Went in as a walk-in. Receptionist greeted me and was super nice. She asked me if I had been there before and I told her no. She said to just sign in on the tablet. There wasnt much after that, just had to figure out how to by myself. Thats fine for me, however for other people, they may need assistance navigating the system. She asked me what I wanted done. And I told her the dip. She asked what color I was looking for, and I told her that he wanted a light pink. She was very knowledgeable, and right away said a name of a color and told me to go sit. A minute later she brought me the dip. It was perfect. The nail technician was quiet, and didnt speak English. She was efficient, but the language barrier was kind of off-putting. On the website it states that the dip service is $35.00. We all know that they slip in that charge of the $5.00 extra add on for that shiny gloss top coat. Its irritating when they do that. The ONLY reason Im even going to get my nails done, is because I cannot get my product in because of Covid. I dont know how theyre getting product in when the professional stores shelves are bare. And I mean bare bare. I went to another salon and got the dip as well and that dip stayed on forever except when I hit one of my nails on my glove box. These nails my thumb nail broke like 5 days later and I have no idea what I did because I was sleeping. My nails are lumpy and thick. And there are spots where there is product missing. But you cant tell unless you really look at them. Im giving 3 stars because of the language barrier, and hidden extra $5.00 top coat charge. People are nice when they can communicate with you. And the receptionist was A+!!!!!!! She is 2 stars on herself. The other star is for the actual service. Ive read the reviews and comments from the establishment and was not impressed with them. They blame their customers. 🤷‍♀️. Thats the world we live in. Businesses are tired of people trying to take advantage of something and customers always wanting something for free. Some of us just want what we pay for.

I never leave reviews for anywhere but I had to with this nail salon. They were so kind as soon as I walked through the door. My nails were so bad and damaged from previous places, not to mention very thick and bumpy to where you couldn’t even tell it was supposed to be coffin shape. My nail tech Kim explained that bacteria could get in my nails and even showed me exactly where she was talking about. She then recommended a new full set and I agreed. I’ve never had a nail tech not only care so much about the nails I had but take her time making sure the ones she did on me were perfect. I will never go to another nail salon besides Luxor Nails. Kim did an amazing job and I couldn’t ask for better. They are beyond perfect and I can’t say thank you enough!

My 3 daughters and granddaughter and I came here to get our nails done together while on a family vacation in Paducah. There we 5 of us and we all are thrilled with how great of an experience we had and how great our nails turned out. We will definitely come back for a girls day next year when we are in town again!

Ive been going to Luxor for about a year now and I love it! Everyone is very nice and always willing to help. I go to Kim and I wont let anyone else touch my nails because she knows what shes doing and she truly cares about her clients!!! Always try to make an appointment because youll get in and out a lot quicker! If you want a job done right go to Kim for your nails, pedicures, and manicures!!! I cant do anything but thank Kim for a GREAT experience and for some amazing nails!! They are beautiful! I came in needing a couple nails fixed from a previous nail shops screw up and let me tell yall! She got me together! 10/10! I normally have a hard time knowing what I want so I usually tell my tech to do whatever they want! And she killed it!! Took her time and made sure it was nothing but perfect!

Kim was very professional! Absolutely the best customer service and knows how to keep conversation going! Even brought me to tears from laughing a couple times. Very friendly! Will request her every time from here on out! Wasn’t even a fan of pedicures until my wife sold me on the idea. Now it’s a ritual.

Everyone does a good job but Kim is the one I have do my nails. I had a bad experience at another nail salon and she made things better. I will continue to get my nails done with Luxor.

Don and Kim did my nails and did an amazing job. Luxor Nails is my favorite place to go because of the impeccable quality, and outstanding customer service. Not to mention the incredible manicurists talent and attitudes. Definitely recommend this place to everyone, best nail salon i’ve ever been to with the sweetest workers.

I got a full set of acrylic nails today. They were so quick and they turned out beautiful I absolutely love them. I wish I knew my nail techs name they were so busy so I didnt get to ask for his name but he had short dark hair. He was awesome I love the nails.

Chris is fantastic! He is very friendly, talented, and time efficient. The owner always makes sure to make things right IF something happens that you are unhappy with, which is not very often. High quality, for a fair price! I wont go anywhere else! They are quick to get you in if you dont have an appointment.

Oh my goodness! I have found my nail salon! This is the place for the absolute best dip powder and pedicures! I see Tommy and cannot recommend him enough! So professional, knowledgeable, and kind! My nails always look perfect and last 4-5 weeks EASILY! I am so thankful for this business!

I usually do not leave reviews for businesses, but this is going to be my exception. I went in for a simple acrylic fill. The tech was relatively friendly, but the service he provided was egregious. He did not grind the color off of my nails from my last fill at all. He did not smooth out the nails, so they were very lumpy and uneven. By the next day, my nails were chipping, peeling, and breaking off. I went back in and the same nail tech “fixed” them. He was clearly annoyed and rushing through the repairs. He burned my nails with the dremel more times than I can count, and only held my hand tighter to prevent me from moving after I asked him to please give it a second or let the tool cool off. My nails are uneven lengths as well.My nails started peeling, breaking, and chipping two days after the first repair. I am now out of town and unable to go back to the salon to at least get my money back. I’ve never received service this poor.

Tommy was awesome! Everyone was very sweet. My mother, grandmother, and I had our nails done for my wedding and it was a perfect experience. Were wedding-ready!

