Great service, the car wash is neat and the service members are very attentive. Never I have seen they push you to upgrade the service you want. I like this a lot as in other places you feel under pressure all the time.

Just had my car detailed from here. It looks like BRAND NEW!! Smells amazing. I don’t even want other people in it because it’s so clean. The manager was very nice and had us walk around and look through the car before we left to make sure we were happy. Definitely coming back again.

Got in to a car accident in the car wash, which in itself isnt the car washes responsibility. We requested to speak with the manager but they had left 20 mins before so, we left our information with an attendant who informed us that the manager would call us back so we could find out who caused the accident. Well we did not get a callback, infact we only received a call after having to call the location multiple times and leaving messages. When we did get a call back the manager confirmed that the lead car, one in front of us, had braked which created a chain reaction of cars running into each other. The manager was unable to derive the license plate number using the camera. He said he would send the video so we could file a report with the police. Well he never called back and never gave us the video. So we are out of luck and really got nothing out of it but a bad car wash. Id advise going anywhere else since they dont really care about the customer here.

Ok its winter right? So theres a guy guiding you in, theres a power washer right there ! Do you think he would grab it and start power washing the excess salt off of your vehicle and also spraying the back gate ? Not a chance !! It cost me $9. Bucks ! That is the worst car wash in this area. Plus very rude !! I will never go there again and neither should you !!

Bought Groupon. Visited the place 4 times between october and March and called for weeks here are the excuses given at the gate when I visited1) I went at 9am. We only take detailing at 8 am2) We dont do detailing until March. We dont have crew in winter.3) We only do detailing by appointment. Can I get an appointment? There is no appointment system/method. Appointment by phone.numerous calls and voicemails but no response.4) todays visit responses --We cant take you now, we can take at 10 am - see #1-You cant leave your car here. You have to bring it back.-You can get an appointment on Friday. Just come back. I asked if they can give me something that says I have an appointment? No just come back.Upon hearing my story of return trips and experience, there was not an ounce of customer centric response. The response was I dont know what to tell you, our phones were not working, you can cancel your groupon

Gets your car cleaned for cheap without a lot of extra customer service. My only criticism is that they never guide me in to the car wash correctly and I end up scraping my wheels. Part of that is my fault as well.

This place is fine for a $3 car wash but dont waste your money on anything else. All the other car washes are a waste of money in my opinion. Undercarriage wash wont even get the underside of your car wet let alone wash/clean anything. When I tried to bring this to the attention of the workers they didnt care. Wont be going back, there are many other better cheap washes in the area.

The employees who work here get 5 stars. They do an amazing job vacuuming & cleaning my SUV for the mini-detail. However, I was told coupons will no longer be accepted that I cut out from coupon magazines and I will have to purchase deals online. Thats an inconvenience Im not interested in doing so will not return.

I had the car wash and the detailing. I did not have to wait long. People at the detailing end did a wonderful job especially on the windows. Even though they give you an air freshener when you pay for the car wash when they do the detail itd be nice to get a spritz of some sort of air freshener with the detail but otherwise did a wonderful job

For $3, the wash makes my Acuras looks great. Free vacuums are a plus and the vacuums actually work. Been going for a while. Try it out, perfect for a quick wash and vacuum!!!

Better than most other local places, offer several different price tiers. I usually spend 8 or 12 bucks and it does a decent job washing my car. Worse then sonic but cheaper. If youre looking for a spotless wash, pay more. The medium tiers wash your car but not perfect. Never had any issues here so cant speak on their customer service

Worst customer service.My car was not clean and according to the manager Diego I am suppose to pay again for the wash. Really poor attitude towards customers. There is a nicer way of handling customer request. Customers are always right. Bad and horrible management.

DO NOT TAKE TOUR CAR HERE YOUR CAR WILL GET DAMAGED AND THEY WON’T FIX IT THEY ARE SHADY!!! The car wash’s guiding track scratched the rim on my new car. I reported it to the manager who told me the owner was responsible for handling these matters and would reach out to me in a few days. He never called me. This place is shady and will damage your car. The owner also owns and operates the car wash in Mundelein next to Popeyes chicken.

They are short on staff. I visited twice in 1 week period between 12-4pm, they did not offer full service car wash. Now, I dont feel like going back there. I called them 2nd time prior to going there and girl on the phone said the last car for full service will be 4pm. Still when I arrived 3:25pm, they declined full service.

