My phone fell off a counter and severely cracked the screen. As soon as it happened, I tried to come in to see what they could do to help. Door locked and a sign saying theyre closed for training. Several days and attempts later, theyre still closed for training. So, I scheduled an appointment and got the confirmation email thinking it was all good. Show up for said appointment to be told they have no record of the appointment and that the technician should have messaged me back, which never happened. Also, that they wouldnt be open until tomorrow and that theyd likely have to order the part which they cant do until theyre open tomorrow. Meanwhile, glass shards continue to fall off and slice up my fingers. Similarly, my previous device had a cracked screen that I tried to get repaired here, but that sign was in the door every day for 2 weeks before I gave up and just went to the wireless store to just upgrade my device to the one I have now. How does a business expect to stay in business if theyre closed 90% of the time? This is not a good way to run a business. I never leave negative reviews, but my experience with ubreakifix has been miserable and frustrating to no end.

My girlfriends iPhone became completely unresponsive and we didnt know what to do. Every tutorial wed find on YouTube seemed to not fix anything. I took it in to the Palm Coast location and Richard had it working again in something like 10 minutes. I hoped we wouldnt have to wipe out the phone with a reset but thankfully we didnt have to. Thanks again Richard!!

Make sure you read into the “90 day warranty”! In March 2021 I got my iPhone XR screen repaired after it dropped onto concrete and cracked. I even paid extra for their screen protector! Fast forward to May 2021 and I literally have newborn twins and my phone randomly has a crack. No drops, just being thrown into a diaper bag. LOL. I take it to the store in hopes I can get the screen replaced (obviously cheap part??) and I was told I wouldn’t get a new one but I could get a “discount” on a new one of $99 but the warranty only covers if they can tell it’s their fault. What store would admit it is their fault? What warranty is for the store not the consumer? So now I have a cracked phone and two screaming babies all night. My suggestion.... beware and do your research. And no this isn’t a “fake” review, just a really tired and unhappy customer.

Absolutely love UbreakIfix. I’m clumsy so Ive been there a couple times, with almost impossible phones to fix and the young man Charles is always able to fix the phone right back to a new state. He is one of the nicest fastest workers i’ve ever met. He puts his costumers first and makes sure their needs are met. Amazing customer service! Very helpful every time I come in. I had an issue with the charger port in my phone and no matter what charger I tried to use, it would not work. I took my phone here and he had it working in less than 10mins. They recognized the issue and fixed it. I recommend them to everyone now!

I had a very pleasant experience at the uBreakiFix and its manager Charles located at the island walk plaza in Palm Coast as I called them on the phone and spoke to Charles initially asking if he could sell me a new lcd shield plate as I was replacing the screen on my personal iPhone and could not get the original lcd shield plate off. Instead Charles offered to remove the screws preventing me from removing my lcd shield plate in the first place free of charge! I arrived at the store and was greeted by Charles the manager of the store once again who removed the screws for me in less than a minute. I am very appreciative of this and would recommend this store to anyone having any issues or questions about their electronics. I had a cracked screen and was told 5 to 7 days for the part. 3 weeks later it was still not in. Gave ample opportunity to follow-up but unwilling to even make a call. Picked it up and got it fixed the same day elsewhere..Never again!

I brought my Samsung tablet in for repair after the screen stopped working. I waited in line for about 20 minutes only for the technician to try and reset my device, look it over once more and tell me that the LCD was broken.Knowing that I hadnt dropped it recently, I wasnt convinced this was the issue. I asked him if it was worth opening up the tablet to see if the LCD wire was lose or something stupid like that and I was told. No, this is a crappy model. and he sent me on my way.I was reluctant to open up the tablet since Ive never done so before and I wasnt sure if I had anything at home to wedge it open, but I had nothing to lose since an expert told me my tablet is a brick, I opened the tablet up, unplugged the battery, LCD and waited 10 minutes. I plugged everything back in and now its working.

Dropped my S10 plus and broke the screen Friday night. Called these guys around 12:30 Saturday afternoon to see about getting it repaired. Dropped the phone off at 1:30 had it back at 3:30. Repaired with all Samsung parts. Very reasonable cost as well.. These guys are awesome.

I had a problem with my home button, so I scheduled an appointment (which was super easy to do!). Then, I brought my phone in, they checked over the phone free of charge, and finding the problem, they fixed it free of charge because it was such an easy fix! Also, they were very aware of social distancing and were wearing masks, which I was really grateful for.

My sim card got stuck in my phone and the guys at the store were able to help me out and fix my problem in minutes. They were professional and courteous. Great place! If I have any more problems I wouldnt hesitate to go back here.

I needed to upgrade my computer hard drive. I took it in - wanted more space and they also recommended that I put in a solid state drive to give me faster access to my programs and allow me to keep more programs open while I work.They also did a major clean up job to the 3 years of garbage living on my drive.Computer works perfectly. They fixed it in the timeframe they said they would and called me a few times to keep me updated on their progress.Highly recommend these guys.

