Let me just say i am soooo happy with my Brazilian wax, yes it was my first dont judge me lol ! Giana made me feel very comfortable and made the process go by super fast ! She asked me if i had any questions and there was no doubt that she actually cares about her clients, if you are second guessing yourself dont !!! Book giana shes great 😊 i have definitely found my waxing home !

I went to Giana for my first ever Brazilian wax and she was wonderful!!! She walked me through the whole process and she took her time to make sure it wasn’t super painful. I loved her and I will continue going to her. Highly recommend booking with her.

Do not go to gigi or whatever her name is this girl rushed my whole entire wax I never had a wax so fast it took only ten minutes she super faat never held down my skin claim that a had a lot of ingrown never got a tweezer to even try she just said I cant I get home to realize she missed so much hair and my skin is broken never again.

I was sooo skeptical and weirded out by the idea of having a stranger wax me, but GIANA has turned it into an extremely enjoyable experience. Giana is super professional and skilled causing barely any pain each session! She is incredibly personable making it a comfortable experience and not awkward at all. My appointments are always met on time, environment is clean, and she teaches you many post wax tricks to keep your skin looking good and feeling good. I make a 30 minute drive to see Giana each month for almost a year now because she is worth every minute of it!

Absolutely the best place for all waxing services! I used to live in Tennessee and now I live in West Palm Beach and the services are consistent! Taylor is amazing in West Palm Beach location! Shes the most efficient and the best!

I hate finding a new wax person but Angela S. is amazing. Shes quick and very good at her job and so personable, youll love her. The staff at the coral springs European wax center is excellent, they always have great packages and are very friendly.

We had an appointment here. Not crowded and friendly front desk. The neighborhood was rich and classy. Will visit another time for another service.They always have the first time visit free and allow to try out their service. Good one.

I go and get my eyebrows waxed by Natalie. She is amazing. I get so many compliments on them. I will not let anyone else touch them. Love her! Recommend her to everyone!

I went to EWC today and got my first Brazilian Wax ever and I have to say Natalie was great! She made me feel comfortable, she was very knowledgeable about the steps before and afterward, she was exceptionally quick at the process, no where from 15 to 20 minutes and everything was done! I’m in Love now!! I’m definitely going back to her!!!

Best brow wax ever by Giana, Queen of Brows. She is impeccable and really knows how to shape brows to frame your face. EWC is immaculate and professional, and I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I’ve been going to European Wax center for almost a year now getting the wax passes aren’t cheap especially if you’re a college student and have tuition and bills to pay but Giana makes it worth it ! Her waxing is superb and she takes her time on you ! She makes sure you leave looking your best at all times . She blesses my eyebrows and takes her time on my Brazilian ! I can also say I’ve made a friend ! A really great friend ! When you wax it’s important to have a special Connection with the person otherwise it will be one boring and painful 15 + min wax. I’m always laughing and having a great time with her, hardly realizing I’m getting waxed . What I’m trying to say is she’s great and knows how to take your mind away from the pain that waxing of course causes ! Go to Giana !!!!

Receptionist was very pleasant and we chatted happily.My waxer Madison was amazing, big shoutout to Madison. Im a guy, it was my first time and she was very nice, and very thorough to my hairy body.

Friendly staff and Gianna is amazing! I have been going for several months now and as a newbie to waxing i was very very nervous. Gianna helped me overcome my anxieties and I have always had a pleasant experience with her. Wont go anywhere else!

Worst experience and customer service at this location. They somehow booked my appointment incorrectly with the wrong person. And instead of trying to fit me in with the correct person they basically said ‘too bad you have to reschedule if you want to be seen by her’. Not going back. And l do not recommend this place.

I was in a few weeks ago to have my back done and saw Amanda!! Amanda was very caring and funny as hell!!! Just a good person even if she a eagles fan!!! I have had my back done in the past and it has hurt.... not this time!!!!

Gianna is the best waxer there by far. She is very knowledgeable and helping. She talks to you through the whole procudure and doesn’t make you feel uncomfortable at all. She’s all around a great person and I will continue to come back for years.

Giana, was the best!! She rips and leaves barely any hairs over, she compresses the sting after the rip, WHICH HELPS ALOT ALOT. And she takes about 15 min. She made my first time bearable.

I usually wait no longer than 5 minutes for my appointment times. Location is tidy and the employees are nice. I usually see Tara and she is great!

To begin with the staff is sub par in every way. I came last year and had an even worse experience. The lady got wax on my mustache the first time and i nearly died trying to get it out. This time i have third degree burn type skin peeling off my back. They wont refund my money for a package so Im out about 300 dollars. I will never go to this place again.
