Used my credit card on the self wash, stopped it at $4.95. It said my card was charged $5.00, but later on in the day I checked my account and I was charged $10.00??? No one will answer the phone it just rings till it doesnt, cant leave a voice mail.Everything worked fine, just messed up I got charged $10.00 when the machine said $5.00.My advice use quarters, or cash.DO NOT USE YOUR CARD!

I was so tired of the equipment not working, losing money, and no one to get a refund from. So I quit using them. Yesterday, after two years, I was on that side of town, and decided to stop and use the vacuum, since it was busy and the equipment seemed to work. EXCEPT the one I used. It turned on, but would not vacuum anything. No number to call. I dont understand why they can get by with that.

Equipment is always out of order. They changed from cash to tokens. Bought $10 worth only to find that both automated car washes were down (again). Three weeks later they changed back from tokens to cash. No wash or vacuum on the property accept the tokens they sold me.Tried calling multiple times at all hours of the day and no answers. Cant leave a message. It just rings and rings until the call drops.They obviously do this intentionally. DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS BUSINESS!

High pressure soap doesnt work in North Bay. Swivel arms need to be greased or something cause they were hard to rotate. Typical old fashioned car wash. Not going back.

$2.00 for 5 minute wash. Did a good job, but there was trash all over the ground that needs to be cleaned up.

Dirty place and the automatic wash stole my money! NO GOOD! called the owner several times with no answer and no answering machine! Not good for a business!!The machine took my $8. My husband had to wash the car himself!! We will never go there again!!!! I wouldnt give this place any stars but you have to if you want your message posted!! Rip off

The best self spray car wash around. Generous time, water is hot, facilities are always functioning properly. sometimes people dump trash or spray off muddy work trucks but for the most past facility is pretty clean. Not perfect but definitely the best in Palestine.

This place does not monitor the facility during the day and always has loud music from people using the place. This car wash is a magnet for people playing music to loud for the neighborhood that is near it. The owners should hire and attendant and enforce the no loud music sign posted. It never is enforced. I am thinking about hiring an attorney and filing monthly complaints on this business for its lack of noise control.

Sludge and buildup, but it was 10:30 am when I got there. Other than that it was good.

The car wash was dirty and some of the settings did not work

I was very disappointed I got the $10 car wash there was no bubbles on the right hand side of the car at all so I paid $10 there was no blow dryer at the end so I left the facility with the wet body car that was still dirty with bugs on the windshield not a happy Sunday in Palestine Texas for this business and I: ( :(:(

Good place to pressure wash your car!

It was clean. The trash cans were empty and it was cheap.

Half of the equipment there does not work and there is no sign saying out of order. I recommend going elsewhere, or take a chance on losing your money.

The touch less car wash was pretty descent for $12.00!!!

On march 22 I went to this business. After I paid for my wash almost lost a fingertip getting change from the dispenser. I have tried to contact the owner for hours by phone number listed. No answer. No way to leave a message.

The automated bay on the right gave a mostly dry, terrible wash then the drying unit gouged the hood of my truck. No one answers the phone. Losing $10 for a terrible wash is bad. Gouging $1000 of body damage is far worse. Wow, terrible place. Beware!

Didnt dry. No RainX. Phone doesnt answer. Wont be back.
