I had first stopped at Discount Tire in town because my tire was flat. Discount Tire claimed they would repair my tire, and rotate my tires for free. Once my vehicle was in their shop Discount Tire brought me in and gave me a song and dance as to why my 45k miles rated tires needed to be replaced after 20k miles. They neither fixed the tire nor rotated my tires. I next drove to Tires Plus. They quickly fixed and rotated my tires for a fair price, with no song and dance lie about why I needed new tires. Tires Plus has earned my trust.

New in town, and decided to give Tires Plus in Palm Coast a try. Now, I’ve been in the automotive service industry for over 45 years and owned my own shop for 32 of them so you can say I speak with some experience.Today I had a really good experience.Arrived a few minutes before my 9:30 am appointment, the parking lot was clean and the place presented itself well even considering the fact that this building has been there for a while.Met Ron the service manager, quite pleasant and professional.He was very patient as I made a few special requests.Brian service my vehicle, he was thorough, pleasant and communicated very well.Everyone was in a good mood and it seemed that all the guys get along.So as a first experience I was pleased and would recommend them based on my experience today.Hope this is helpful.

I would have given zero stars if the option was available. Horrible service/RIP off. Also be prepared to sit there for 2 hours for two tire changes. It takes then an hour to change a tire! 4 tires? Then you would probably have to sit there for 4 hours! I had an appointment yesterday and they sent me home and gave me another appointment for today because they couldnt manage to take care and finish their other appointments yesterday and today I sat there for almost two hours.They also charged me almost double (based on the amount I was told the other day from another guy at the same office). Wouldnt come here again.

I dont know what is going on but Tires Plus is very inconsistent with service based on reviews. I have been a customer for over 15 years and know the techs on a first name basis. I went into get an oil change and was told it would be $79.95. I said I had never paid that much. They reduced it by $5 and said they would not do an inspection. I asked them to look in the computer for how much I had paid in the past which I thought was in the $35-$40 dollar range. Sure enough thats what it said. Still they quoted $74.95. I called my auto mechanic and asked if they did oil changes. They said yes and it would be around $35. I took it there and paid $38. So now Im looking for 4 new tires but guess who has lost my business. As one person put it, Welcome to the covad tax. Is this an example of trying to make up for the decline in business? I am very disappointed to say the least.

They were quick and advised me what was wrong and even suggested where to take my vehicle for a problem they did not perform.

So we my husband and 14 year old daughter chanced to the closes tier shop and it was tire plus. And after sleeping in our car all night... and we had a tire to in the trunk and only needed mounted. And they wouldnt even help us unless we bought a tire from them.....so we would never go back to therm again

I needed a lugnut fixed which they did fine. Well they told me I had a non repairable tire with a nail in it and that I needed 4 new tires so I took it to my tire shop because I have a warranty on them. Yeah I didnt need any tire replaced. So they tried to scam me.

Fixed a problem other said could not be fixed. Mike was great, helpful and professional. Went over work and cost. My only go to place for work.

I had a check engine light come on and it was right after my gas cap was loose. Brought it to them and they diagnosed that it was an emission issue..small leak. I asked it it could be the gas cap and wsd told no. I brought it back next day to diagnose the problem and couldnt find the leak. They charged me 100 and then said it could have been lose gap cap. Seriously...never going back. Feel totally screwed.

We got a flat on I-95 at the end of our vacation. These guys got us in, swapped out the correct matching tire, and repacked our luggage in about an hour. Very helpful and courteous. We had a road hazard, third party warranty that they couldnt honor, but helped with follow up two weeks later so our local shop would reimburse us. Very pleased.

Fast, efficient and extremely courteous. After reading the few 1 star reviews I have come to understand that the people leaving those reviews do not understand anything about the industry. If they did and had any common sense they would know the difference between a recommendation and a requirement. Believe it or not, not every shop is out to get money from customers. Just because you drive a POS and they have many recommendations doesnt mean they are trying to get money from you. Maybe you should just treat your vehicles better.

Ripped off. Poor work quality and overpricing. Spent over $1,400 and engine light and sluggish running continued. Then Tires Plus wanted $ $ 979 to replace ignition coils and plugs. Parts cost about $$150 on Amazon. I will not be going back there again.

Just wanted to give a shout out to Robert. He brought me into the bay to show me that my old oil filter was loose. He was very informative. Definitely made my experience great. I will be a repeat customer for life. Thanks Tires Plus!

