I loved this service, I had no clue it was a limo company, so I went to my job interview in style, and got the job and the prices are Very Reasonable, and Very Polite And courtesy customer service. The CLEANEST RIDES AND COURTEOUS DRIVERS. I RECOMMEND THIS IF U EVER HAVE AN EVENT AND U DONT WANT TO DRIVE, CALL THIS COMPANY ITS WELL WORTH IT.

I recently used Alpha Taxi coming from the airport going to Wisconsin. My wife, my children and I were greeted by a young well dressed bald gentleman, I forgot his name. The vehicle (New Lincoln SUV) was very clean inside and out and smelled very nice! The driver was extremely courteous, he offered us soft drinks and water, and made sure the temperature in the vehicle was to our liking. There was also mints and candy in the vehicle, which the kids loved! A very friendly and safe driver. The driver was amazing! The 1.5 hr drive was very relaxing and smooth. Thanks for sending us a responsible and safe driver. Will be using you in the future!

Have always used them but probably not anymore. Had a 3am pick up to OHare and the guy never showed up.. I even confirmed the night before. I had to drive and park there and then have my son get someone to drive him there to get the car. I explained this to dispatch and all they said was whoever put it in the computer was a knucklehead. Really!!! Thats it!!! Plus when I got home I already had a reservation And the tip was included well when I got home the driver said it wasnt. Not happy at all with them. They didnt even care or try and make it better. Try elsewhere if I was you.

This morning I had scheduled a ride for my mother to go to the doctor and was told it would be 13.00 round trip. Then I said that I can have my mother call when she is done for pick up however, the man stated that he would put in 2:30pm and I said she may not be done til 3 and I dont know when her visit will end. Then I received a call and was told it is 15.00 round trip, not 13.00. I told the man you mean 15.00 each way. He stated no that is the total. Then I said okay. So then after I received a call from the owner telling me that the ride will not be available for my mother. I asked the guy why and I was very upset because my mother needed to go to the doctor and he said the guy in the morning was incorrect about the amount and it is 15.00 each way. He said the guy was in training. Afterwards, he resolved the matter but then Renee called me and asked where my mother was and I said I do not know. I called the doctors office and she was finishing up her blood work. Then I called Renee and told her and said she said I will let it go this time about your situation. I never even though did anything wrong with the reservations. I told her I told the guy this morning I do not know what time she will be done and she stated that I am telling you now that I will let it go and do not schedule a return next time just call it in. I told her you need to talk to your trainer because he put in a time. She was disrespectful and it is ashame because I have used them for a long time. I definitely would not use them anymore because of the disrespect I received especially being a long time customer. Very sad about this because I never had an issue until this time around with the owner and Renee being rude. They need to train their people better when answering calls. Never did I expect her to speak that way. Read other reviews and judge for yourself. Hope this never happens to anyone else that is relying on a ride same day. Renee if you are reading this, hopefully it shows you how you need to improve your mouth especially when you were not involved in the conversation that had taken place and what happened. What you should have said was Sorry this happened and in the future to call in for pick up to avoid any mishaps and be polite not ignorant. You should start recording your calls for training purposes to hear how I was spoken to!

The dispatcher was great when making my reservation and the driver Oleg arrived early and was very professional.

I have rarely had an issue with morning pick-up but if you need a ride coming back from OHare this place is pretty bad. Last Thursday I waited 45 minutes even though I called 3 days prior and had an arranged ride, my plane was on time. I called and complained and they blamed it on traffic. When I cornered the driver he said he was in Arlington Heights when he got the call and had 20 minutes to get to the airport. They are suppose to be there! They never are! The two weeks prior was 30+ minutes late. All the drivers are contractors and work when they feel like it, I think they have about 50 cars so they assume someone is around the airport and they have no idea until you call and then they lie. Im trying another service for pick-up. Price wise Alpha has the best rates so if you are on a budget and not in a hurry they will at least show up and get you there safely. All the drivers seem nice its that horrible dispatching that is the cause of the problems.

It the only cab company Ill use. They are always on time, courteous, professional and very affordable.I have no motivation to go anywhere else.

Have always used them for airport transfers but a new Pakistani dispatching service has affected service. I can’t understand the call center, and they screwed up my car for n international flight. The drivers are great but I’m not going to tolerate bad dispatching. No room for error when trying to make a flight ..., boo!

Waited 35 min for my arranged car to arrive at the Airport. Was waiting at the area arranged the entire time and the driver was never there. Had to call the office 3 times and ask if the driver was here. The attendant at the office was helpful but stated he gave my number to the driver each call but the driver never called me.Im pretty sure the driver was not there to begin with in the first place. When I finally got the drivers number myself to call and ask where he was and make sure we were both in the same spots Im pretty sure he was lying about his whereabouts. He kept saying he was here in front of the terminal door but stating a traffic regulator kept telling him to move or he would get a ticket and he kept having to go back around multiple times. But remind you I walked up and down that pick up spot the entire time and stood in front of our terminal door looking for him, checking multiple cars for his license plate, and he was not there.There was no traffic attendant regulating any of the taxis, and it was not a busy time or area. There were multiple drivers waiting for other passengers as well, a couple of them even stopped and asked if i needed help since i kept walking back and forth. No one forced them to move their cars or threatened them with a ticket.Resulted in me being late to my meeting. He just wasn’t there at the time he was suppose to be, thats all he could of said was he was running late instead of lying about it.

