CPR did an amazing job repairing my phone at a great price. I was quoted about $250 to have my back glass replaced on my Iphone XS Max at two other repair places. CPR was able to replace not only my back glass, but my rear camera itself AND my rear camera glass all for $150, and they did an extraordinary job. They were so professional and helpful, and I couldn’t be happier with the results or the service!

I hate to complain and almost never do, but I was really wronged by CPR. I’ve used this repair shop twice before with good results; HOWEVER, it does not negate the current situation. I dropped off my wife’s Motorola phone last week, because the screen and LCD were separating from the body of the phone, and my SquareTrade warranty was supposed to cover the repair. The store couldn’t fix it due parts being unavailable and thought SquareTrade was going to reimburse me for the price of the entire phone. When I picked up the phone, it was given to me in a bag with a “sanitized” card over the screen. When I got home and opened the bag, the screen protector was missing, and the screen was horribly scratched, warped, and had crimped-in damage in certain spots. Unlike most phones, it has a plastic screen which can be easily scratched or damaged. Because of this, we’ve always had a good screen protector on it from new. I immediately called CPR and spoke to Austin, the manager, who said he was the only one that worked on my phone. He denied that anyone there damaged the screen. I knew he wouldn’t admit it, but I am certain that someone there damaged the screen BADLY. I believe they didn’t treat the phone properly under the assumption that the warranty would just reimburse me for the entire phone price. Unfortunately, SquareTrade is having me mail the phone into their repair shop to fix. If they only fix the screen separation issue, I’ll get the damaged screen returned with the phone. On top of everything, I got charged a labor charge to get back my damaged phone. I am REALLY disappointed. because I liked this shop initially and now have to travel further to find another shop to work on android phones.FOLLOW-UP: I got your message to call the store, but there is no reason to do so. I called when I first noticed the damage. I just wanted to know how or why it was damaged and be reassured that if SquareTrade didnt replace my phone, it would be fixed by CPR. A phone call now will not change that. Luckily, SquareTrade replaced the entire top of the phone with a new screen. Unfortunately, I cant trust CPR for any future repairs. The techs and Austin (manager) seemed very nice and professional, but actions speak louder than words.

Best service anywhere at a very reasonable price. Extemely friendly, helpful and explained everything in detail. Fixed all my iPad problems and works better than ever. Will only use them for all my electronic needs. They truly are the best.Highly recommend!

I seen Tru-Tech in Palm Coast on offer up. I showed it to my husband who automatically said it was a scam. I seen their address at the bottom of the ad and sent my husband over to check it out. He was actually surprised to found out that this place was there and have the best deals on phones, tablets anything electronic you can think of. $50 down is all you need. I was so happy because we wanted to get a phone for our daughters birthday. We walked out with a phone for her, one for my husband and one for myself. This is our go to place from here on out. I’m glad we checked it out for ourselves and we left happy. The 2 gentleman that worked there and helped us out went beyond what we expected. Please check it out you won’t be disappointed at all.

This place is absolutely amazing I am not one who would normally leave reviews however, I have to step outside my comfort zone here. quick story my iPhone was recently destroyed didnt have much funds to afford another one right away I went out looking for a pawnshop someone pointed me in the direction of the Winn-Dixie Plaza in Palm Coast Fl, she told me there was a pawnshop there where I can possibly get a phone and I should look for the Tru-Tech shop well when I entered the shop it was not a pawnshop. I was immediately greeted by the employees there he asked me could he help me I told him Im not going to waste their time I was looking for a used phone because Id broken mine. he respond saying if I put 50 bucks down I can finish paying off the phone later; this type of thing always hit me as a scam or scheme. I immediately said no thanks stating that I didn’t won’t anyone pulling my credit at the moment; he stated they dont go by credit, they go by job history and that I was already there so I said I may as well give it a shot.I did not even have to contact my employer they simply needed my ID and my bank card to confirm I have a bank account I walked out of the store with my iPhone 11 only 50 bucks down just as promised this is no joke could not believe the sign out front actually came without strings in 2021 thats whats up!

