Rented a piece of equipment from kit-mo in paducah ky. The trailer we also rented from them was undersized for the piece of equipment. Upon returning the rental the wheel on their trailer broke off and flew off the rd and landed in a pond. They sent a guy out to haul the piece of equipment back in and he told us not to worry about stopping it off with fuel because we didnt get a chance to on the way back to the lot, we waded the pond to retrieve the wheel and helped them load and also took there trailer back on 3 tires for them,lost half a day of wages and all the trouble just for them to argue over fuel and not honor what they said. I do not a will not be back due to the customer service!

Stopped in to ask information about a project we are doing. The man behind the counter was helpful and courteous. They didnt have what I needed at the time but they directed me to who might have it in town. I appreciate that and I will defines go back to them first next time simply because they put my needs ahead of any business competition. That is old fashioned business. And that is professional.

Dont forget about this well worn business. It has earned its place. The people are helpful and knowledgeable. The rental equipment is more professional than other places, some of the older equipment is better than the new stuff. They dont make some things like they used to... Also, it is a great place to buy salt in the winter, plus a number of other things that may help you maintain your property. Stop in and give them a shot. They will be able to help you out.

We rented 2 light towers for an event. Kit-Mo employees attached them to our vehicles, and as one of the trucks turned to get on the parkway, the hitch came off due to the chain being run over the hitch. It ran into the back of the vehicle; putting a hole in the tail-gate & busting out the tail light. When I brought it to Kit-Mo’s attention, they refused to pay for any damages.If you rent from them make sure YOU double check everything they do because they will not take responsibility for their employees’ work.**response to KIT-MO’s reply- he drove just a couple miles before the light came off - AS HE WAS TURNING ONTO THE PARKWAY. 7 miles from your business, and he called you as soon as it happened. If I could give you ZERO stars I would.

Great customer service, prices and products.

We have rented equipment from KITMO for years. Very friendly and knowledgeable service. Kirk and his crew have rented us everything from tile cutters to John Deere skid steers and lifts. Weve never had any problems with equipment rented, but I am confident if a case arose, they would stand behind any discrepancies. KITMO is the first rental place we call for our equipment needs!

Terrible place to rent equipment. Avoid at all cost. Rented a skid steer from these guys. It broke after only a couple hours of run time. Instead of giving me an extra half day for their faulty(Which I am used to) machinery they charged me an extra half a day for the machine being a couple hours late. A result of their faulty machinery. Terrible customer service. STAY AWAY!!!