We took taxi to downtown Chicago and back on September 6, 2015. Both drivers were friendly and cars were clean and nice. We would definitely use this service again.

I travel extensively for business and have used Alpha Taxi consistently for over 15 years (since 1999). I wouldnt use anyone else. When in other cities and not using a rental car, I use a mix of Uber, local taxi and limousine companies.Yet when here in the Chicago area, I chose not to use those alternatives. Over these many years, Alpha has proven to be highly reliable, courteous and customer focused. I know nearly all of the drivers and they take the effort to know me. When you get into one of their cars, I feel part of the family. When my wife and adult children use Alpha, they also feel part of the Alpha family. Probably should of wrote a review years ago. I do travel for work. Not as much this year as prior years but I do travel quite often. Me and my GF used Alpha as a Taxi service years ago. Today they are primarily Black car service with a competitive rate. I’m not a fan of Lyft or Uber never have been. This is the only company I trust to get me to Midway or O’Hare. I will not use anyone else and it has been this way for years. After a surgery I was not allowed to drive. Same thing called Alpha. Their cars are excellent. Top notch! At one point in time I lost my keys in their car after flying out. I called the company and 5 days later the same driver picked me up from the airport and said are you missing these. Excellent service, very professional. Could not and will not recommend anyone else. This is the only company I call if I’m not driving. Your a part of the club or family. Call Alpha or call Rene! She usually dispatches. I would give them 6 stars if I could in the years I’ve used them. Trustworthy, Reliable and Fair. If anyone’s late it’s probably me. 6/5 Stars. First time I used Alpha was probably 2012. Have never looked at anyone else since.

4p Friday at ORD, May 20. Driver would not get out to help with luggage. I opened the slider to ask and he yelled at me to just toss the bags in as he had to get going. As I was pulling the last bag in he started to pull away with the door still open. If I didnt have to get home quickly Id of been just as rudeThat was fun.....never again. He was visibly upset about something and should not have been driving. We all have our days but I wont risk that again.

I have used alpha taxi many times and have always enjoyed their service. However, they recently switched to a black car service and had to increase the price. I wasnt happy that the price to Ohare went up $10.00 with their new service but on my way back the taxi driver told me that it was $47.+ from Ohare back to Palatine and whatever gratuity I wanted to add on, which ended up costing me $52.00 one way back home which was actually at least $15.00 more one way and $10.00 on the way to Ohare, and a total cost of about $25.00 more than their old prices. I am looking for optional service because I cant afford Alphas new rates.

Went from Palatine to Barrington. Picked up 2 people on the way. Charged us $65. The driver was scary slow. Called to talk about the bill and service of the driver and I got yelled at! Bad driver and worse customer service!! Ubered the way home and it was $12!!

Heavy business traveller weekly to/from both airports, found Alpha about 2 years ago after using a number of others. Reliable, probably know all the drivers by name now and most have worked here for years indicating commitment to service.

They have a violent felon Michael Woodworth driving for them. They know cause he told them and they also pay him cash under the table so he wont have to pay child support on his 5 kids with 5 different women. He tries to steal or get his clients to give him pain meds. Hes clinically diagnosed bipolar doesnt take his meds, sells drugs from his car. Hes got a huge wrap sheet several different felony charges for drugs and assaults. Legally he cant get permitted for Palatine with his record so to the company lets him drive anyhow with livery plates. I just have no respect for a company that knows they have a person with multiple violent crimes and drug charges with untreated bipolar diorder breaking the law so he can pick up women and children. I assume most women would want to know and probably not want to have a driver like this and now they are putting others in danger without the public having this information. He also lies about his credit card machine works so he can get cash instead of waiting for pay on credit.

I did not use the Alpha taxi service but I want to report the reckless and rude driving one of this taxi drivers. I was driving Lake Cook Rd. toward east with my husband and two little children and the Alpha Taxi driver was moving toward west of Lake Cook Rd. Then the cab crossed the line I was driving in to enter an uphill driveway, the Alfa Taxi office/house is. I was driving 45miles per hour (within the speeding limits) and had to push the brakes all the way to stop my car or order not to hit the cab. The cars behind me had to almost stop too. I horned. And what the taxi driver did? He showed the F…K sign with his finger.I turned around and stopped by the Alfa office/house to report the accident to the driver’s boss. Well, the boss’s argument was that he cannot wait for no cars. Really? It was a Saturday around 5 p.m. and the road was not busy at all. The driver (a white tall man) did not even apologize. What he did was dangerous and very rude. The boss apologized after all.

I called Alpha Taxi last week to arrange a ride to OHare the car show up befor it need to car was very clean in side and out and carry my luggage to the vehicle and had no problems taking my credit card I will always use them.

If youre looking to drive a taxi or limo stay away from this company the owner is very dishonest and will cheat you out of money

Terrible service, perhaps a fluke, but reserved a ride days in advance to only find myself waiting for almost 30 minutes; had to take a regular taxi and pay almost double, poor customer service, called several times, got no response.
