Scott Jordans office has excellent service! I was involved in not one, but 2 accidents within 2 weeks. This was after only having one small accident at least 15 years prior AND having just switched to this Allstate agency (for the great prices and service). Scott was completely accessible, extremely kind and understanding, and absolutely helpful. Since then, this agencys service has been nothing less than outstanding.They make their jobs look easy. Having worked in insurance before, I can assure you their jobs are NOT easy. They do everything they are supposed to do to ensure that you, the customer, feel valued and appreciated. I was beyond unsatisfied with my experience with this office. I was given inaccurate information regarding SR-22 insurance and quotes. When I asked Scott Jordan why I was being told different things he claimed that he never gave me the information. I filed a claim with the escalation team after a request for my payment information was not done. A member of the office told the escalation time that I did not make my change in time. This was untrue. The lied about a situation they had nothing to do with. I have called the office with several issues and emailed Scott Jordan on several occasions with no response. I will not be doing business with that office again. Once I switched insurance agents issues within my policy were discovered. I was given a refund due to unnecessary coverage that were added to my policy but not needed.