The battery died on my LG phone so what do you do...of course you charge the phone. However after the phone charged it was locked and my password would not unlock it. Great service and expert diagnostics! Fixed my IPhone 7 with a broken screen and it looked like new - cannot even tell. Also brought a water logged IPhone in and it could have been fixed except we made a huge mistake and plugged it in prior to bringing in for service which fried the phone. If you have a wet phone - never plug it in or turn it on. Bring it in asap as they have a special drying machine they can use to save it. Great prices and services - highly recommend.

My iphoneXR screen was replaced 3/6/2020 and since day 1 it wasnt working properly. the screen would take at least 20 seconds to respond to touch and was slightly blurry (which gradually got worse) . i called twice to make sure the store was still open so i can bring back my phone to get fixed(due to the covid-19 outbreak and quarantine). i work in healthcare as a medical assistant and have 3 kids so finding the time to return into the store was limited. i finally was able to use my lunch break on 4/9/20 to bring my phone in. just my luck my phone fell off my dresser on 4/8/2020 and a small crack resulted from that on the left corner of my phone. (yes i had a case and glass screen protector on it ) . So i bring it into the store and the team member Richard took my phone ran some tests and said he would call me. long story short . Richard told me he opened the phone everything on the inside looks like its working properly and he drained the phones battery and still the blurriness is still there when he turns the phone back on theres nothing else he can do besides change the phones screen again and i would have to pay for it because the small crack in the corner makes my warranty invalid . i am still with in the 90 day warranty and need a new phone screen but because the small crack is there which as nothing to do with the inside of my phone they dont care and i still have to pay for a new one. i am livid because THE SCREEN DIDNT WORK PROPERLY SINCE DAY 1 and they know this because i called twice about it . i cant afford another 170 for a screen that didnt even work properly the 1st time. the manager offered me $25 off and a free screen protector but that still puts me at basically $150 after taxes. i am very unhappy and plan on calling corporate .

This morning, I called to ask about my battery on my Iphone 6S. Tyler answered and took the time to listen to my concern. He immediately told me I was not ready for a battery change based on the information I gave him. Great place. After spending 2 hours plus on the phone with Samsungs technical support nothing was fixed I took my tablet in and the gentleman fixed it in 10 minutes and didnt charge me a penny on a great thing to do

I went in with an emergency on my laptop Friday the 29th of June in the afternoon after 3:00 p.m.. Laptop is over 8 years old and the fix would be more than laptop worth. Gene was able to quickly assess, save and move the contents from my laptop over to my Surface Pro without losing anything! Thorough, Knowledgeable and Professional. Crisis Adverted! As an aside, the employees have always been polite, professional and go above and beyond to help whenever Ive gone in the store.

I came in late on a Saturday prepared to spend upwards of $100 and Charles and Joe helped repair my phone in about 5 minutes free of charge!!! The issue with my phone not accepting a charge was a a simple as pocket lint 🤦‍♂️.... I had no idea it was so easy and they could’ve certainly taken my money. I cant even begin to explain how they SAVED my business and went above and beyond. I was in the middle of a 1300 page project (self employed) when my hard drive failed! While the computer could not be saved they were able to save all of my files!!!! Literally saved my business. Mike even met me on his day off at Staples to help me pick out a new laptop so that everything could be transferred to the new system. I have NEVER received such amazing customer service!

This was the second time I have had the screen protector replaced on my LGV10 phone. The first time they gave me a veterans discount. I dropped my phone again and repeat replacement was done free while I waited. Great service, very fair prices. Excellent addition to our business community.

I went in to see if they had a protective cover for my phone. They did not, but Mike informed of where to get one and specifically which one to buy. He then offered to put it on for me, free of charge. I got the cover and Mike had it on in a jiffy, and with no charge. This kind of service is very hard to beat. Highly recommend!!!

I went in to see if they could fix my LG tone head set, but they couldnt, the port to charge it up was broken, had to get a new one. I asked how much for finding out the problem, he said no charge, I couldnt fix it,But it was driving me CRAZY WHY my LG tone didnt work, and to me,, he solved it.He was also very nice and attentive to me.

These guys have earned my future business. I took my I-phone in, expecting to spend $69 to have a new charging port installed. Instead, the technician checked it out carefully and removed several chunks of lint from the port, which solved the charging problem. And they didnt charge me anything for the quick fix. I will definitely go there for any future repairs.

My wife had another broken screen on her Apple 7 and we paid a visit to U Break I Fix. We came in about 15 minutes before closing time and Mike the Assistant manager went way out of his way to help us and stayed late to get my wifes phone back to business. What an awesome experience. The guys at this location know their stuff. I brought in a wii switch that I thought the screen was broken on. Ready to spend a chunk of change. After a few minutes of inspection. The young man asked to try and see if the device had a screen protector on it. I wasnt sure, because we had bought it used. So after the go ahead. He was able to remove a screen protector and reveal that what we thought was shattered glass. Was actually the scree protector. Not only did he save me from having to buy new glass. He didnt charge me for his services. They were friendly and very prompt when I came through the door. Great way to impress me. I will be back every time I need something they are able to fix. Brought my laptop in after spending hours at home working on it trying to figure out what was wrong. Charles greeted me as soon as I opened the door and listened intently as I explained to him what was wrong and what I had tried.
