I was there twice within the past week. Total of a 4 hour drive for me (1 hour there then back home each drive). I was there before the doors opened each time and they opened promptly at the scheduled time. I purchased a keyboard and a few accessories. The staff was extremely nice! Very warm feeling. Left extremely happy and excited. Got home, opened the keyboard box and only then I realized I picked up the wrong box forgetting it came in different colors. I felt silly and knew if I kept the color I didn’t want it would burn me every time I used it. Had anxiety thinking they would give me a hard time to exchange the item I already opened. However when I got there it was actually the opposite. Once again I was welcomed with open arms this time by an wonderful lady who was so kind.. no big deal with my silly mistake. Even offered me a new bag because mine ripped a bit. ILeft skipping to my car (in my head) Thank you for great service.

We had an absolutely fantastic experience today. They were able to accommodate us as walk-ins which was about 2 hours prior to our scheduled appointment. Unfortunately my MacBook was not able to be saved, so I had to purchase a new one. This was a hefty unexpected expense. Julian helped us make this transition as smooth as humanly possible. He turned a very stressful morning into a good one! He was knowledgeable, kind, friendly and helped us find every option possible to help with the transfer. It was so refreshing to work with someone who went above and beyond! If anyone at Apples monitors these reviews he deserves a raise and promotion. He is the epitome of what Apple wants from their team!

My girlfriend was awarded a faulty apple pen by her school for graduation. She likes to draw so having a working pen is a must have. We went to the Wellington mall apple store to see if they could help us, but they were really slow. After about 45 minutes of no progress, they finally just sent us to this apple store to solve our problems.We should have done this from the very start. We were sent to an associate named Dunner, who did an incredible job. He did everything he needed to-and more. It was one of the best customer, sales associate interactions I have ever had. He did a tremendous job and got us everything we needed within ten minutes of being there. We didnt feel pushed around, or like we were wasting his time. We left with giant smiles on our faces, and the feeling that there are still associates who care about customers. I cannot thank Dunner enough!!!

I was so happy to see this store expanded. I once left and vowed I wouldn’t be back because I literally could not walk through the store. They’ve tripled the space. Hit has the clean and modern look an Apple store should have.i arrived before the mall opened, and there were at least a dozen people waiting for this store to open. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Would give them no stars if possible. I took my iPad 7 to be fixed because we accidentally had inserted a SIM card without the casing to hold it properly. I wasnt sure if it still was under warranty I thought it was but it wasnt anyway long story short. The that technician that helped us named Dylan I tried to get the SIM card out the best you could actually set up a couple of them tried and then when he came back he said the whole device had to be replaced for $220 to $240. So I thought of another place since it wasnt under warranty, UBreakWefixIt, so we left the Gardens Mall and I immediately called that store and they told me they could fix it no problem they would have to take off the screen and just get the SIM card out and replace the screen for $119 only. When we got there, the tech had said who tore this device apart the housing apparently where the SIM card goes into was just mangled inside the only place we went to Lizzy Apple store in Palm Beach Gardens. I called Apple 800 number they told me they could fix it for $270 just the housing and they send it back to me like a slap in the face. Didnt care about satisfying the customer not looking for a freebie but theyre Tech messed up my device only was asking for some kind of discount but instead wanted to charge more. Then we called the Apple store in Palm Beach Gardens that did this to the iPad 7 and basically the same thing they 100% do not care about customer satisfaction. And again was not looking for anything for free just asking for maybe that cost 20 $50 something to rectify the wrong if they had done they didnt care I will never use another Apple device again!!!

Geez I wish there was a 0 star rating!! I visited this store with my mom. Her phone was having a issue with dropping phone calls and the system running very slow. We have been using iPhones since the first one came out and never experienced a issue like this. Long story short, the individual they sent out to help us was a joke honestly, she looked like a leprechaun, had green hair green gages in ( must be her favorite color) anyway she stated she didnt see any notes from the previous visit where the individual had us to erase the phone completely and set it up as new. After we didnt agree on that some how she was able to pull up the notes but still states she doesnt see it. She went on to tell my mom she would have to erase the phone before moving on, then states she can try one more test and see however she states everything is working fine on the phone, in reality it wasnt. She then states the last restore was done 11/2020 there is no way. I then told her we restored the phone previously then she states if you restored it previously thats just going to bring the issue back, then why are you telling me the last restore was done 11/2020. if i set the phone up as new it wouldnt show it was restored. so she kept trying to give us the run around until my mom asked for a supervisor. we waited for about 20 mins before she came back with another joke who was a TEAM LEAD! he proceeds to aske us what carrier she has, we stated T-Mobile he states what carrier did you have before that, we never had another carrier on that phone. He states oh okay, i know with sprint merging with T-Mobile it slowed the services down some, so basically he was trying to blame the issue on connectivity which is sad. I mean you guys need to get better reps in your stores or there needs to be more training done.

