Very helpful and prompt

Got insurance through them there was a mix-up on my policy. The insurance company messed up. Kathy did very much nicely spent plenty of time on the phone I guess and fixed it. She is always smiling always in a good mood and always nice. When I switch companies they were cheaper than the internet price. That dont happen much. They have several companies to choose from they are great on motorcycle insurance. Its also nice that when you call you speak to a local person that speaks English.. Its easy to understand

Exactly what you want when it comes to an insurance company and agent! They take care of everything in a prompt and friendly manner while ensuring it is done correctly. If you have an issue, they take excellent care to make sure your claim is covered and paid quickly so you can resume your normal schedule.

Very poor customer service. The person who runs it became frustrated and also a bit irrational; would not recommend this service to anybody.
