Good morning everyone, I moved out about 5 months ago and since then I have gone there every Sunday to wash my clothes. And its a wonderful place. And the owner Cliff is a very good person.. So go there and wash your clothes there...

AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING! My washer broke and I needed to wash my clothes urgently! I came on 10/16 around 9am and the gentleman at the front was SO KIND and showed me how to use the washers and the dryers. This establishment has the best customer service i’ve ever seen at a laundromat. Most don’t care at all and just want your money. The workers at this establishment go above and beyond to help! They even will hold the door open for you if they see you coming in with laundry! The place is super clean and the washers and dryers work GREAT. I would recommend this laundromat to EVERYONE! I will definitely be coming back anytime I need to wash and dry my clothes.

Just had the worst experience here with my kids. I would never go back here or should you. The lady working there is extremely unprofessional and does not know how to interact with people. My Family and I have been coming here for the past few month and Ive never had a bad experience. The staff is great and friendly. They have great washers and dryers. Its also very clean. Best place to do laundry in Palatine.

The place is clean and quiet and has longer hours than most laundromat. twice in the last month Ive dropped off to wash clinic laundry and return at 9pm to find the place locked.luckily I had enough supplies to see patients the next day. My wife picked up the laundry the next day and was told they close early if no one is there even if theres clothes in dryers. Today the same thing happened and I told the attendant Id be back about 9:30 pm after dinner.he said no problem. It was closed when I returned.

Very clean! A ton of machines, no wating for 20 load Patti. Reasonable priced and the vending machines even had good prices. This is my new place!!!

I gave a poor review for poor service and unreliability in picking up laundry. To show you the integrity of these people Cliff Curtis whos connected to owner left a 1 star review for me as a physician even though hes never been to my office. If ethics and reliability matter please go somewhere else.

Always so clean!! You have to appreciate it during these times. The staff is really great at keeping it clean too. Music is a plus.

Rock & Roll Laundromat is an awesome place to bring your dirty clothes. Palatines largest coin laundry reopens after being closed for over one year. Fully remodeled - this place is attended and CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN!!! Dont want to do your own laundry?? - no problem as they will do it for you. Water is hot and so are the dryers. There is a lot of capacity in this place - so no waiting. A very big open space to walk around so not a small crowed space like most other laundries. For now, store is open 7am and last wash load at 9pm, but hours may be extended later once established.