If I could give Katie 10 stars, I would. After having trouble with 3 different specialists (at different locations) I was finally met with someone who seemed to finally care and listen to what was going on with my MacBook Air. Katie was extremely informative, patient, sweet, and personableβ€” and even if she didn’t know the exact answer to a question of mine, without hesitation she immediately pointed me in the right direction or asked a fellow coworker (I believe his name was Juanβ€” who was also amazing) and was able to get me in & out of the store in a matter of minutes, whereas I had previously been on the phone and in person talking to different people for the past three days. I’m extremely satisfied with the level of care and service I received todayβ€” not to mention the safety protocols of having my temperature checked and keeping people socially distanced in line absolutely helped ease my mind. Thank you again Katie for saving me from this ongoing headache!

He explained everything clearly and took his time to make sure to answer all my questions and that I understood his explanations. I’m very pleased with this store and with how knowledgeable and friendly Mitchel was.

This started out as one star review after being turned away with zero help and borderline disrespect from their β€œgreeting” staff. Being that their store is literally my only option to buy a phone outright cash in hand I decided to give them a second shot this morning. I just want to say thank you to Dunner in sales, he made coming back to make a purchase worth it. He answered all of my questions, was very polite, and got us in and out of the store within 30min with a new phone in hand. No clue what he’s being paid by apple, but he deserves a raise. Unfortunately after the first experience I can’t say that someone else won’t face the same problem so only four stars. If you get lucky and get Dunner though I’m sure your experience will be nothing short of 5 stars.

I shopped at this store several times. Staff has always been pleasant and professional and now after opening the store again while we are still in the pandemic the process has been great. Make appointment and come on down. I did not have to wait too long after I checked in and that is a great feature. All the tables and phones were wiped down when a customer left the table and ready for the next customer. Actually I like it this way because you dont have to stand in line for a long time for a representative to call. They make you make you wait in line for an hour after you make an appointment to tell you that you can’t go in without a mask... told the sixteen year old kid that I can’t wear one due to a medical condition and he said β€œthen you’re not going in” first of all the governor of Florida ended the mask mandate and you can’t force someone to wear one and put their life at risk. Dylan’s attitude was absolutely horrible. I have never experienced this type of treatment from an employee of Apple. He spoke over me each time I started to ASK a question. Everything about his attitude was unacceptable when assisting a customer...Period. His body language, tone and Unprofessionalism completely frustrated me as a customer. If I could give them less than one start I would. I recently bought a Mac Air that was delivered to my house. I didnt realize that it didnt come with the plug in part to charge. So the day before yesterday We went down to the Apple Store to but the accessory. We we approached the store the person person patrolling the line asked what we needed. I explained that I needed and he proceeded to tell me that I needed an appointment. I was shocked and stated that I didnt need a repair or anything, I just need the accessory but he refused stating that I had to go online and make an appointment. He was extremely rude and I was totally in shock that I could not buy this simple accessory. So we left (We live about 30 minutes north of the store). That evening I ordered the plug to be picked up and the site asked me to select a time which I selected 4-4:15pm on 1/1/2021. So that after we left our home and hit very bad traffic on the I-95 which caused us to be 5 minutes late. Well, let me tell you. First the man patrolling the line stated that we are let and probably would not be able to pick up the order, I practically pleaded with him to just ask. I was then led in the store and was approached by a woman salesperson. I handed her my paid invoice and she too stated in a very rude tome You are late, I dont think we can. I explained that we were only 5 minutes late due to traffic and her rude answer was Well you should have left earlier I then pleaded with her telling her that I really needed the plug so I can do my work at home and she grabbed the paper from my hand and went to the back and came out with the product. I have to say that I have owned only MAC computers (6 in total) as well as have have all Apple phones, air pods etc... I never imagined in my life that I would be treated to feel like I was a criminal for trying to make a simple purchase. I understand Covid, and taking proper precautions but this went too far. I WOULD NEVER buy another product from this store ever again.