I have not been here for awhile and I had a pedicure and was very disappointed because in the past they had sterile packages with tools for your nails and toes. This time the gentleman just used his own and after my pedicure I noticed he immediately went on to the next client with the same pedicure tools he used on me ..

Went yesterday and had mine and my nieces nails painted. They were very patient with my niece. My only problem with this place was they didnt even cover my full nail in polish. Several of them still have places that didnt see any polish. And they also didnt put enough to properly second coat. Im not one that usually has my nails done this was my first experience and makes me not want to have them done professionally again.

I went a few years without a set, jusy moving to town I decided to try them out. The work is pretty good, my design was what I wanted but the shape of my nails were all different and the price is ridiculous. A fill in, two finger design was 86 dollars. A fill in.

So I got a mani pedi and it came two 98$ after I was told my nails was 45 and my pedi was 32 which is still not 98 oh my bad it’s an 18 dollar charge to put shellac back on ... smh make it make sense which is still 95$ not 98$ I just think they didn’t want me to come back just wish I could get treated like a human that in these nail shops

I’ve been to Luxor twice now and I have to say this is the best place in town for a true spa like experience like I had when I lived in bigger cities! Kim has done an amazing job with designs on my nails, and everyone in the shop does a great job of making you feel at home. I never leave even the slightest bit disappointed with their work and will continue to come back! So happy I stumbled across this shop!!

I visited this salon on recommendation from a friend. She let me know that they were very nice and did great work. When I came in, they got me right in and did a very nice pedicure. I was impressed until I was sat down to do my manicure. I wanted something specific and I showed the nail tech a picture. He was very disgruntled and rude and let me know that he was not doing that nail shape and that he could not do a leopard design. I let him know that was fine but he kept sighing very loud and shaking his head at me. I felt very unwelcome and uncomfortable the whole time. The paint job was very shoddy on my nails and the guy was just trying to get rid of me even though I was more than nice and just wanted a simple manicure with black and one leopard design on coffin nails. I am unsure if I will return but I will not name the specific techs name. I may fry this place one more time and if it happens again, I will not be back.

Will not go back. Online scheduling system is not functional. System will let you make an appointment but at the salon they say they dont get those notifications, if so take it down !?! Rude, unprofessional, condescending staff who really need customer service training. Then say they have an opening in one hour and will text you when its your turn after allowing you to check in and never notify you of your turn.

Had dip nails done. After 3 weeks nail hurt. Had dip powder treatment removed. Nail fungus! No apologies; just said it would grow out in 3-4 months. They dont sterilize their equipment, its used on everyone. I was a loyal patron of this establishment until this. No regard for what they caused. Dont know if Ill go back.

I went in wanting a gel manicure only. They kept pushing dip powder and tips and shook their head when I declined. I have short nails and they made me feel embarrassed about it. They then got the type wrong and I ended up with plain nail polish I could’ve done myself at home. I feel like the quality reflects their attitude towards not wanting the highest priced treatment.

Crystal is amazing, she actually made my nails look how I wanted them to. Because they were a hot mess when I came in and she created this. She was patient and wasnt upset with the fact that it took almost 2 hours to get them to look the way that I wanted them.

This was the worst nail salon I’ve been to not once but twice, both horrible experiences the first time I waited 3 hours got skipped multiple times just to have a nail break 2 days later and waited 2 hours after the guy got very rude with me up front after skipping me AGAIN after I told him I had to be at work never again

Not happy with their product.

Came in today looking to get dip powder. My nails were a little too short so I also wanted a full set. The length was cut down shorter than I asked and then while filing, the nail tech was paying more attention to what was going on around him than my nails and filed them down so short that they are flush with the skin of my fingertip. Not to mention the amount of times the dip powder was put on made the final product look like a huge glob of color on top of a tiny little nail. I cant even separate underneath the nail tip from my actual finger because its so thick. Not only did this happen, but when I mentioned it wasnt what I wanted, I was repeatedly told you shouldve told me this from the beginning. I mentioned several times and then by the end felt shamed for saying I didnt like the service I was receiving. I will be finding somewhere else to go to get this taken off and get what I wanted to begin with. Also, there was another worker talking obscenely loud on his phone with it on speakerphone right in the middle of the salon, just walking around. It couldve been taken to the back or in a break room. Its just not the nail salon Ive been going to for 7 years.

I was told it would be 30 min wait for a pedicure. An hour later I walked out with no pedicure. Even asked 45 min in and they said it would only be another second. Will NOT go back.

Tammy is the greatest talent with dip and gels. Pick a color and let her create.

This is the only nail salon I will go to. My nails always look amazing when Im done. They always verify your color choices when they start to make sure youre happy with the color. Its a relaxing experience every time.

I really wanted to like this mail salon but I just wasnt able to. They dont have clean standards for their tools and my moms nail technician coughed on her multiple times during her full set/pedi. Add in the outrageous prices and the friendly staff just isnt enough to score higher than two stars, no matter the quality of the work.

As the gentleman who did my pedicure roughly rushed through it, never making eye contact or saying one word to me (actually, never really caring to hear my answer to the one question), I watched other ladies receive a much more pleasant, attentive pedicure. Next time I’ll be sure to get an appointment with one of the good technicians instead of walking in and being given someone who doesn’t want to be there.

I am never happy when I leave hereMy nails always look they need to fixed. And I have actually gone some place else to get them fixed. Ive left with my nails incomplete because the tech could not be still and sit there she had to keep getting up to do other peoples jobs instead of letting them do it own their own.
