Family owned and operated business! Very kind, sweet family. Was seen right at my appointment time. They take their time but they work efficiently and do an excellent job. Amazing pedicure and fill with gel polish. Relaxing spa music playing is nice too!

Jasmine is the best, she has been doing my powder dip set for 3 months now, wow! I’m delighted to have found this place, after so many bad jobs in the area. appointment is a must but is all worth it. Pic is after 2 weeks nail set done, my first time here I had no nails and very damaged. These are my real nails now, healthy and growing beautifully. Very friendly and professional family working together. Thank you so much.

I got a pedicure and manicure and they did an amazing job! The music was very relaxing and the salon was very cleaned and well organize. I recommend doing the gel manicure. Although the customers there were treating the worker poorly. There was this one lady who wanted a specific person to do her pedicure and that lady was obviously busy. She kept yelling at this young lady who was able to speak English. People need to treat these workers better!

The woman doing my nails was rushing. They seem to only have 3 workers but at check out, I did not see anyone’s license. The girl doing pedicures, she looked 14 years old. Underage and non license. I have reported this to the Illinois Board of Cosmetology.

I actually like this place a lot! The lady who just had a baby not long ago (I keep forgetting to ask for her name) and the guy which I don’t know either do an amazing job! I love coming here while my daughter in ballet so close and convenient!

This is our favorite place in the area. It was recommended by a friend and the owners are really nice once you get to know them. It’s true they are quiet and all-business at first. But if you start a conversation you’ll find they are savvy; hard-working businesses owners who know their craft and provide a high level of service. The prices are very fair.

I walked in at almost 5pm they closed at 6pm they took me in and gave me the best service. They gave me beautiful work and never rushed me. They also work as a team. Great place

I came in for a full set and Henry waited on me. He was very detailed, didnt rush and was very friendly. I got my first fill in today and had a great experience once again. Henry does a great job!

Excellent work quality products my acrylics never break peel or crack. They also do amazing eyebrow wax perfect job i have thick brows like a man and they make them look perfect.

Under new manager, the place is way better than before. I love my deluxe pedicure with very good price. The place looks nice, clean and updated. There are many options of colors, and the non-chip last more than two weeks. The staff are very nice and good customer service. The tools are sanitized... Highly recommend this place.

Its kind a nice place but they should talk more with their clients, smile more. I felt weird because usually when Im going to do my nails in other salons, they are more friendly. Here I can not say the same, unfortunately.

I made the mistake of getting a pedicure at another place in Palatine because it was on my way home, and the difference​ was noticeable. That pedicure chipped within 4 days; mine from Natural Nails holds up so much better, even in the summer sandal season. This place does a great job, and is very friendly.

UNDER BAD NEW OWNERSHIP! They are driving this place into the ground even more. My husband got me a gift certificate and I went in for a simple manicure. A 10-year-old could have done the job I got and I will not be going back. I tried to get a refund, but they dont issue refunds. So I gave the remaining money on my certificate to some poor woman getting a manicure. Also my stepmom just told me she got a nail fungus from that place. Gross.

I walked in just for a polish change without an appt. Lady told me 5 min. As I sat there and looked around I started noticing how dirty and unkempt everything was. The floors look like the have not been swept or washed in months, the mirrors were filled with finger prints and grime. The had dead plants everywhere...nothing about it looked sanitary at all! If they cant take care of the appearance of their salon, I can just image how unsanitary their tools and supplies are...I walked out!!!!!