Purchased a new iPhone and then at the end of the process was surprised to be told I couldn’t stay in the store to update the new phone. I got home and it turned out the telephone part of the iPhone wasn’t working which made it impossible to complete two factor authentication to get to my iCloud backupGoing back to the store I got pretty good help but the manager refused to acknowledge the issue with the phone and then when I told him that I had an Internet problem with my laptop being too far from my home modem he conflated that to mean having an overall Wi-Fi problem in my house which led to the problem (which it didn’t)I don’t think you shouldn’t eject customers from the store without at least making sure the product is working or at least let them sit outside the store and use the Wi-Fi to make sure everything is working

It took three visits and about 8 hours inside this store to get my devices serviced, even with Genius Bar appointments as well as a call from them for pickup (in which they did not do the work it was left for). Much of the staff is cheerful, friendly, and quite knowledgeable, but be forewarned that the overall quality of your service experience greatly depends on whom you work with. Often β€œthe right hand is not talking to the left” at this store, and with that be prepared to spend hours in the store just to get basic issues resolved. As well get a second opinion because one technician will tell you one thing while another will tell you something else. There are practical sessions that teach how to use various apps and products that you can watch while you wait. The location is relatively easy to get to.

My iPhone XR was disabled because it claimed I was entering the wrong password after updating, so I tried factory resetting it through my computer to no avail. So I reluctantly decided to take it into the dystopian hell known as the apple store after trying to place an appointment online unsuccessfully. Argued with the β€œapple security guards” until they let me in line to speak to a manager only to find out that they have limited services due to COVID and can’t reset my iPhone for me & informed me that I should instead call apple support to see if they could help ... *SPOILER ALERT* apple support was just as little help ... I hate this soulless company with a passion they’re more than happy to take your money but once you need help with one of their shi**y products you’re on your own.

Best customer service I have received in 50 years. I brought my IPAD in for repair. Cracked screen. Xavier patiently listened to the mess Best Buy had made of my Apple Care purchase, where I bought the IPAD. He fixed the Apple Care issue, and replaced the IPAD for a minimal amount. He answered all of my technical questions, transferred all of my data,and was friendly and pleasant. If I ever buy another Apple product, it will only be from this store. They also strictly followed all COVID safety measures. It was worth driving 45 miles each way.

I know this particular store has a lot of negative reviews. But I am here to explain that my experience was not like that. I bought the MacBook Pro with the M1 chip for the fist time online. I had to pick it up the next day but had some questions. The guys outside controlling the line introduced me to a very nice lady that goes by the name of Novic. I am sorry if I messed up her name. Anyways, I didnt realize that my one questions was going to lead to several more questions and Novic answer all my questions with the upmost respect and knowledgeable answers. I was suppose to be there to just pick up my laptop and she answer all my questions for about 45 mins. she was very nice and courteous to me the entire time despite the fact that it was Black Friday weekend and she might have been tired. I was very lucky to have came across with her and having her helping me out. so if you are around and need help with any apple product make sure you go and check out Ms. Novic. I have no doubt she would be taking good care of you.

If I could give zero stars I would. I had the worse experience Thursday October 29th with an employee who gave me hell for being in the wrong line and trying to check in with him 15 minutes prior to the store closing. I explained to him I had came from far but I had to stop first and call to make sure they had the product I was looking for and he said well come back tomorrow and he refused to give me service or even check me in. He refused to get anyone in charge. So I took my business else where and I was left without a phone til Sunday cause pbg ended up running out of them the next day.

