The manager was insanely rude and disrespectful. I came here to buy a Lexus ES350 that was on sale listed for $29000. The employee Chase was nice, but the manager was rude telling me I need to buy a $3000 protection plan or else he wont sell the car to me. I did not want this protection plan, so then he said he cant sell me the car for the listed price and I need to pay the $3000. Avoid this place at all costs!

The good: Freddi was very friendly, patient, and gave plenty of detailed info about the car. I ended up with a car that was exactly what I was looking for.The bad: I spent 6 hours at the dealership, much of it waiting around for 2 minutes (busy Saturday), and nobody ever offered me food or even asked if I would like to leave for lunch. When we discussed the price of the vehicle, I said I would like to talk about the price first and financing later. I was brought a sheet of paper with the MSRP, a number of fees and markups, and a total price. I went through negotiations thinking this was the price of the vehicle. When I went into the financing department, I realized that the total price I had seen was the amount of the loan - the price after subtracting my down payment. I ended up buying the vehicle anyway, but I am second-guessing that decision. In hindsight, I should have understood that amount financed was the amount of the loan, not the total price, but Freddi was definitely not trying to help me understand better. In addition, I was heavily pressured to give a 5 star review in front of the sales rep.TL:DR, the dealers are friendly, but I feel like I was manipulated and not well cared for

My experience overall at Hyundai of Palatine was great. They treated me well there especially Chris. They worked with me on what I would like to pay for a monthly payment but the only thing I would like to note that they need to be more detailed about there pricing on their website. I was comfortable with my monthly but it was a little over than what I expected in the end.

They provided me with a shuttle so I didn’t have to stay there all day. Andy, who drove me in the shuttle, was super friendly! I appreciated the text message and report of the recommended services. I went in based off online price with full intent to purchase a Santa Fe. They would not give me the online price and the supposed leader advantage discount was actually ADDED to the cost of the vehicle. This means they were actually trying to charge me above MSRP for the car.If you go here, double check the math as these guys are snakes. I told them there was a problem and they went back three times only to tell me I was wrong every timeClearly they are playing games with people. I wont go back.Now they say, please contact management. They have all my contact data on their sheet, a copy of my drivers license, my cell number, etc. If they were truly interested, they could have reached out to me. Dont get scammed by these guys.

I stopped in rather unexpectedly to check out a vehicle that was listed. I do not usually give reviews, but this time it deserves it, in recent days I bought a Mazda CX-9 2014 truck that this dealer had at the dealership. 1-. the seller named Chris gave us the test drive but he never explained anything about the truck, we checked it with the little we bought 2-. They brought us a man to explain us and he wanted us to buy the truck for them even though they wanted to give us an interest of 18.9% 3-. Another person arrived and began to scold us and wanted us to buy the truck at any cost, 4- at the time of signing they sold us insurance that according to them it is strictly mandatory to buy for $ 2259, it should be noted that the product they sell you from ceramic coating does not work we take it to a prestigious place like Chicago auto pros in Lombard where they specialists in the subject told us that this was not ceramic coating 5-. I finally bought the truck by giving a little more down payment and they lowered the percentage to 6.8% interest 6 - the truck makes strange noises in the brakes, I spoke with the dealer and they told me that it is normal 7 -. the noises started coming out everywhere and I only have 3 days with the truck 8- $ 25,500 went to the trash. very bad customer service…. or speak the truth ... I will do what I can with lawyers to return the truck.