Their service is the same 5 star status but now its worthy of a 6th star with the layout and atmosphere of the store. Its bright, clean and cozy which is next level especially considering other phone/computer repair stores I went to back in the day! Was able to get the newest phone for only $50 down with a relatives good credit. Only thing is the accessories price are too high... other than that everything else is straight forward if you have time on your hands to fill out the application.

Brought my phone there and had it fixed from water damage. It works great and feels brand new! The people there were so funny warm and welcoming. Definitely will revisit again. Only small thing I could say would be that it would have been nice if they wiped my screen a little better, I had to scratch something off. Other than that they followed covid guidelines well and had a cozy environment!

I had taken my phone in because the battery was running dead quickly and they could no longer FaceTime they could not see me. When I took it in he knew right away that my front camera was not working and he did replace the battery. He even stayed open later to fix my problems. This was on a Friday night and you know everybody looks forward to being done on a Friday night. Never did he make me feel like I was being a pain for having to stay open late. When I came back 15 minutes later to pick my phone up my husband had asked if he could replace a battery for him and he said no problem and again did not seem upset to stay even later. Jeremy Siciliani was the man who took care of us. First time I ever use this company and I definitely will be going back when the need arises .

The moment I walked in the boys were so inviting, kind and helped me fix my sons phone. The place was very clean and nice. They also told me my phone would be fixed in 2 hours and they fixed it earlier than expected! Highly recommend!!!

These guys were great. They fixed my daughters iPad screen in about 24 hours. Price up front was reasonable, and they even installed a screen protector. When we got to the car after picking it up, she realized she couldnt log in; we walked right back inside and they had the problem figured out and fixed about an hour later. Ill keep going to CPR for the great service.

If I could give this place no stars I would. I went here to get my screen replaced and now I have so many problems with it. There are way too many screen glitches to even count. I have to turn my phone off and on around 20 times to just be able to get into my phone. Yesterday morning it glitched so bad that I was locked out of my phone for part of the morning. When I brought it back it started glitching out worse than the first time. It not even worth bringing it back to have them look at it. Only went here because another tech shop with the same name in a different location did a amazing job however this place doesn’t even do half as amazing as the other. 0/10 do not recommend. Take your phones, laptop, and overall technology and run it’s BAD!

For the repair itself I was quite pleased. I was promised an accessory by employees that was to be placed on my phone upon repair. When I realized I didnt get it and asked they stated the accessory didnt exist. While I was trying to explain what I was told, that they said didnt happen because it wasnt in notes, and asked to speak with the Manager, I guess the young man became irritated so his tone changed and kept talking over me.

This company takes advantage of those who are vulnerable. They offer financing at rates of over 100%. They push financing and prefer for you to purchase that way and your $699 phone costs you $1500+ over the course of 1-2 years. The owners of this company have no interest in providing an honorable service to their customers, theyre looking to price gouge. There are far better options, avoid them!!

Please do yourself a favor and stay away. This company preys on individuals with poor credit and uninformed on pricing. They charge $200-300 more on each system/phone they sell AND charge 145% interest rate on their financing. Heres a screen shot of a discussion with one of their reps on Facebook Marketplace. Please find another local business that is reputable and avoid this place.

I scheduled an appointment with them. I left my phone and 30-40 minutes later I picked up my phone. My batter is great now! My old battery would drain 20% just while driving to work with no cell phone activity. My phone was older and it was just time to get a new battery as that is much cheaper than purchasing a new phone. Very happy with this business and highly recommend them!

Super helpful and honest. My mothers phone stopped charging. Took it in to see if it could be repaired or if we should just purchase a new one. The young man took the phone to the back for about 1 minute. Cleared a small peice of plastic from the charging port. And returned the phone to us no charge. Honest, fast friendly service.

Attempted my own screen and battery replacement on a toasted iPhone 7 Plus while on vacation. When it still didn’t work I dropped my phone off here. Austin there spent a lot of time with the phone and thoroughly addressed every possible problem (batteries, new screens, flex cables, charger ports, software, etc) until it was finally fixed. I expected labor costs to be high but was not charged labor or parts for anything that didn’t actually work. The end result is that my phone had a complex problem that was fixed in less than 24 hours and the price was VERY reasonable. Would absolutely recommend.
