They also had a promotion going, and I paid about 60 dollars less then what I was quoted for at other phone repair shops. Shop was very clean and well maintained as well. My Hard Disk Drive went down with all the information so important contained because I run a business and all the information of the customers and a number of programs and applications were contained. El otro Jorge as I call the owner replaced the drive with a Solid State that is faster in a day or two and transferred there the info contained in the old one that went under that he asked me to keep for the future. I have had computers for years and usually worked out my own problems. However, this time between a new ISP, change of IDs, and an unexpected download of windows 10, I got in such a tangle that I needed professional help. He came to my house and spent a lot of time with me fixing the many problems my computers had developed. He was extremely patient and educated me as he went along. But the best part is that I now have a smooth working desktop computer and, in addition, he took care of my lap top computer that hadnt worked properly for years. George is amazing! Two weeks ago, I stupidly put my phone (a very not water proof iPhone 6s) in the washing machine with my laundry. This caused two weeks of me being in panic mode because every fix it place I went to told me there was nothing they could do for me. I finally called 386-i-fix to see if they could help with what I kept being told was an impossible fix. Took my iPad mini in to have the glass replaced due to it being shattered. Everything function fine on the tablet when I brought it in. It took them four days and when I went to pick it up the glass had been replaced but the back light had been broken. You couldn’t see a thing. Still turns on and I’m assuming it works because I can hear it when I plug it into charge it but you can’t see a thing. The only reason I was extremely upset was because there were apps on there that are no longer available and I probably had a little over $100 worth of them on that tablet. Those cannot be replaced but she did give me another iPad with the same amount of memory plus a case to keep it in. So use your own discretion when choosing this place. She did her best to make it right but I still consider it a loss on my end.

I had a cracked iPhone screen and it was fixed without a problem. Few days goes by and the left side of my screen wouldnt work. I shouldve brought it back but i dealt with it. Just a few days ago my entire screen doesnt want to work and starts clicking apps on the left side of my phone without me touching it. The same area in which hasnt been working. I brought it back to get fixed and apparently I had the slightest crack in it that was causing me all these problems. i believe i shouldnt have been reliable to pay for this because the line in my phone is more or less a scratch is which no way in this world could cause my phone to do what its doing.

I am so impressed with George. He was so knowledgeable. I have tried everything to disable my touchpad with no success. Even calling Hewlitt Packard didnt help.