I was in Flagler Beach with my 4 month old, meeting my parents to drop off my dog. As I was about to head home to Jax my dad noticed a gouge in my tire that wasnt safe to drive back home with. We called Tires Plus where my trucks tires have a lifetime guarantee. They had us in and out within an hour. They accommodated us in their waiting room, allowing us to bring in the dog since it was so hot outside. Long story, but my point is they had excellent customer service. Thank you guys so much! We highly recommend this location!

I just went in an hour before they closed. I thought I had something majorly wrong with my car. It was making a loud scraping noise. Im so embarrassed to say it was a leaf scraping my rim. Average prices on tires- there seemed to be a lot of hidden/added fees.On a postitive note the service was great and very efficient. We were in and out quickly.

The guys at tires plus were really helpful, service was excellent. Price seems a bit steep, but that is probably the case for any short notice tire replacements, they got my tires 3 hours faster then they originally said, and even helped me set the trailer I was towing down in there lot.

Tire plus told me that my car didnt have any oil on the dipstick and that I had NO compression on any cylinder. They said my car wouldnt start because of this and that I needed a new engine!! I had AAA tow it to my house. I get regular oil changes and no oil was ever in my driveway to indicate leaking oil. None of my lights ever came on that said my car was low on oil nor did it ever overheat. After it was towed to my house I put oil in it and it started right up with no problem. Tires Plus lied to me. My car didnt need a new engine!! They also put on the work order that my cars battery was showing signs of weakening due to age or extreme temperatures. Thats another LIE!!! I just bought a new battery 4 days ago because I thought that was the reason that it wouldnt start!!! If they did this to me then I know they will do it to someone else. BEWARE!! I have attached a picture of the work order stating that I need a new engine and that the battery was showing signs of age etc.

I bought my tires there have my wheel alignment there and I love those people there they are awesome and guaranteed one thing customer service is super excellent prices are extremely competitive if not they will be anybody that was my experience and I will always go back there but I need tires or an alignment thank you guys at Tire Plus

Ive been a customer of Tires Plus since April of 2003 and Ive generally been satisfied with your service, until I just got an estimate from your Palm Coast, FL location for $724+ to replace my radiator, hoses, clamps and thermostat because of gunk in the cooling system. This was apparently totally unnecessary, just a ploy to get me to spend more money. I had the cooling system flushed for $74.00 locally and its totally fine. I dont know who the manager is at the Palm Coast facility. Ryan (who gave me the estimate) was just an advisor, with another gentleman pushing his buttons to come up with unnecessary work. It was obvious from the conversation that these gentlemen were paid on commission and I intend to report this to corporate headquarters, as well as the Chamber of Commerce. They were there for one purpose, and that was to generate an unnecessary bill so they could benefit specifically themselves.

Quick response to my problem with positive outcome, found out nothing was wrong!

Had my oil changed it was quick and the tech seemed good he sprayed degreaser to clean around the filter a nice touch. With a discount coupon for 15.00 the price seemed a bit high, but I did not price around...

If it would let me give 0 stars I would. My wife wife went in to get a tire plugged. They told her that it was not safe (too little tread). I checked the tire plenty of tread left. They wanted her to get all NEW tires at $800+ praying on her lack of knowledge.....I Dont begrudge anyone to make a living but that is just straight up dishonest and theft. AVOID. Go to A K tire instead no fluff just tires.

Gee long w8 for and oil change. then was told needs a head gasket. i decline service .took to costal service found the filter was so tight cracked the seal so was leaking oil allso was a quart low hmmmm well they suck had new oil filter and guess what no leaks never again thumbs way down [[[[[

Took 40 minutes to get a rotation and balance of 2 rims after the car was already in the air. These guys definitely wasted my time. Do not stop here.

Charge too much for an oil change but they have great customer service

I came in today, Augist 5, 2018, and after inquiring how long an oil change would take, I was told they can start in 20 minutes and I would be out in under an hour. 2 hours later, they came out to tell me about over 700 dollars I need in maintenance, including a $40 cabin filter $300+ coolant flush! After I declined service, that I now know is unneeded and overpriced, they took me out to the bay to show how I needed a new tire because of a bubble. He tried to sell me a new tire because of a TIRE SEAM!! I sure hope this guy knows that these are normal spots where the tire was made and does not effect the quality of the tire except for cosmetically! They tried to pull one over on me and I WILL NEVER return to this location.

Great place for tires, but their warrenty is debatable. Great service and both managers were very professional. My Mechanic, was grat and did all in a speedy and safe manner. I reccomend this pllace.

