Gave 1 star as it was the lowest. Dont use this Dream Catcher U-Haul dealer located 112 N Friendship Rd, Paducah, KY 42001. My quote from Helene was $834. one way INCLUDING the Car Dolly, 20 Ft. truck and taxes with 601 miles.We picked up the truck as scheduled June12, 2021 from Terry. He couldnt locate my information as Helene was not there. He also stated he didnt have my Car Dolly. I was shocked and upset to see my credit card statement for $1,111.94 3 days later.I was charged for insurance Helene already knew I didnt want or need and a car dolly I never received. Helene said she could refund the insurance portion without problem. She kept putting me off about the remainder of being over charged. She did not want me to write them a bad review and stated she had a check for $224. for me and would be mailed that evening. It was short of my amount they overcharged. I NEVER RECEIVED ANY REFUND! Anyone can make mistakes, an honest business apologizes & makes things right. Helene lied several times and can not be trusted. WATCH OUT!Perhaps they needed my $ to pay for the womans car that Helene said was totaled as they didnt put it on the car dolly correctly. Im sure that woman wont recommend them either.

Terry and his crew moved me from KY. They were very prompt, took care of loading and unloading being careful not to break my antiques. I would definitely recommend using them. Reasonable rates too. You couldnt ask for anyone better!

These people are very nice and helpful . love the new location. easy to find and they are always eager to help regardless of situation. They go the extra mile to make sure everything goes smoothly . would recommend to everyone!!!

They opened on a Sunday morning in order for us to pick up what we needed and the lady was very helpful, friendly and professional. I would recommend doing business here.

I wish I could leave ZERO STARS because we literally got no help and there was such a rude lady working their who gave me attitude just for waiting on my fiancé who she NEVER HELPED because she was on the phone the whole time then came out and smoked a cig. She needs to be fired.