It is funny the apple store at the palm beach gardens mall. The employees only are nice to you when you are spending over $1,000 in the store, but when you come back 2 days later for service to get a screen protector put on with the machine they use to do it perfectly the employee wants to tell me you have to exchange it for the non take home one if i want them to install it. so i said ok then do the exchange i just spent over a thousand dollars on the phone im not messing it up you guys have the machine why are you giving me a hard time.? she proceeded to huff and puff as if i was bothering her? like why even work the job if you dont like it? just dont work there. I have to leave a review about how great my experience here was today because I can’t stop thinking about how incredible these people are and how friendly they were to me when I’m so accustomed to dealing with unfriendly people when upgrading my phone. I don’t have words to express my gratitude but I will try my best. First of all, David (I think the manager) is an absolute angel. Such a kind and smart person. Thank you David and all the other angels you had working like a machine to help me and my situation today. On an iPhone launch day, in a room full of people, you and all the other helpful employees made me feel like I was the only person in there. You solved an ongoing problem I have had for years with upgrading my phone (through my carrier) with such ease and made what I thought was a stressful situation into a simple problem with an easy solution. I can’t thank you enough for your help and patience. Not only were you helping me but you had about 10 different questions coming to you at the same time from other people and handled them all so well and with such ease, you were never once stressed or overwhelmed. And did it all with a smile on your face. Thank you to the ten different employees that also helped me today. Every single one of them was an absolute pleasure to talk to. No one made me feel like I was a problem. There was an answer for every single question I had. Everyone here is very bright. The training these employees must go through is top notch. I will be coming here from now on for all my special apple needs. I will never go anywhere else again for anything apple related. I’m blown away. I made an appointment to have my screen repaired/ replaced. After a 20 minute process where my have was held and my temperature was taken twice by very patronizing associates I was told my screen was broken, my apple care warranty was valid, and they couldn’t fix it today. Total waste of time.

I’ve never left an Apple Store as happy as I did today, and I didn’t even buy anything! Ethan is truly incredible, he made the otherwise stressful situation of my phone not working, fun somehow. He sat down with my mom and I and joked around with us while still walking us through the process in a clear and articulate way. I felt like I was in very good hands. His positive attitude really brightened both my mom’s and my day! I was very much dreading having to go to the Apple Store today but left with a smile on my face (and working phone) by the end.

I have been an apple customer since the 90’s Macintosh days. They no longer stand behind the products. I had my iPhone 11 in for service 3 times and they say it’s the SIM card or it’s not updated. This is all an excuse to not replace the product due to it being a defected phone. After all these years I’m going to try Samsung. Apple is not a stand up company.

Im not an Apple user, but my buddy and his wife are and the wait is always a while in these stores, and they still dont always fix the issues. My friend has a new Apple iPhone 6 and is not able to text me, but I can text her and call her. They were not able to fix this bizarre issue, so its still like that. There were lots of workers and lots of customers, the place was busy. Was neat, clean, well organized, and looked very nice inside.

Staff was exceptional at helping me build an iMac computer that is perfectly suited to meet my business needs. They were knowledgeable about specific processing components and honest about which models would be sufficient for the type of work I do. They didnt try to upsell me items or parts I didnt need and even told me when the parts I picked were a little overboard for my needs. This helped me ensure that my money was well spent and that the system will last long enough to get ample use out of it - and with such a HUGE price tag, thats all anyone could hope for! I usually buy my Apple products online but after going to this store and working with the staff there, I would prefer to buy these gadgets in person from now on.

I dropped my iPhone and the glass screen broke. Called Apple support to get the earliest appointment possible to repair it, which was at the Gardens Mall. I drove 45 minutes to get there to be told β€œsorry we can’t fix because we ran out of screens”. Needless to say I was very sad.I was sent to the store at Wellington Green Mall which was a gamble because this store was saying that they might not get to it that day (Sunday). Thank God Wellington’s store is way more professional and capable. Will never ever come back to this store. Maybe that’s what they wanted...

The low score for this store is accurate! I knew exactly what I wanted, but one sales rep kept telling me to wait for another. Had to wait for one busy gentleman while others just chit chatting. All I wanted was an express checkout, not any service. Would’ve rather dealt with a vending machine.

Based on my Wellington Apple Store review, this Apple Store employees arent douche bags or maybe it was just that employee being nice?Other than that, during certain days the store is packed (mostly the within the two week mark after Christmas) and waiting time is around 5 - 10 minutes depending (and this was around 6pm when we visited the store) how many people are helping within that Tech Specialists field. But to be completely honest, I feel like every Specialists should be trained in each field because there were about 5 - 7 employees doing nothing and just chilling on the show floor.Note: Bring a sweater, its freeing inside the store.
