One of the best laundry shops, which Ive ever been. Clean and clean with friendly staffs. The store is closed at 12am, BUT THE WASHER STOPS AT 11pm, need to press the start button before 11pm. (Dryer is able to use till 12am)

The staff are very considerate they explain everything in detail. A little rowdy with certain customers and their children but that’s not the staffs control. Highly recommend and will return.

Best laundry place in Palatine area. They have a drop off service that’s impeccable. All you have to do is drop off your clothes, come back and pick up clean folded clothes.

My son lives in Buffalo Grove with his 1yo daughter. I visited them to help my son. So I searched for a high rated place to wash their laundry and found Fast Laundry. The place was clean and I would’ve had a great experience if Monica wasn’t there. I washed 2 pillows and clothing. About 3 full white loads. I wanted to use the $16.79 machine for the extra room, so I did. I confirmed with Monica the cost. After starting the tiny dark load, I went back to big Bertha. I asked where does the detergent and bleach go. She lead me back to the machine and said “If you read the sticker, you’ll see it.”I then told her “I’m a grown woman, almost 50 & people don’t talk to me like that.” After I told her I often write reviews and I visited them from the review, then she said“oh I guess I could’ve said it a different way.”She was training a older woman but couldn’t avoid talking about the other employees (Aaron, the manager who made the schedule, I think Karen or Tina)Monica was very unprofessional and I won’t visit your laundry again because of her. I wish I hadn’t bought a $30 card..

For sure one of the cleanest laundry mats I have been too. Up to date equipment, terrific staff and I love that they have supplies should you run out while washing that can be purchased. When I need to have a larger washer this is my go to spot.

Presuming you must use a laundromat, this is the one. I pay a bit more and drive a bit farther but well worth it. Clean, clean, clean. All machines are in tip.top.shape, as well. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Been coming here since they opened. Terrific owners; stays on top of his business.

1st Time laundry mat user and I have absolutely no complaints. Being coming here for over a year now. Always clean. And I absolutely love their Giant washing units. Truly worth it.Also try their services. They washed my laundry and folded it all in under 2 hours and it was perfectly done and folded.Staff is friendly and attentive.

I would give this place 6 stars if I could. Theres a whole lot of machines, all in service, clean, and quick as heck. The staff is helpful in figuring out the card process and the interior is just as clean as the equipment. The only minor thing is the limited seating/folding tables, so coming during slower hours helps ensure a faster trip.

Excellent laundry facility. The washer got my bed topper very clean, like new! The woman in charge was very helpful. She walked me through the process of getting a card instead of coins and how to work washer and dryer. I used the cold water oxygen method.

Fast Laundry is organized and machines are clean and well-maintained. Support staff was customer centric - provided clear instructions when I had questions. I highly recommend it.

I always have a great experience when I come here. The staff is always helpful and pleasant, the facilities are always clean and the prices are super reasonable. I love the high tech machines too, the washing machines get my clothes super clean and the dryers get my clothes dry fast, even with a lot of clothes in it. I feel safe coming here everytime, even late at night. I am so happy this laundromat opened in our neighborhood!

I love the same day drop off that helps me with my busy schedule. I like how clean the facility is and you could always count on them to deliver what they promise. Furthermore, the machines our newer than most laundry mats which is key because I notice they wash a lot better. I highly recommend this place!

I really enjoy washing laundry here but lately the lady that has been closing Mondays (Maria has glasses) always makes it a unpleasant visit. When I came on Monday April 12th her husband was helping her clean and he got a noticeable attitude when he wanted to mop where we were folding our laundry. The lady even told a guest to dry her clothes on the other side of the laundry mat because she wanted to clean there. But as I was leaving I had 2 BIG carts full of clothes and a stroller keep in mind we had spent $40+ and she told use we couldn’t use the doors that were automatic because her husband started to mop and clean there 45min before closing time. Aren’t those doors for guest that have big loads especially a stroller too? Hoping management changes these ridiculous rules.

