal-Mart, Palm Coast. Taken care of by them within a very reasonable amount of time. Highly recommend them.

Went in for a simple tire rotation and balance. It took only 20 minutes. And cheap. Better than A.K. Tires.

I love wallmartI buy everything I need is there affordable good quality I do wish you had more English speaking employees.its hard to understand if they dont understand English.A few said they were deaf.The mangers in store are rude especially tall skinny lady Brown shirt hair, fairly young woman in her 40s very nasty. Dispute this I still like walmart irs my favorite store om there to buy weekly groceries and at least three additional times there after..

They did not have a battery for my lawnmower. They said theyre just not getting the lawnmower batteries delivered to the store! Well, too bad, TRACTOR SUPPLY did have batteries!

Not only it took 2 hours for an oil change they never change the oil they said they couldnt get the plug loose from the oil pan to pour the oil out but they took the oil cap fill from under the hood off and they said it and wedged it in to wear my hood closes which they never closed good thing I wasnt on 95 doing 80 miles an hour with a flue up and ripped off my car so after getting home driving 30 miles an hour I noticed the hood wasnt shut then I noticed I couldnt shut the hood cuz the oil cap was wedged in the way so wasnt a very good experience