There self serve vacuums dont work well and half of them were broken. They are free and you do not need to buy a car wash to use them. I think the actual car wash part is ok. You can find really great coupons in the clipper magazine. Very convenient entrance and exit never a wait. Large area so you can clean or organize your car without feeling rushed.

Paid for a better car wash. When I didn’t get it I talked to the manager who upsold me into a detail package for like $250 he said 4 or 5 hours, it was 8 hours and when I finally got the car back, the floor was sloshy from too much water. I didn’t notice for a few days but they had damaged my car inside. Some how cracked the wood drain dash, broke off chrome trim and the worst thing, I didn’t see for about a month, they had broken off the roll top door over the rear counsel. It had to be deliberate. I keep my cars in excellent condition and those a$$####s destroyed my car so bad it made me sick to look at it and I sold it cheap.

I regularly go to this wash (and have also gone to the one in Mundelein a few times) and neither have let me down. Ive been a customer since theyve opened and I always feel like Im treated right.

Nothing about this place goes above and beyond, but for the money, its a pretty good clean for a good value. Havent tried the hand detailing, so Im not sure if Id feel differently about that, but the Automated wash is pretty good.

Nice and cheap, you can choose from $3 regular wash to $12 super deluxe wash, and get mini detailing for as low as $24. The detailing service is pretty good for the cost. The guys really put their effort and you will love what you get. And if you save the receipt you can get free car was after you have collected few of them, $50 worth of receipts I think. Check out with them.

This place has pretty good washes for cheap. The basic 3 dollar wash typically does the trick. Always ask for one level below what you really want; they will almost always offer to upgrade you for like a dollar more to the next level wash up.

Not great! Poor presoak, dirty near the vacuums with trash all over. Didnt get the tar and heavier grime off the sides and rockers.

Surprise!!! The strongest and quickest drying I have ever seen. I like it. My car was cleaned and waxed and dried well. But I am not comfortable with the reception, I didnt feel I was welcomed. Hope they would enjoy customers.

I spend a considerable amount of money weekly at this car wash. I take turns between the $3 and $12 wash. This time, my car still had dirt on it. I went back to rewash it. Instead of getting a rewash, she pointed at a sign that gets hidden when you pull up cause its tucked away with the door open. It says no car wash is guaranteed to clean your car. Basically, very rude guy walks up next abd tells me that I should have paid for a better car wash if I wanted my car actually washed. However, the sign he pointed at says all car washes arent guaranteed

This place is amazing. Great, cheap, FAST car wash. They always have sales going on if you ask about it. Never have to wait in line for more than a few minutes, even on the busiest days. On top of that, they have quality vacuums you can use after the wash. All for $3? Cant beat it.

This auto detail shop has fantastic attention to detail. They are meticulous.

In May 2015 I (for the first time) ran my 2006 Subaru Forester through this wash. It came out without a rear window wiper. The arm had been snapped off. This is a factory installed unit, not some cheap add-on. It had gone through probably a dozen different car wash facilities 100 to 200 times with no problems. When I approached the on-duty manager about the problem his answer was quick, curt and totally unsatisfactory: Didnt you read the sign...not responsible for...Getting the unit repaired required replacing the entire motor unit (the motor shaft was snapped off)- cost was $436.Needless to say, this was the first and last time Ill use this car wash- and certainly want to warn others of the possible outcome. Besides the damage to the wiper, I also noticed that all of the brushes pressed harder against the various parts of the car than in other car washes. I wouldnt want to use this place again just because the extra force on the brushes is likely to generate a lot of scratches (and knock something else off, like a side view mirror). So - find another place to wash your car.

I love this place. I always go to this place for my car wash. They have a variety of stuffs to choose from. But even the basic stuff is good enough for the price. You can try mini detailing which is 22 dollars and they a good job on this. I do this once in a while when my interior gets really bad.

👉 STAY AWAY! Customer service is POOR, and the management (detail Manager and GM) are a joke! The only decent thing are the free vacuums. There is a REASON why this place has so many ONE STAR ratings!

Never seems to be open anymore. Went after 9:00 am this morning..not open. Have gone at 6:15 pm..not open. Not sure why a car wash would have COVID19 shortened hours. It only takes 2 people to run a car wash.

I would give interior B but for outside, they did extremely poor job, and when I pointed out misses, they become very defensive and did not do anything about it. Detailing was supposed to be for inside and out, but looks like they just washed the car! And that was $170!!! Regular car was could have done a better job, and for much less! They also want you to pay whole amount up front! Wonder why.......