Big, clean, new and very efficient machines. The staff is so incredibly helpful and friendly. It was like having my mom there to help me with my wash! A massive change from what I remembered of laundromats years ago. It was very pleasant and quick and I will definitely come back again.

The place was clean and staff was very helpful and knowledgeable of the equipment on site. It wasnt too crowded at 7PM on a Friday night so I was able to complete 4 big loads in just under 2hrs.

A lot of macgines to choose from, as also they have one that is really for a lot clothes. It is very cheap and also fast.

Great for big family washing

A great place to do your laundry and more laundry machines in different sizes to meet the needs for everyone .Friendly atmosphere and friendly faces.

I like it because its clean, and there wiping down the machines, and you can find someone to help when u need it, great view of Santas village .

Used to be my favorite laundry. But it seems that theyve raised all of their prices now and its frustrating when all of the machines have their readers switched to Spanish language. The good thing are the two machines that are called The Beast that can handle.up to 125 lbs of clothes.

Have been going here for almost a year and I wouldnt go anywhere else! Trust me when I say Ive been to plenty of laundry places! From Mount Prospect all the way up to Antioch, this place is the nicest! The staff are always cleaning and there are plenty of washers and dryers for everyone. Only reason I didnt give it 5 stars is because it does get pretty crowded but what are you gonna do? Everyone has to do laundry! I suggest to go early if you want to beat the rush =)

Very nice laundromat i drive far in order to do my laundry because it is a nice new place plus very good customer service. Every machine and dryer are brand new really recomended. Also the parking lot it is big you dont struggle.

Please make sure to read the 2nd part:I came here for the first time and did a drop off. It was rather expensive. I left with a damaged hoodie (zipper came off) and missing two items.The owner ended up contacting me and did his best to make this right. While I am upset I no longer have a hoodie that had sentimental value, I understood his reasoning. The reason Im still giving 4 stars is for two reasons. The first is other than the damaged hoodie, there were no issues with the quality of the washed items. The other is the way the owner came off. He seemed like he genuinely cared that I had a bad experience and wanted to do his best to make it right. Unfortunately, thats extremely rare from business owners.I believe him when he said this is an extremely rare occurrence. I just got unlucky that it happened to me on my first visit. Because of the genuine nature of the owner, I will be giving this a second shot.

Clean facility, friendly and helpful staff. Great customer service. We walked in for the first time and the attendant at the front desk immediately came over to explain how the facility works and gave us a tour. Washed a king size down comforter and the have no issues. Will return.

Very clean and efficient machines

I use to love this laundry mat but the guy at the front desk with glasses couldn’t assist me with a machine I had trouble with. He simply said it couldn’t be fixed and continued folding laundry for pick up. This laundry mat is great aside from the poor customer service from the workers. Don’t think I will be come back.

Went to Fast Laundry for the very first time this afternoon. I found the facility to be extremely spacious and clean. The equipment is top notch with a wide variety of washers and dryers to choose from. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. All in all this was a great experience. I highly recommend Fast Laundry.

First time at this laundromat I live in Vernonhills and came to palatine to run some errands and brought my laundry with just to get everything out of the way I was looking at some reviews and this is the cleanest laundromat I have been to Faviola was non stop since I got there I put my clothes in and went for a car wash across the street very convenient!! I will definitely be coming back!!

I did not want to post a review on this laundrymat not if it was a bad one. But a good one because everytime i come its clean and the personal try to clean as much as they can. But not this time 6/21/20. This day i arrived at 7am and finished 9am and all the time i was there no employee was cleaning or wiping down the machines i even seen a guy kicking all the garbage that was on the floor that young lady that was working that morning did not clean at all i took some pictures to post but honsetly i am sure you guys could check the cameras and see for yourself.

New, totally clean laundromat. An unbelievable variety of size washers to pick from and all very large dryers that dry very fast. I love the extended hours. Helpful attendant (J) if you need to buy something or need help with anything.

Best laundromat ! No coins you use a card, machines are cheap and they take 22min to wash and 20 minutes to dry, they have small to big mega load washes. Loved it here

I came in today to do my laundry about 7:15 and it was dirty, there was stuff all over the floors and the machines werent clean. And the girl working was on her phone and not even wearing the apron.