If I could leave zero stars I would we stop to get vehicle tire repaired the first gentleman said it would be a quick turn around. We then were told by another gentleman little under a hour. Ok that will do but here it has been a hour and 30 minutes later and we are still waiting to get a 15 min tire plug job completed. Learned my lesson never go to tire plus again. Should have went to pepboys.

Patched a tire even though I ordered a new one.....didnt try to oversell and took the purchased tire back.

They are honest and will tell you exactly what you do or do not need.

Brought in a tire with two punctures to get patched and was told they werent going to be able to patch the tire because one of the punctures wasnt in center of the tire, it was slightly off to the side but wasnt the side wall of the tire. Also said they couldnt fix the tire because the other puncture was too close to the other puncture, even though it was a good 18 to 24in away. I was able to get the tire patched at another business in the area with no questions or conerns about whether the tire was patchable. Which makes be believe they were being dishonest and where just trying to sell me a brand new tire.

Was here with a friend. He had an appointment, was at least an hour early and didnt get the vehicle serviced until hours after. When he had asked how long it would be the person at the desk said he didnt know, because they were unloading a truck.

Super fast good attention to detail

I had a coupon for a free oil change and it still wasnt worth it. Employees werent very friendly and they didnt even close my hood properly when finished.

I just spent $636.38 on 4 new tires and an oil change at the Palm Coast location. At about 7PM I received a phone call from the store telling me they were just getting started on the car and planned to have it done that night. About 30 minutes later they called me to tell me that the car was done. I was surprised that it only took 30 minutes to change 4 tires, balance the tires, perform an alignment check and oil change. I headed over to pick up the car. When I got there I was told that they DID NOT perform an alignment check but could see that it Drove Straight so it would be no problem. Most people know that you shouldnt put 4 brand new tires on a vehicle without checking the alignment....poor alignment will cause the brand new tires to wear unevenly and possibly more quickly. I was disappointed with this but figured I could arrange an alignment check the following week. Either way it was clear that they had really rushed to provide the services requested. I paid the $636 and left with the vehicle. After driving about 1 mile from the Tires Plus store my check engine light and 4 wheel drive lights came on. Something was definitely wrong and I was pretty sure it was related to the service provided since these lights were not on when I dropped the car off or anytime since I bought this car (new). The store was already closed so I had no option but to return the store the next morning. When I returned to the store the same gentleman was there and was immediately very defensive when I calmly and politely explained what had happened. He adamantly declared that there is no way these lights came on as a result of their workmanship. I explained that the lights were not on when I dropped off the car and it seemed pretty likely that this was related to the work they performed on the vehicle. I had left the keys in the car so I stepped outside to get them and when I went back into the store the same guy was telling his associate that there was no way they caused this problem. I was already getting annoyed with this guys rude and defensive behavior considering I had been very polite about the situation. We then went for a road test so he could see the lights come on with his own eyes....during that road test he proceeded to tell me there was no way they caused this problem and that there is such a thing as coincidence. I explained to him that if it is coincidence I should buy a lottery ticket because this is a Honda Pilot and known to be an extremely reliable vehicle. He continued with his rude approach and by the time I returned to the store with him I felt absolutely no confidence that he would attempt to fix the problem or even have the technical knowledge to resolve the issue. I finally told him to just give me the keys and I would take the vehicle to Honda. I have taken the vehicle to Honda and found out that the tire installation did cause this problem and cost me an additional $75 to resolve with Honda. The tires and TPMS were not installed properly. These systems are tied to the 4 wheel drive system in a Honda Pilot and the unskilled installers at Tires Plus did not realize this. The result was that my system lights went off. I would advise everyone to avoid this location at all costs. If you must use Tires Plus try one of the other locations like St. Augustine. This store is terrible and the customer service is not what I would expect when spending $600+ on tires. There is a solid chance they will screw something up on your car and end up costing you more money to get a proper repair. They are only interested in getting a fast sale from you and do not provide any reasonable level of customer service.

Tried taking advantage of my mother in law because she doen not know much about cars . double charging labor tried replacing her battery and tires that are leas than a year old.Beware they are not your friends!At the end of the day she still paid almost 1000 dollars for spark plugs oil change and valve cover gasket set.Crooks!

I’ve bought 4 sets of tires over the last couple of years for my work trucks and never again will I bring my trucks to tire plus . I was quoted a price for 4 tires and an alignment and when I went to pick up my truck they didn’t do the alignment because they said they called first to see if I still wanted it . Of course I did ! That’s why I dropped it off, then when I expressed my feelings of me being upset about it they laughed at me !. Then when I said forget the alignment I’ll get the alignment somewhere else it cost me $40 more with out the alignment . Horrible, horrible, horrible management
