It’s always a great experience at Take 5 Oil Change! The group of guys working today were exceptional. Andrew was on point and made sure everything was completed and as always asked if I had any questions or concerns when everything was done. I also enjoy the 25% military application discount.

I didnt know what a great experience the oil change can be. The young men working there are very professional and courteous. I am very impressed! The whole process was fast and stress free. I highly recommend this place to everybody!

Usually love this place and am willing to pay the extra cost for the convenience of it all, but today I spent my entire lunch break waiting in line to get my oil changed. I ran out of time and had to go back to work, the employees were very apologetic and professional, he told me to come back after work and that they close at 7. I showed up at 6:45, and a different employee told me they closed early. Not the end of the world but definitely annoying to drive across town twice and not get my oil changed after all.

You guys are phenomenal. A little more then what I would have paid elsewhere, but the speed, attention to detail (like my air filter that hadnt ever been replaced before), and friendly professionals made it worth paying extra. I will be returning and referring!

I expected pleasant service, but my experience was beyond that! Eric was courteous and efficient. My data was already in the system so the oil choice was a quick confirmation. When he asked if I wanted my cabin filter checked (if he could access it from under the glove compartment) I was delighted delighted since I don’t think it had ever been done. It was a bit of a process, but he got it out, and yes it was filthy and had mildew! The cost to replace it was only $40 and it would have been about $100 at the dealership. He provided honest expertise and said my wiper blades looked good. While he was doing all this, the oil was being changed from below. And I never had to leave the car! Got a $10 off coupon from their website too. I am a very satisfied customer!

Very professional approach, and did a great job. I usually change my own oil and to be honest dont trust most Jiffy-Lube type shops. But, Im on vacation and wanted it done. These guys are zero pressure, no sales, and offer a quality product at a reasonable price. I will use this shop every time I come to Florida. Guys here are quick and good at their jobs. Even with computer trouble they had me out with an oil change, new wiper blades, and an air filter check in 20 minutes. Im very glad I gave this place a try.

Oil change was mostly ok. What I DO NOT like is how they check things off that they did not do. They did not wash my bug covered windshield after I just drove 2,000 miles across the country. They did not check my tire pressure either. The employee literally dripped several liquids (oil, window washer fluid, etc on my pristine engine compartment. Not acceptable. I watch everything carefully due to past negative oil change experiences. Im sure others do not. Aside from that it was passable, but not great by any stretch.

The staff were very fast and friendly. They also hand out cold waters while you wait, which is really nice. Check online before you come in for coupons.Idu why a customer is complaining about them not washing their windows, the website does not say that they do that service.

Let me start off by saying Christine at Take 5 is amazing. Start to finish she kept me informed and was covid safe the whole time. They dont try to sell you extras unless necessary and then they show you the old one to prove the car needed it. My 2019 Dodge Grand Caravan needed air in tires which they checked for me and filled plus they changed my air filter which was nasty.Christine had impeccable customer service and a great sense of humor. I will definitely go back and use Take 5 next time thanks to Christine and her thorough work ethic combined with great customer service.Great job Take 5 keep up the good work. Also, Christine should be commended for her work ethic.

We only had to wait in line about 10 minutes to get in, and the mechanic did a super fast oil change, checked all the other fluids and filters. He was super nice and we are in and out in no time. And when we left we honked for a job well done! LOL

Customer service was very good. From the manager to the employees. Very thoughtful about how long your waiting.

The place was pretty busy. I liked that the staff acknowledged me and let me they were working as fast as they could.

Typically a good service. My only complaint is the speed of the service. Don’t call it “Take 5” if it really takes 20-30 min per vehicle. Other than that, it’s a decent place to go.

First time here. Outstanding service! In addition to an oil change, fluid fill, and tire check, they even changed my cabin filter which has probably never been done! (Bought a used car over a year ago and cigarette smoke smell has always blown through the vents) Josh very quickly popped off the dash and glove box while I sat in my car, and replaced the filter. No more smoke smell! Made my whole day! Fast and super friendly!

Really friendly staff. They are quick and professional. They are a little more money but for a quick oil change and refill of fluids its a good place to stop at. Erik who is one of the employees went above and beyond to get tree sap off my window and windshield. Love the service and am a repeat customer.

Love this take 5 location. We found them about a year ago and bring all 4 of our vehicles here We recently moved and tried the take 5 closer to our new home but were completely unsatisfied. Hello. The great technician s were polite and explained everything to my understanding. Will be my new place to go.

The team was very professional and showed me the old oil and filter before replacing them and again afterwards. Well worth the money.

Did oil change on my wifes car today and knocked her shift cable off lost the bushings and zip tied it on. Then sent her off like it wasnt their problem. Very unprofessional. Caused more damage then they helped with.

I just wasnt impressed. Ill go elsewhere next time.