DONT USE THIS CAR WASH! If you value your car, you will take it to Delta Sonic or wash yourself. Cheap is nice but not at the expense of your car. Just went through the wash and it broke my drivers side mirror off!. Their first response was that I should have moved my mirrors in. My car does not have movable mirrors! The second response was directing me to the sign up front that says not responsible for damage. I dont think they know how to set up their equipment properly as I heard an audible bang on my mirror and an impact mark. The brushes should not be that close or tight. BE WARNED, YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL DAMAGE THEY CAUSE!

Great deal but its a pretty aggressive wash. My mirrors are messed up I have to tape them every time I go in so they dont get rekt. Trim pieces on my car came off lost a fog light left a voicemail never heard back from them last week.

On a very cold day I decided to wash my car, the belts most it be filled with ice because my car came out with big scratches all over the top, hood & trunk. After several phone calls, filled out claim form, got names of managers & owner which no one ever responded my claim & never returned a phone call either. Instead a mgr offered me to fix my car for $100. I am wandering if belts were icy on purpose just to get more work done & more $.

Thought I would give them a second chance. To my luck, got the same bad service for the mini detail. Why pay $22 for mini charge when the workers don’t do a good job of dusting off or vacuuming? Or why have them employed for doing a 7 minute job? And when I ask one of the workers if I can borrow a wet rag to clean off something they forgot to vacuum he has a smirk on his face and walks away and let’s me do it? Four employees at the mini detail and only 1 car (mine) to clean? Cmon! For sure not coming back.

Just took my car through a car wash and came out with a nice scratch on driver side. At the same time another car got there antenna ripped off of there car and scratched all side. In conclusion if you want to get your car damage does the place to go.

I had bird droppings on the car and they did not come off. Paid for wax but the light never came on. When I questioned the girl she insisted I got it in the colored soap. The world is run by 15 year olds....

I purchased full service option but wasnt given any instructions as where to go after car wash for other detailing. Once I found out the place myself, the staff asked me to wait inside. Called me back in 10 mins and I was surprised how they couldve done so fast... My car wasnt vacuumed properly and the trunk was completely ignored.. Mirrors and windshield had streaks... Not a good service for the full-service option I purchased. May be OK for basic car wash...

They advertise their hours as 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. but I waited until 8:15 a.m. and there was no sign of any life. I was in a queue with about 6 other cars. Everyone left. Terrible way to run a business.I was told by the attendant the prior night 45 minutes before close that it was too late to order their mini detail and that theyd be open again at 8 a.m. the following morning. So much for that.

This place is horrible. Our car still had some dirty spots, we asked to go through again. Rather than talking with us properly, they just waved us on, didnt address the problem and told us we had to get a better package of we wanted it clean.

The car behind my car hit my bumper. The attendant refused to give me the contact information for the manager or the owner. I had to call the police. Will probably have to take to court unless my insurance company can get them to pay for a new bumper. NEVER GO HERE!!!!

Want there yesterday. The attendant that took money was very friendly. But once I got to the wash entrance ...... oh hell!!! The girl walks out the door moves the stop sign cone and starts directing me in and is using her hands to tell me to move right. Guess I didnt move right fast enough for her cause her face copped attitude and head started shaking... wanted to roll window sp down and ask what her problem was... but she probably doesnt understand english.. so... I went in car wash which sucked. She didnt even brush the debris off front if car.. so it was still dirty. Waste of 10 bucks!

If you are going there for just the outside well then okay. But if you want it vacuumed and wiped down, well go somewhere else. They took more than 30 minutes to start my car and there was only one car ahead. Guys standing around talking and not interested in customer service. Go to the car wash on route 12. They will honor the coupons and care about repeat business. Not good business Robert.

My mom used this car wash and was rear ended while inside. Manager told her “it’s not their problem” and wouldn’t do anything to help her. Tried to blame her for it happening. Very unprofessional, I wouldn’t ever go here again. This cheap car wash ended up costing her hundreds in repairs.

Good for quick rinse, I wouldnt use it often though, the cloth brushes are harsh, it actually hits hard and folds the side mirror while in wash!

No rinse water spray. In fact no additional water at all. Left car soapy and spotted. definitely not what an Uber driver would waste his time at.

Location with a quick and easy car wash when your on the Run. They also do a great job at detailing when you want how much more thorough cleaning.

Eh wash is alright only good thing is that they offer free vacuum service.
