Our Laptop had issues with a beeping noise and Michael was able to back up the hard drive and isolated the problem and provided us every option going forward. He was friendly and easy to talk to as he was able to translate the problem even though we only have some computer knowledge. I would highly recommend his services to anyone with computer issues!

Based on a neighbor’s recommendation I contacted PC Guy to nurse back my desktop ‘Dell ‘ to a good operating condition. Michael set up a next day appointment arriving well within the window, and phoning me 1/2 hour before. The whole ordeal took about 3 hours and he provided full explanations and recommendations as he proceeded. He downloaded a clean-up which should help maintain the operating system. His cost is more than fair and I would not hesitate to call him again when needed.

I hired this guy to fix some issues i was having when building my PC. we had originally discussed prior that the problem that i needed fixed would cost me $35 for a job that would take him under an hour to complete. after he completed the work he tried to charge me $49-$50 for the task he completed when originally we agreed on the price of $35. we were able to negotiate and come to an agreement on a price and all was solved. weeks later he reached out to me asking if i could create a website for him since i am in the website development field. when i told him the pricing of my services he retracted his offer to which i politely told him was fine with me and to let me know if he changed his mind or if there was anything i could do for him. After this i was bombarded with a multitude of disrespectful messages from him calling me names and saying that i was trying to rip him off when in reality i was doing him a favor and the price i gave him was generous compared to other free lance workers.Initially, I was in desperate need to fix my pc so I obviously went to the most convenient google search to solve my problem. However I wish I could have known he has a temper with his customers, so i could have spent my money on someone else’s service who deserved it just as he thought he did. Just wanted to inform other customers about his disrespect, terrible mannerisms, hot temper, and insulting my intelligence before he does it to someone else. Be careful.

Excellent experience with the PC GUY, Michael. All day Saturday I tried to “fix” my Windows 10 laptop blue screen issues with no Start up. After several frustrating hours on Windows Support, no luck. I thought, like most people, that I could do it myself instead of paying some outrageous fee to have someone come to my house and reinstall programs, fix programs, backups, etc. Seeing so many people were having the same issues and note being “tech savvy” myself, I checked out Thumbtack for some quotes and ASAP appointments. PC Guy responded within minutes and I could relax.I’m pleasantly surprise that (1) he was available the next day (Sunday) and (2) his rate was extremely reasonable and affordable for all the clean up work he performed and the number of hours he spent making sure I would have basically a f“new” computer and the fee was great, and the job was done. Imagine, no travel to a computer store, no waiting in line, no leaving the computer to maybe get fixed in 2 weeks not to mention the little extras he did for me.