This is the nicest laundry mat I’ve ever been to. The facility is up to date and there are a variety of machines to use from but our favorite is The Beast. The staff is very nice and bathrooms are clean.

Very clean & not alot of people at the hours I go.

I always go in to do my laundry here but only try to go when the Hispanic lady is there. I went in on 9/3,she always tries to have the laundromat clean and is constantly cleaning the machines,sweeping vs other times I go in I can’t say the same sometimes I go in and the attendants are sitting down while there’s a mess and machines are dirty.

The place is spacious. They have 3 different size washer machines. The machines are all activated by inserting a card which you can add money onto your card by credit card or cash inside of the facility. It is also very clean inside.

This place is Awesome, Aaron one of the employees and his partners are always working hard on keeping the place spotless also they are very helpful but overall its a nice laundry mat i would 100% recommende

Very clean place of business.

Arrived there at 10:50 doors were locked we spent at least 6/7 minutes trying to get someone’s attention before calling the store and no worker could be found. Tried calling a few times too and no pick up. Rude guy with glasses Eric came to door and lied and told us it’s 11:03 and the washers won’t work. I showed him my phone with a time of 10:57 and told him we’ve been standing out there and the doors were locked. He let us in. (If you guys say last wash is 11 you guys should have the doors opened until 11) He was super rude and as we were loading it up said we better hurry up. (At that point we wanted to leave no matter what) (that’s horrible customer service) He made us feel SUPER uncomfortable. we packed up the laundry that we started loading and exchanged words with Eric as we were packing it back up and he was telling us the washers won’t turn on now and being super rude and we left. We would’ve had our laundry all put in and started before 11 if the doors weren’t locked when we got there. We go here all the time and live in the area and thought this laundry mat was way better than this from past experiences, but now it shows me that it’s not.

I really enjoy the cleanliness of this place. Pricing is good, screaming uncontrolled kids are not. Headphones are a great solution though.

Excellent state of the art equipment,even has washers,dryers,that can hold up to 12 regular laundry loads at one time...I think?Customer service was explerary, when I,used the drop off service.Property cleaned up, lots of lighting,no ugly tree,s new paved parking lot..wide open spaces. Such an improvement over all. Other new business coming in. I, live 5 min from there and are so happy to return there with all new improvements looking forward to updated user frendly stores .Happy sales trail to all.

Hit by toxic mold, we became allergic to everything, including our own house. The house is being rebuilt, but in the meantime weve had to look for a hypoallergenic place to do our laundry (which is no easy task). So many places fail because theyre dirty, smell, and/or have mold issues in the ceiling or in the machines themselves (usually on the door between the rubber seal and the glass).But this place caught our eye (or eyes? You tell me). Its a brand-new facility, constantly cleaned by friendly staff. Their shiny new machines work without fail - no mildew or gunk inside! And the place must be well-ventilated because it doesnt reek of laundry perfume or bleach like so many places do.The only problem weve ever had was when we were trying to rinse out a little too much soap that got into the wash. We were shut out at 11pm and couldnt start an extra wash...because we didnt pay attention to what it says on the door as you walk in. *facepalm* It would be no big deal for most people; but for us with our severe allergies, it meant that we had to repeat our extra ceremonial empty load first to prewash the machine before we could do our rewash the next time around. It was our fault and our loss...until we ran into the owner who had heard of his famous allergic customers and their trouble. He insisted on making it right and reimbursed us for the extra cost/inconvenience. Totally unexpected! Thank you, Terry. We like your place even without that. 😃Weve been coming to Fast Laundry for 3+ months now...during which time weve moved to Chicago into an apartment with our own stackable. But we still make the drive out every so often just to get our satisfying laundry done here!...by the way, they do have a great selection of snacks and drinks in the vending machines, none of which we can have because of our food allergies. But if they were to stock up on KIND bars, specifically ONLY the Almond & Coconut flavor, then that would change. Thank you again, Terry! 😉
