Lees didnt repair my A/C unit even after coming out twice, kept saying something else was wrong. Called another A/C company to repair the unit, they said it wasnt working due to poor craftsmanship on Lees. When I tried to resolve the bill, Lees called me a liar.

I called because we are in need of a complete new system. The lady I spoke with was very nice. I gave her all of my information and she said someone would be in touch. It has been almost a week and I still have not received a call. To be fair, Lees is not the only place that we have had this problem with.

First visit they came because of my home warranty company. Bypassed a safety and said they would return when the part came in but never did. The last time they wouldnt contact us back when we called to work on the AC system. Over a week of them saying someone would contact us but they never did. Dont bother with them.

I have a home warranty that contracted this company to work on my hvac system. The tech was over scheduled and forced to call me and tell me that he had to cancel my job. When asked when I would be rescheduled, he stated that they have a scheduler and she handles all the scheduling. Naturally I asked to have her call me. She never contacted me. I waited until later the next day and called for her and a manager. She finally answered and told me that I was a rude person and that she canceled my job and asked me how I liked that. She could not handle that she is unprofessional by making the tech call a customer with no further answers about scheduling when its her responsibility. Then when confronted she blew up and yelled at me for asking for answering my questions.I contacted my home warranty company and we will not be using this company again. I hope the owners of this company understand the damage she is doing and correct it.

Let me just say that Lee’s Heating & Air saved my husband’s Father’s Day. We are blessed to have a local business that is available to help 24/7. AC went out this morning, made a phone call, they were booked today but my husband explained what was going on. They thought they knew what was wrong with it and could possibly have the replacement part. They did and my husband switched it out in a few minutes. They could’ve had us wait, tried to sell us anew unit, charged an outrageous amount for the part. They were wonderful! Helped my daughter’s boyfriend out back in the winter. He could’ve called someone else who would’ve told him to replace the whole thing. Nope! They fixed it and did it quickly. I’m very happy with your business. Thanks Jeff!

AC went down on Saturday, website says 24 hour service, called saturday, and again on Sunday and its Tuesday evening and no one has called me back.

I had to wait three weeks for an appointment and then another 2 weeks to get the email that would give all the information per the woman answering the phone. After 2 weeks and several phone calls later I got the email. I was expecting a true estimate with parts and labor broken down only to receive a single price of $6000 with no explanation and the mans name.And to top that off the technician that came out did not find an exact problem but said hes sure thats the problem.For $6,000 you better be sure thats the problem and not just a guess.I would not recommend this company to anyone for anything.

Overcharges and misdiagnosis so he can sell new equipment and because he doesnt know what he is doling. Hires unqualified technician, overcharges customers and releases refrigerant into atmosphere. Overall very dishoneSt and not an environmentally friendly person. Video recorded of the refrigerant released but Jeff was blackmailed with the video.

These guys are a total ripoff charged me 60 dollars for a bid that was 175 dollars more than a competitor for a part that cost me 179dollars and 15 minutes to remove and replace
